The  American Idol alum confirmed via social media that her next LP will feature tracks with R&B gems Jazmine Sullivan and Brandy . “So Thankful for you [Jazmine Sullivan] & [Brandy],” she on Instagram. “This is an independent Album and we DID IT!!!” She didn’t reveal when the album will be available, but the project will be titled  Sketchbook because she sees “her life as a painting.” The post implies that this is a joint album between Fantasia, Sullivan and Brandy but since her first single “Enough” is a solo track, it’s uncertain. We’ve been reporting on the police shooting death of Willie McCoy since February when Vallejo, California police found him asleep in a Taco Bell drive-thru…then killed him. According to USAToday , Willie’s family is pushing back against an janky-a$$ “independent report” that the cops drummed up in an attempt to absolve themselves of any trigger-happy wrongdoing. The report released this week found that six officers fired 55 times at 20-year-old Willie McCoy in the span of 3.5 seconds shortly after he woke up from sleeping in his car in the drive-thru lane of a Taco Bell restaurant. Attorney John Burris told USA TODAY he believed the report was irrelevant, particularly since the hired expert also deemed police had probable cause in the fatal 2018 shooting of Stephon Clark. Let that sink in. The cops went and got the SAME GUY, David Blake, who said the Stephon Clark shooting was all-to-the-good. “Officers are not required to wait until a weapon is pointed at them to take the necessary steps to save their own lives,” Blake wrote in the report, adding that their actions were “reasonable based upon my training and experience as a range instructor as well as through applied human factors psychology.” This is the system that Black and brown people are up against in America. Do anything to save a cop’s a$$. SMFH.

As previously reported rumors swirled that Porsha called off her engagement to Dennis McKinley after she unfollowed (and refollowed) him on Instagram sparking claims by bloggers that he cheated. Now Porsha’s speaking out for the first time on her relationship since the speculation started and explaining why she took so long to address the rumors. “I’m pretty much doing everything in my own time. Not that there’s anything I’m trying to hide or run away from, but if you love someone and you make a mistake or he makes a mistake or whatever’s going on, you gotta make sure that y’all are good at the end of the day,” said Williams during the American Black Film Festival in Miami as reported by ESSENCE. “I am on a reality television show and I do pride myself on being transparent on the show,” Williams continued, “but at the same time I’m human and when you’re talking about family, something that you want for a lifetime, you have to protect it.” “Mistakes”, huh??? She also added that despite the rumors, she’ll “absolutely love Dennis forever” and she still thanks God for the blessing she claimed. If you can remember, Porsha said during the RHOA season 10 reunion that she’d soon be married and pregnant. “What I will always do is make sure I protect family,” she said. “He will always be my daughter’s father and I will absolutely love him forever. We absolutely go through our ups and downs together. And I still thank God for the blessing I claimed a year ago.” She added, “There are still be things in any of us that aren’t perfect, that we have to deal with as a family. But overall I am still thankful to God and I know he is holding both of our hands as long as we stay in prayer.” Well, at least Porsha’s staying positive. Blac Chyna Trashes Keeping Up with the Kardashians: It’s Fake! Lame! Failing!

It is, sadly and predictably, totally on again between Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna. The exes are back to arguing once again over two of the topics that often cause the most tension: Their daughter… and reality television. Late last week, Rob made it clear – through his attorney, Marty Singer – that the former couple’s two-year old daughter, Dream, would NOT be appearing on Chyna’s upcoming Zeus Network reality series. Due to her age, Dream would need the consent of both her parents to play any role on this program. And Rob refuses to give it. “Please be advised that The Zeus Network does not have Mr. Kardashian’s consent to Dream’s participation in or appearance on the Series or in any related marketing or promotional materials,” Singer said on his client’s behalf last Wednesday. It’s not too hard to understand why a parent wouldn’t want his toddler to be thrown in front of a television camera… … but try telling that to Blac Chyna. On Saturday, the mother of two shared a lengthy and scathing statement on social media in response to Rob’s stance when it comes to The Real Blac Chyna show. “As Executive Producer of my show, It is very unfortunate that Rob could not simply have an adult conversation with me ‘the mother of his child,’ Dream Kardashian appearing on my show ‘The Real Blac Chyna,’” she wrote online. Chyna explained that a significant part of her beef centered on just how Kardashian handled this issue. “Had Rob contacted me directly rather than through his attorney Marty Singer, Rob would have learned about Dream participation in the show,” she continued, adding that she “would never allow” Dream to be “subjected to long hours on the set.” Again, she reiterated, she is in charge of this series. The ex lovers — who co-starred on their own E! program back when they were engaged — agreed to joint custody in September of 2017 following an often contentious romance and that culminated with both side alleging abuse in separate lawsuits. They actually seemed to be getting along pretty well of late. Chyna even recently said some nice stuff about Rob as a dad. And as a sex partner . “I have the ability to control which scenes are included in the show,” Chyna added over the weekend, stating, for example, that Dream was NOT around during the publicized fight on her future show between herself and her mother. The reality star concluded her post by claiming Keeping Up with the Kardashians features Dream in episodes without Chyna’s consent. So, like, come on, dude! “I also would have pointed out to Rob the hypocrisy of his family’s insistence that Dream appear on Keeping Up with the Kardashians in the family’s desperate attempt to boost the dismal ratings for their stale and contrived show, without my approval,” Chyna said.
