No longer a chubby lumpkins! Christina Aguilera is proudly showing off her new bawwwdy and revealing how all the “haters” became her motivators. Via Radar Online reports : After getting slammed by her haters for packing on the pounds, Christina Aguilera has dropped a massive amount of weight — and looking sexier than ever! The Voice judge, who was bashed by everyone from Kelly Osbourne to the media for gaining weight in 2011, recently lost 20 pounds — and RadarOnline.com has all the secrets to her slim-down success. According to US Weekly, the 32-year-old singer finally decided she wanted to get back in shape after the haters unleashed their fury on her. “A lot of people were on her about her weight and it depressed her,” her pal dished. “She went through a bad time because of the criticism.” The What A Girl Wants singer enlisted in the Fresh Diet – a 1600-calorie-a-day delivery diet program which offers nutritious and delicious food options. “She did it all on her own,” says an insider. “She goes online and picks out her food.” An example of what she eats in an average day? Pumpkin-apple quinoa oatmeal in the morning, a chopped grilled steak salad with roasted tomatoes for lunch, and a dinner of grilled ahi tuna with sweet potatoes and cauliflower, with apple-cinnamon cheesecake for dessert. As for exercise, she has been combining weight training with Tee Sorge along with her regular yoga classes. “She’s been working hard — she wants to lose a bit more, but she feels great,” the pal explains. “It’s more of a mind-body thing for her. She believes in exercise that she enjoys, doing strength work as opposed to intense cardio.” Christina isn’t the only one happy about her slimmed-body. “Everyone on set is really happy for her,” an insider from The Voice reveals. “Show execs hope her new look will spark viewers’ interest in her again, and get people tuning in. Some Happy Black Matrimony-dom: Amar’e Stoudemire And Wife Alexis Spotted Having A Nice Family Dinner With Their Kids

Their youngest is only one week old ! Amar’e Stoudemire treated his wife Alexis and their three oldest children to a night out on the town Sunday. Via Page Six reports : Amar’e Stoudemire and his wife, Alexis Welch, who gave birth to a boy just a week ago, made a celebratory post-baby family outing Sunday to Merchants River House in Battery Park City. We’re told the couple were with their three other children, daughters Assata and Are, and son Amar’e Jr., but left the newborn at home. According to a spy, Alexis “was glowing.” The family dined on artichoke dip, fish and chips, pan pizzas and chicken tenders. Awww so sweet. We love positive black families and black love! Grammy-award winning artist, Ashanti, was spotted catching some sun with her mother and manager, Tina Douglas, at Palms Pool inside Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas Tuesday morning. Ashanti sported an itsy-bitsy tangerine bikini and oversize sunglasses and was all smiles while sipping on virgin Strawberry Daiquiris while playfully splashing around in the pool. While taking in the magnificent poolside view from her private cabana, Ashanti was overheard mentioning that she thought the Palms Pool would make the perfect location to host a release party for her brand new album, Braveheart , which drops on Tuesday, July 30. Via People reports : After delivering her second child, daughter Sydney, in 2011, Laila Ali wasn’t stressed about getting her pre-baby body back. “The second time around I knew what to expect so I was a little easier on myself,” says Ali, who also has son CJ, 4, with her husband, former NFL star Curtis Conway. “Once I saw that you just have to eat right and exercise that’s what I did and it worked.” It worked really well: In this week’s issue of PEOPLE, Ali, 35, shows off her toned physique for her first ever bikini shoot. “I’ve never done a bikini shoot before,” she admits. “I’m kind of shy, I’m not one of those people whose comfortable walking around with my butt out. But I had a baby, I got my weight down and I’m always talking about fitness and health. It’s time to show people what I’m working with.” “I’m naturally a big girl,” Ali explains. “I have to work to be fit. I love running. I run three times a week and I do strength training and weights. And sometimes I throw a little spinning in there.” Apart from her time in the gym, Ali watches what she eats by sticking to lean proteins and vegetables most of the time. “It’s what you do 90 percent of the time that matters,” she tells PEOPLE. “I’m not really into junk food, but I like to have a cheat day no matter what, usually on the weekend. I might have pizza, frozen yogurt or a brownie.” Though the discipline matters to Ali — it’s also a much-needed dose of personal time for the mom of two. “I know how to work hard and push myself,” she says. “It’s my time for myself.
