Joe and Teresa Giudice are headed to jail but first they have to get their financial affairs in order…by screwing over their creditors to the tune of $13 million! So how did the Real Housewives of New Jersey couple rack up such massive debt? By living like royalty despite the fact that they haven’t had a dime to their names for years. Court documents reveal that the Giudices live in a $1.7 million house with a Maserati, an Escalade and a Ford 350 in the garage. Oh, that garage also houses toys such as a Sea Doo boat, Kawasaki quad and 2 go-carts. As you may have guessed, Teresa and Joe have yet to make a single payment on most of those items and acquired them by lying to lenders – a practice that resulted in the couple’s recent fraud convictions. The strangest part of this story (aside from the fact that lenders actually believed the Giudices were worth that much) is that Teresa and Joe apparently listed their two dogs as being worth $600 each. Not surprisingly, the court disagreed and ruled that the aging pets of a couple future jailbirds are worth exactly jack squat. The couple’s debt has mostly been absolved as a result of their bankruptcy and no date has been set for Joe and Teresa to begin serving their sentences for fraud.

Aaron Carter has fallen on hard financial times. The hardest, actually, by definition of the law. According to legal documents obtained by TMZ, the former boy band singer has filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, as his total assets (listed at $8,232.16) don’t come close to matching his total liabilities (listed at $2,204,854). Carter, who is actually touring at the moment, also owes over $1.3 million to the IRS, but he can’t exactly afford to pay this tax burden off. Not when he claims his only assets include: A 61″ flat screen worth ($500). $60 in cash. A Brietling watch worth ($3,750). A dog ($0). It’s true: Carter is on legal record as saying his canine has absolutely no value. Carter says his average monthly income is $1,998.75 and his monthly expenses are $2,005; these are comprised of $600 for food, $150 for clothes and $65 for hygiene. It’s been a rough few months overall for the artist. In June, he was beat up by New Kids on the Block fans . Hard.

DMX can’t catch a break. DMX’s Bankruptcy Case Thrown Out If DMX doesn’t get enough gwap to buy his drugs, videos of him running nekkid through hotels are going to pop up everywhere–this ninja is going to go batisht crazy. According to Black America Web: It looks like DMX is up the financial creek without a paddle. In New York, a federal judge has thrown out the troubled rapper’s bankruptcy case, making him a target for creditors. On Friday, The Journal News reported that a bankruptcy judge in White Plains dismissed the 42-year-old rapper’s July 29 Chapter 11 filing. Unfortunately for DMX (real name, Earl Simmons) that means he could lose his possessions including his share in a home in suburban Mount Kisko. Now he’s going have to figure out how to deal with his biggest debt: $1.3 million in child support owed to some of his 10 children. And why was his bankruptcy case dismissed? According to U.S. Trustee Tracy Hope Davis, Simmons didn’t provide “trustworthy information” in his filing. Here’s what DMX/Simmons’ spokesperson Domenick Nati told EUR about the situation: “Despite this recent obstacle, the team will continue to move forward with DMX’s national performances and we are still working relentlessly at obtaining his passport for his fans overseas.” This bankruptcy is going to clean ‘ole boy out.
