Watch below: The series, which follows three powerful African American couples working in real estate in the thriving city of Huntsville, Alabama: Melody and Martell Holt, Marsau and LaTisha Scott and Maurice and Kimberlee Scott, will also feature a new couple Cedarric and Adaira Collins, both good friends of the Holts and Scotts. This season being a power couple doesn’t mean the perfect couple as Martell works to try and win back his estranged wife Melody. Kimberlee is forced to reconcile with the challenges of a blended family as she deals with Maurice’s son and ex-wife’s potential move to Huntsville. A Black University of Alabama at Birmingham student says she was threatened with the loss of her job before the school’s human resources office intervened, after she wore a scarf that was not to her employers liking. Felicia Layton, a 21-year-old junior studying kinesiology claim her employers at one of the university’s day care centers sent her home on Thursday because she violated the workplace dress code policy by tying a headscarf around her ponytail, according to AL.com . “APPARENTLY THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WILL BE FIRED IF SOMETHING [ISN’T] DONE TO IT (flat iron it) BY TOMORROW!,” Layton wrote in a now viral Facebook post. “I [won’t] say much because [I’m] not even the type to argue with no one about how things that are basically RACIST but being labeled as something else!” Layton has worked at the daycare since 2017 and went on to say that she was tired from the daily requirements it takes to maintain her 4c hair texture which requires a lot of effort to upkeep. “I HAVE THE MOST 4C hair i have ever seen and baby I can barely put it in a ponytail so if this isnt well groomed and professional enou gh to be at a DAYCARE idk what is! My students and their parents love me & If its a problem with management that my 4c hair to be flatiron or ‘well groomed’ this is not where my hard work needs to be,” she continued. A number of states including California and New York have introduced and passed anti-discrimination legislation pertaining to natural hairstyles. It may be time for Alabama to get on board as well. Basically, Karlie was telling the truth the entire time according to the test. There was no deception indicated when asked if she pooped on Pooh’s sheets, and about whether she had a threesome with Pooh and Hiriam, but the results were inconclusive when Karlie was asked if she was ever sexually intimate with Pooh and if she and Hiriam were ever sexually intimate. The inconclusive results are still shady, but for now, it seems like Karlie Redd told the truth. Pooh, looking like the liar that she is, starts yapping about how Karlie got butt shots on her bed, etc. The thirst is real. They go at it for a hot second until Nina Parker calms them down. Then Mimi adds her two cents about the night in question. Basically, Mimi left Karlie at the house and then all of a sudden, the next day, #TheBlogs had a story that a threesome happened at the house, which means someone leaked something, but Mimi didn’t see anything. She ain’t lying. Next up are Kirk and Rasheeda. Nina asks Rasheeda what she meant when she said there were infidelities in their relationship on both sides. Tragic news out of the world of reality television: Lee Rosbach, a caption on the popular series Below Deck, revealed on Monday that his son, Joshua, died on July 22 from an accidental drug overdose. He was 42 years old. There was a funeral held a couple days ago for Joshua, who battled addiction for two decades, according to his famous father. “This past Saturday, my beloved wife Mary Anne and I laid our youngest son, Joshua Lee Rosbach to rest,” Lee wrote on Instagram this afternoon as a caption to the above photo of Joshua. “After a twenty year struggle, he finally succumbed to the demons he fought so long and so hard. “Addiction is an insidious disease that knows no social status or geographic boundaries.” Continued the Below Deck star: “Whether you live in a 10,000 sq. ft. mansion or a double wide trailer, the path of death, destruction and devastation it leaves remains the same. “We loved Josh unconditionally and were proud of the man he had become in spite of his problems. There was no one i ever knew who gave more of himself to those in his life. “He loved with all his being without expecting anything in return. We both feel a hole in our souls that will never be filled.” According to a tribute posted on Dignity Memorial, the 42-year-old died on July 22 “in the comfort of his home.” Not much else is known about what transpired, but this same post continued as follows: “At the time of his passing he was in the hearts and minds of those he loved the most. “A gentle and kind soul, Josh was loved by everyone he came into contact with and never met a stranger. His smile, and although quiet personality were traits that people admired. “But the simple things in life were exciting too, especially when he worked hard to buy his first home where he enjoyed spending quality time with his ‘Fur ever buddy and protector’ Champ. “Josh followed his father’s love for the ocean, whether it was sail boating or First Mate aboard a Yacht. “As a son, he was everything to his father and mother. He was a good brother and he loved the precious times they spent together.” Lee Rosbach was born in Saginaw, Michigan and has been in the yachting industry for 20 years. He released a memoir last winter and currently stars on the Bravo program Below Deck. Lee concluded the tribute to his son as follows: So my message to those of you who are fighting this disease, find a way to get help no matter what. For those of you who have a friend, family member, son, or daughter who’s struggling, do what ever it takes to get them the help they need. Be kind and loving, and try to enjoy every second you have with them. Do not pray for our son, but please take care of your children and friends who may need it, as it isn’t too late for them.
