Tiki Barber continues to fight the bad publicity surrounding his relationship and marriage with that blonde bimbo Traci Lynn Johnson by emailing Page Six directly: Newlyweds Tiki Barber and Traci Lynn Johnson celebrated their city hall nuptials with a dinner at Le Cirque and an after-party at downtown hot spot Catch on Thursday night. “It was a great night to start this new chapter,” a beaming Barber told Page Six of their happy evening. The former New York Giant and his blond bride, a former Maxim pin-up girl, got married at the city clerk’s office on Thursday afternoon. Barber’s divorce from his first wife, Ginny, had been finalized just eight days earlier. After the ceremony, Barber, 37, and Johnson, 25, were joined at Le Cirque on East 58th Street by 20 friends and relatives, including both Barber and Johnson’s mothers and Barber’s brother Ronde Barber, a cornerback/free safety with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. “Le Cirque was the right mix of intimacy, great food and NYC ‘restauranteur-ism’ for our closest family and friends to celebrate the beginning of our lives together,” Barber told us via e-mail. “It was beautiful and most importantly, my bride, as always, lit up the room. She planned a great evening that made it easy and comfortable for everyone.” After the intimate dinner, the bride and groom headed to Catch, where they continued toasting their future with their family. “There was no better place than Catch to cap our first night as husband and wife,” Barber continued. “Even both of our parents came, and we partied and danced and had a fantastic time. We didn’t quite close the place but it was well into the early morning when we left.” Several photos from Barber’s big day were posted on his Twitter feed, including one of the happy couple at the head of the table at Le Cirque, and another of Barber’s mother, Geraldine, at Catch with guests. Barber, who has four children with his ex-wife, and Johnson have been dating since 2010, after meeting while she was an intern at NBC while he was a correspondent on “Today.” What we found really interesting is that Tiki has already changed his avatar on Twitter to the main photo we used for this story while his new wife not only hasn’t changed her name — she also hasn’t changed her avatar from this skanky Maxim picture: Things that make you go hmmm… If you’re really into this lovesick dirty dog puppy and his wedding, check out some photos he tweeted about the big day when you continue.
On today’s episode of Liberty Counsel’s “Faith and Freedom” radio program, Matt Barber and Shawn Akers discussed the rise in out-of-wedlock births, which they blamed on the fact that “counterfeit marriage” is undermining the value of marriage as an institution. The discussion prompted Barber to declare that it was absurd to even use the term “marriage” when talking about this issue, because same-sex… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : Right Wing Watch Discovery Date : 03/05/2012 21:09 Number of articles : 2
There are few anti-gay activists as vehemently hostile as Liberty Counsel’s Matt Barber and so, generally, when we see a new episode of LC’s “Faith and Freedom” radio program that has a title like ” Homosexual Activist Propaganda Gaining Steam in Public Schools ” and features Barber, we anticipate that we’ll be grabbing some part of his rant to post and highlight here. And while Barber was his typically… Broadcasting platform : YouTube Source : Right Wing Watch Discovery Date : 26/04/2012 13:05 Number of articles : 2
Can the man turn his ho into a housewife in peace? Poor Tiki ! His wedding to “soulmate” Traci Lynn Johnson is being put on hold because the details of his divorce from his wife and child support payments for his four kids are still being worked out: Sources said Barber and Johnson were due to marry May 12 at the Sag Harbor home of EMM Group co-founder Eugene Remm, whose nightlife and hospitality firm’s holdings include New York hot spots Abe & Arthur’s, SL and Tenjune. The couple had hoped Barber’s divorce from Cha would be finalized by then, and Johnson’s friends last month threw her a wedding shower. Earlier this month, Barber reached a divorce settlement with Cha after two years of bitter wrangling over child support and alimony. But a source told the New York Post, “The divorce will not be finalized in time for the May 12 wedding, so Tiki and Traci have told friends and vendors that the date will be pushed back to, hopefully, early summer.” Does anyone actually feel bad for this guy and his bimbo blonde boo??? Aw Traci Lynn, you are the sunshine of that poor unemployed former baller’s life. Looks like Becky’s mom was giving Tiki the business. She’s not letting no black man ruin her daughter’s rep and not take care of her afterwards. No sir. Somebody is gonna have to snap out their depression and get down that aisle and get a job with a quickness. Yup. That would be you Tiki. SplashNews
SMH at this dude trying to get those NFL checks back crackin after leaving his wife for that lil Becky went all wrong: Tiki Barber has taken a giant step to return to football , but it won’t be for the Giants. Barber, who stopped playing for the Giants after the 2006 season, filed papers Tuesday with the NFL to come out of retirement. “After seeing how much fun (twin brother) Ronde is still having, it reignited my fire and I’m looking forward to the challenge of seeing if I can get back to the level of where I was,” Barber told FOXSports.com. The Giants said in a statement that they would relinquish Barber’s rights as soon as they are able, according to ProFootballTalk.com. “We wish Tiki nothing but the best, and when we are able to make the transaction, we will release him from our reserve/retired list,” the statement read. The NFL is negotiating a new collective bargaining agreement and no roster moves can be made until a deal is in place. Good luck with that one, Tiki. Source

Remember that scene in Children of Men where Clive Owen watches from the treeline as Michael Caine’s character jokes with the gunman to pull his finger? And then the shooter blows his hand clean off? Yeah, Toronto — you know which one I’m talking about, especially today as the city surveys the dystopian damage from the ongoing G20 Summit. Not surprisingly, it makes for riveting, ghastly online viewing as the user-generated videos mount; this is a location shoot no one would want a part of.
In many ways, Melissa Rosenberg has the Twilight franchise’s most difficult job: as screenwriter, she has to satisfy not just the original novelist Stephenie Meyer, but the actors (including Kristen Stewart, who famously won’t say a line if she doesn’t believe it), directors, and fans, too. The imminent Eclipse is her third crack at the series, and up next is the very controversial Breaking Dawn , which Rosenberg is busily splitting into two movies. In a candid interview with Movieline, Rosenberg discussed fan frustrations, her thoughts on Summit’s director selections, and just how she pictures that Breaking Dawn split.
