Nida’s original release date was October 15 but prison records now indicate his release date is November 26. Back in 2014, the reality star was sentenced to 96 months in prison after pleading guilty to conspiracy to commit mail, wire and bank fraud. As The Blast first reported, Nida was re-arrested last month after violating the terms of his parole while serving his sentence in a halfway home. Nida had a list of rules to follow while living in the halfway home and we’re told he broke a technical requirement pertaining to the rules of his release. Source: Jub Rubjob / Getty Roger Morton and his pregnant fiancé Porsha Shields were pulled over in Mississippi earlier in the month for speeding when two white officers escalated the situation, with one drawing his weapon while another grabbed Morton by the neck. The video of the exchange has since gone viral after it was posted publicly on Facebook this week with Morton and Shields demanding answers. NBC News reports : Porsha Shields shared the clip of the July 12 incident on Facebook, and then told friends on Tuesday, “I AM NOT ok and I haven’t been for weeks now.” The 4 1/2-minute video showed her friend Robert Morton, 34, standing behind his car, on the side of the road in Clay County, chatting with a state trooper. The trooper can be heard telling Morton he was under arrest for going 101 mph in a 65 mph zone. Morton refuses orders to put his hands behind his back to be handcuffed. “Why am I getting arrested?” Morton repeatedly asks. A second trooper then pulls up and immediately put his hands on Morton’s throat. The two troopers then wrestle him to the ground. “Oh my goodness!” Shields screams. “You ain’t got to do all that! Sir, you ain’t got to all of that!” Morton was cited for several charges, including going 20 miles over the speed limit, not wearing a seat belt and resisting arrest among other charges. Meghan Markle has made this much clear: She wasn’t exactly taking it easy during the final few weeks of her pregnancy. In new photos from the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s official Instagram account, the former USA Network actress is giving followers a glimpse behind the scenes of her somewhat private life. These pictures reveal a very, VERY pregnant Markle while she delves into important business and happenings at her Smart Works charity, an organization that helps vulnerable and longterm unemployed women regain the skills and confidence to get into work. Pretty admirable, right? To celebrate her recently-announced line of women’s workwear – which will benefit Smart Works – the relatively new mother shared the new snapshots above and below from her visits to Smart Works. The 37-year appears here to be playing stylist, helping clients select pieces to wear to a job interview. She’s also shown sitting at a table to talka bout the charity’s work. It’s also worth noting that Markle appears to be rocking the same black vintage jacket she sported while stepping out in New York City ahead of her baby shower in February. Reads the caption alongside these new photographs: Throughout her visits she noticed that while the donations were plentiful, they were also notably a combination of mismatched items and colours which weren’t always the right stylistic choices or sizes that didn’t necessarily ‘suit’ the job at hand: to make a woman feel confident and inspired as she walked into her job interview. As for the aforementioned line of women’s workwear? “Launching this autumn, The Duchess will be supporting a collective to help equip the women of Smart Works with the key workwear essentials they need as they enter into the workplace,” the sussexroyal account explains. It continues: “This initiative is supported by four generous brands who share the vision to empower the women of Smart Works to look and feel [100 emoji] as they bravely venture in to what can often be a daunting environment for those who have been out of the job market.” Markle guest-edited the latest issue of British Vogue, earning a great deal of backlash in the process. Back in June, Jim Bob Duggar’s beloved mother Mary Duggar passed away unexpectedly. Mary was 78 years old, but she did not die from natural causes, as many initially assumed. it was later revealed that Mary Duggar drowned in an incident that still remains mysterious to the public. Obviously, the family is entitled to its privacy at such a difficult time, but considering how much the Duggars have shared with the world, it comes as little surprise that they’ve been bombarded with questions in the months following Mary’s death. Chief among those queries is — how are Mary’s many grandchildren holding up in the wake of her grisly demise? Thank you!!” Mary was beloved by all of the Duggars, but it seems she and Amy were particularly close: “It breaks my heart to write this,” Amy wrote on social media following her grandmother’s passing. “My best friend passed away yesterday afternoon. Jesus sure took home a treasure. “I’m at a loss for words, shaking as I even type this out. I loved her so much. She helped raise me, we did everything together. Obviously, this is a tremendously difficult time for Amy. We won’t offer up any cliches about the circle of life, but hopefully, she can take solace in how proud Mary would be of Amy’s growing family. Kelly’s lawyer has hit back at the federal government’s claims that his client exposed women to venereal disease as part of his racketeering case. Douglas C. Anton wrote in court papers that there was “zero evidence” to support the government’s allegations that Kelly had infected a witness known as “Jane Doe,” with herpes during sexual encounters. Anton said that although the feds assert that they have Kelly’s medical records, he questioned the manner that they procured Kelly’s records and wondered if the government could prove that the woman and Kelly had the same strain of the virus or who first contracted it. Jane Doe No. 5 “has had her civil case pending for some months and she has not been able to prove a scintilla of her allegations and has offered no evidence to support her claims that Robert gave her herpes,” Anton wrote to the judge. The lawyer said Kelly as been a law-abiding citizen for all of his life, and like anyone, has had consensual sex with “various people throughout his life, possibly more than normal people because he is a rock star.” But that didn’t mean that he did anything wrong, Anton insisted in court papers that were obtained by BOSSIP. Kelly’s lawyer’s allegations were made as part of court docs to persuade the judge to allow Kelly to be released on bail. Kelly is set to be arraigned on Friday, where he will enter a plea in the case. Anton wants Kelly released on his own recognizance, arguing that he’s surrendered his passport and is so broke that he and his other lawyers are working for free. The judge has not ruled on whether or not to grant Kelly bail.
