Deena Cortese, a 23-year-old New Jersey native, has joined the cast of “Jersey Shore.” Her addition to the show#39;s gang of hard-partying twentysomethings was officially announced at a Friday meeting of the Television Critics Association. Tracy Ryerson in Santa Monica last week, star of the hit show The Real L Word (a reality series that follows the lives of six les-bians in L.A.). But I#39;m not so sure about that. I don#39;t see any pillows for fighting or scented oils for rubbing, and she#39;s definitely not wearing a low-cut schoolgirl outfit. Doesn#39;t seem like much of a “real” hot woman to me at all.
