‘Game Of Thones’ Spin-Off ‘House of the Dragon’ Coming To HBO

Source: HBO Game of Thrones fans who are still lamenting over the final season of the hit HBO show might find this news welcoming. During its big HBO Max presentation, the company announced the new spin-off House of the Dragon . HBO saved the best for last during the presentation revealing the prequel to Thrones will be produced by George R.R. Martin and Ryan Condal and will be based on Fire & Blood. The show will take place 300 years before the events of Game of Thrones. Fans will also be elated to learn that Miguel Sapochnik, who directed the “Battle of the Bastards” episode, which is considered by most GOT fans as the best one, will serve as co-showrunner. He will also be directing the pilot and additional episodes, so that should curb any fears still lingering from the final season. Plus, David Benioff and D. B. Weiss will not be attached to this show in any capacity. When it premieres, we will be getting 10 episodes and will serve as a part of Sapochnik’s overall deal to develop shows for HBO and HBO Max — the company’s new streaming service that will cost $14.99 — when it launches in May 2020. In a statement about HBO programming president, Casey Bloys spoke on the new show stating: “The  Game of Thrones universe is so rich with stories. We look forward to exploring the origins of House Targaryen and the earlier days of Westeros along with Miguel, Ryan, and George.” The announcement of House of the Dragon came on the heels of HBO reportedly shelving another GOT prequel starring Oscar-nominee Naomi Watts, Naomi Ackie, and Denise Gough. #GameOfThrones ' George R.R. Stephen Curry Suffers Broken Left Hand, Out For Undetermined Length Of Time

Source: WENN.com / WENN The Golden State Warriors are now down two All-Stars after Stephen Curry suffered a broken left hand during a freak collision during a drive to the basket. Curry will undergo tests and evaluation as a timetable has yet to be set for how long the star player will be on the shelf. ESPN reports that Curry, 31, collided with Phoenix Suns big man Aron Baynes while making a drive towards the basket. Baynes, attempting to take a charge, fell on Curry’s left hand and the pain from the injury was apparent right away. What makes this a tough injury is the Warriors are already missing Klay Thompson due to ACL surgery and talented big man Kevon Looney is also out for a few more games. The Suns beat out the Warriors 121-110, handing the California team a 1-3 record at the moment. Coach Steve Kerr addressed the media after the game stating that while the loss of Curry and Thompson are tough, the team is moving ahead in an attempt to find what pieces are in place to hopefully salvage their season. As one of the more stacked teams in the NBA, the Warriors have a cast of younger players who have been waiting in line to get more playing time and that opportunity will now present itself according to comments made by team owner Joe Lacob. — Photo: WENN

Ashley Martson and Jay Smith are no longer dating. In and of itself, this is not a shocking statement. The 90 Day Fiance stars are nearly as unstable as fellow reality TV personalities Jen Harley  and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. But the circumstances behind their latest split may come as a shock to even those who have followed the couple very closely over the past several months. How so? Martson and Smith met on a 90 Day Fiance, with the latter hailing from Jamaica and needing to marry a U.S. citizen in order to live here permanently. They wed in 2018, as seen on 90 Day Fiance Season 6. 2. What Went Wrong After That? Uhhh… everything? For starters, Smith was caught using a dating app days after their wedding. He was chatting with other women on Tinder. 3. Was It Over After That? Not exactly. The stars broke up and then reconciled and then Ashley filed for divorce in January 2019 and then took it back and then filed a second time in April 2019. 4. For What Reason? Because Smith was caught with a woman in a barbershop bathroom. This was merely the latest example of him cheating on his wife. Jay was then taken into ICE custody after he violated a protective order Martson had against him. 5. So It Was Definitely Over Then, Right? It sure sounded that way. “Honestly, I don’t really care if he’s deported,” Ashley told In Touch Weekly just this past August. 6. What the Heck Happened from There? It’s sort of unclear — but there were concerns in September that they got back together again after the two attended the same event in Pennsylvania. Since her foray into the legal system, Kim has advocated on behalf of former inmates Alice Marie Johnson , Momolu Stewart, and Matthew Charles, all of whom were released after serving lengthy prison sentences. Now, she’s setting her sights on Rodney Reed. Late Friday night, Kardashian tweeted about watching the forthcoming film Just Mercy , starring Jamie Foxx and Michael B. Jordan. After watching the movie, she was inspired to further look into a case she’s been reading about for the last week. I just saw the movie Just Mercy, the film about Bryan Stevenson's book starring Jamie Foxx & Michael B Jordan. wow I cried!!! I know it doesn't come out until January but you all have to see this!!! Rodney has maintained his innocence the entire time, and now, him and his family are seeking justice before his scheduled execution on November 20. On October 10 and 11, Reed’s story was featured on Dr. Phil’s two-part series about the controversial case. A Change.org  petition has also been launched, which has since garnered nearly 70,000 signatures. Hopefully, the extra attention gained from Kim K’s call out will be enough to get this man free, or at the very least, a free trial.

