Cardi B’s legal team appeared in court on her behalf on Monday in regards to the strip club catfight between her people and two stripper/bartenders in NYC. However, the judge was none too pleased to see that the rapper wasn’t there in person, considering that she’s already been given a 6-week extension on the case to appear. According to TMZ , the prosecution pushed for a bench warrant to be issued today, however, the Judge decided to issue a STRONG warning instead — Cardi better show up to court this Friday, or a warrant WILL be issued. But what had Cardi so busy she couldn’t tend to her pending case? Well, according to TMZ , she had to go get covered in body paint and make her nalgas wiggle on a beach with Young Miami. It was legitimate work, though. Cardi was shooting a music video alongside the City Girls for their upcoming track. And sis was down there doing what she does (second) best for the cameras. Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty Kanye West ‘s fourth studio album 808s & Heartbreak turned ten years old over the weekend and in honor of the milestone, ‘Ye’s frequent collaborator, producer Malik Yusef , has announced a North American tribute tour. There will be performers at each stop, however West is not slated to hit the stage. “I don’t do anything without Kanye’s blessing,” Yusuf said in a statement to Pitchfork , confirming West signed off on the tour . “The producer will sponsor it and serve as the emcee,” Pitchfork wrote. “The 15-city tour will feature performances of the album’s songs by local artists at each stop. Performers will be picked by a yet-to-be-detailed voting process. The tour kicks off in Los Angeles and will wrap up in New York. However, the Everyday Struggle co-host insists he is not the confidential informant in the federal case against Tekashi69 and his now former Treyway affiliates.  Akademiks was accused by a Hip-Hop blog of being the loose-lipped informant, which went as far as saying Tekashi’s former manager and co-defendant  Kifano “Shotti” Jordan’s lawyer is who fingered him as the snitch. Worth noting, Shotti is one of the voices heard allegedly plotting to harm his former client on a federal wiretap . However, TMZ heard from the lawyer , Scott Leemon,  who claims he never said such a thing. Akademiks also spoke to TMZ, and vehemently denied the claim. Akademiks told TMZ he has “zero connection to this criminal case against Daniel Hernandez & other co-defendants. I view them as good people to me.” He added, “All these charges are a shock to me and do not involve me. I have never been questioned or much less cooperated in this. I am just a news reporter.” Also, no, he’s a not a news reporter. But what Akademiks did do is recklessly bring up Casanova’s name on Twitch. Folks, if you’re still holding onto a shred of hope that Khloe Kardashian will dump Tristan Thompson , it may be time to give that up. Despite the fact that Tristan was caught cheating on Khloe will she was pregnant with his child, it looks like these two are gonna ride this thing out. For a while there, it looked as though Khloe was dropping hints about kicking her unfaithful baby daddy to the curb. These days, however, it’s more apparent than ever that these two are planning to stick it out. In fact, TMZ is reporting that Khloe will travel to Cleveland next week to spend Thanksgiving with Tristan and his family. Obviously, spending Thanksgiving with your significant other’s loved ones is a solid indication that you’re in a committed relationship. But spending Thanksgiving in Cleveland — well, that’s next level. Khloe had the option of chillin’ on the beach in Calabasas, and instead, she’s slogging off to the shores of beautiful Lake Erie. And it you don’t live in the Northeast or Midwest, then you might not be aware of it, but winter came early this year. We’re sure Khloe has all kinds of fashionable attire for colder climates, but we’re also sure she’d prefer to be at home, raking in a nice payday for hanging out with her sisters in the presence of an E! camera crew. Of course, True’s mama might be accustomed to the frigid temps by now. After all, Khloe has been spending quite a bit of time in Cleveland lately. She’s attended several recent Cavs home games, and her presence seems to be having a positive effect on Tristan. Thompson has been killing it on the court lately and looked especially dominant in his team’s win over Charlotte Tuesday night. So in the end, it looks like everything is coming up roses for Khloe and Tristan. Of course, it’s still very early in the NBA season. Tristan has a lot of away games ahead of him.