Joseline began lobbing low blows at the wife of Dr. Eugene Harris after they disagreed on whether motherhood was a job or not, criticizing everything from her reported tax liens to the way she was dressed. Bush-Harris said she was caught off guard by the Puerto Rican Princess during a scene at Buffie Purselle’s party. But she said she’s not surprised that she came out swinging and questioned if she’d googled her before their encounter. “I think that right now she’s finding herself in a place where she’s losing her relevance on television,” Bush-Harris told BOSSIP. “She has a lot of social media followers, but when it comes to television, she hasn’t seen herself in a while. T think she saw it as an opportunity to get back on a network.” The married mom of two’s journey this season hasn’t been an easy one, and she’s struggled with the fallout from a miscarriage and paying back a six-figure tax bill. Bush-Harris said she’ tried to use her reality show fame to create teachable moments for viewers and fans, and hopes that she helped others by being so candid. “We’re not perfect and we made mistakes,” Bush-Harris said. “It’s not something that everybody comes back from. Sometimes you get so bogged down that you can’t come back up…But we’re in a better place.”

JWoww vs. Angelina: Jersey Shore Feud Explodes on Twitter!

On Thursday night, tempers flared between two long-time Jersey Shore cast members. During filming of the latest episode? Yes. But also over social media during the airing of this latest episode. As the past two installments of this MTV franchise have shown, there is major tension between Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Angelina Pivarnick — and it all has to do with Zack Clayton Carpinello. This immature 24-year old got drunk and acted like a sexist buffoon several months ago, groping Angelina on the dance floor of a nightclub after JWoww (his girlfriend at the time!) passed out from alcohol intake. This wasted escapade was featured last week’s Jersey Shore episode. Then, last night , viewers witnessed the fallout of a sober JWoww waking up the day after this inappropriate action was taken… and being deceived by Carpinello in regard to what transpired. Zack placed the blame on Angelina and alleged that she tried to kiss him . In present day, after she watched the episode a few days ago and saw what actually went down between her then-boyfriend and veteran co-star, Farley broke up with Carpinello , writing at the time: “For 5 months I was kept in the dark about this. For 5 months I was naive, probably laughed at and made into a story line that will forever haunt me. “My heart hurts on so many levels. “One thing I learned from tonight’s episode is know your value. Don’t ever lower your standards.” Despite mostly blaming Zack for initating the flirting with Angelina, however, JWoww also had some harsh words yesterday for Pivarnick. Live-Tweeting the episode, Farley posted the following online after witnessing Angelina knocking on her bedroom door and joking about having sex with both her and Carpinello: “Grinding on someone’s man? Asking for a 3 some? Kissing someone else’s BF? That’s a blatant disregard of boundaries.” Pivarnick, for her part, insisted she was just being playful. “When I asked about a three some everyone knew it was a joke,” she wrote back, adding: “I even knocked on their door and was laughing … I never had a three some in my life and I sure as hell wouldn’t want one at 33 years old.” Farley wasn’t having it, though. “Oh ok that makes sense,” she replied. “Glad what you did was a joke, and u grinding on him was a joke… and u kissing him was a joke… BUT when he joked back, you made it seem like he was a creep and destroyed him in interview. Got it. Makes total sense now.” Jenni’s beef with Angelina here seems to be less how she acted with  Zack and more how she talked about him afterward. That is: Angelina was joking and flirting right back during the night in question… but then later made it sound like Zach was totally in the wrong and acting against her will. “Both are idiots but they instigated each other,” Farley told a fan about Zack and Angelina, explaining: “Only difference is Angelina gets to talk about it on the show… like if you were that uncomfortable tell me.. don’t tell others and text me how much fun it was.” Again, it’s worth remembering that all the actions here actually transpired a long time ago. Jenni and Angelina are just giving us their thoughts on what happened now, as the episodes play out on TV. And Zack is doing the same. “I made mistakes that I cannot take back, which I take full responsibility for. … I sincerely apologize to Jenni. I apologize to Angelina as well,” he wrote last week on Instagram .

Felicity Huffman Refused to Talk to Lori Loughlin Before Prison

Earlier this week, actress Felicity Huffman reported to prison to begin serving a 14-day sentence. As you probably know, Huffman is one of the famous faces of the college admissions bribery scandal . And while she’s the first celebrity to get locked up for the bribes she doled out in order to ensure her daughter a place in the school of her choice, she almost certainly won’t be the last. After all, Huffman accepted a plea deal and prosecutors still made an example of her. (Sure it was the lightest slap on the wrist imaginable, but they imprisoned a rich, well-connected white woman in America, which is no easy feat.) Conversely, actress Lori Loughlin refused a plea deal and is planning to take her chances in court. And we think it’s safe to say she’s beginning to have second thoughts after seeing what became of Huffman. Insiders Loughlin still believes she’ll be able to avoid doing time, but is now contemplating the possibility for the first time. According to a new report from People magazine, Loughlin attempted to reach out to Huffman recently in order to get a read on how the actress was feeling about her upcoming sentence. Not surprisingly, it seems Huffman didn’t feel up to having a chat: “She wanted to encourage her, and see how she was doing,” a source close to the situation tells People. “She feels like their fates are tied together now, even though they weren’t really friends before.” Sounds like Huffman just wants this whole ordeal to be over with and has no interest in commiserating with her co-conspirators. But like it or not, it seems she’ll be getting another call from Aunt Becky shortly after her release: “She wants to debrief Felicity after jail to find out what it was like and what her advice would be,” says the insider. “She feels like Felicity’s time in jail will be an indicator on her own time, and she’s extremely curious to know how it goes.” Not surprisingly, Loughlin is hoping Huffman will reassure her that life on the inside isn’t all that bad: “She’s definitely hoping that Felicity’s time in prison will go easy for her, because that will be a positive sign that, if Lori has to serve time, that she’ll be able to weather it as well,” the source says. “Of course, it’s still very important for her to be exonerated of all charges against her,” the insider continues. “She still maintains her innocence and hopes it won’t come to that. But if she does end up serving time in prison, she wants to know what she’s getting into.” Lori might still be holding out hope that the judge will go easy on her, but that seems increasingly unlikely. While her trial date has not yet been set, it looks as though Loughlin will be going from Full House to the big house sometime in early 2020.

Nathan Griffith DUI Details Revealed: He Was Passed Out at the Wheel at 5 PM?!

It's 5 o'clock somewhere! That's something your alcoholic friend might say when he's looking to pound some tequila shots on his lunch break. But even that maniac would probably look down his nose at the sort of person who gets passed-out drunk before most folks are even out of work — on a weekday, no less! Nathan Griffith, on the other hand has no qualms about getting absolutely sh-thoused on a random Thursday while the sun's still out. As we reported earlier today, Griffith was arrested on DUI charges last night. Now we know the details of his latest brush with the law, and frankly — we're a little worried for the guy. Take a look: 1. Not on His Best Behavior Griffith was booked and held on $10,000 bond after being arrested on DUI charges near his home in North Carolina yesterday. 2. A Very Bad Habit Troublingly, this was not Griffith’s first DWI. In fact, it’s not his second, either. The 32-year-old been arrested for the offense on at least THREE prior occasions. 3. The Bright Side Thankfully, Griffith hasn’t killed anyone with his reckless behavior. But that doesn’t mean he’ll walk away from this latest situation consequence-free. 4. Kaiser In the Middle Not only is Nathan facing jail time, he’s set to square off against Jenelle Evans in a battle for custody of his son, Kaiser. Needless to say, this brush with the law won’t improve his chances of winning. 5. A Rare Victory Jenelle hasn’t done a whole lot of winning lately (or ever?), but Nathan just made it much more likely that she’ll be granted full custody of Kaiser — especially once the judge finds out the details of Griffith’s latest arrest. 6.
