Halle Berry’s Nanny Loses Restraining Order Petition Against Gabriel Aubry

Halle Berry’s nanny was denied a restraining order against Halle’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry , reports TMZ. The nanny is claiming that Gabriel pushed in a door while she was holding his daughter Nahla. The nanny, Alliance Kamdem claimed she feared retaliation by Aubry, but the judge called her petition “insufficient and speculative.” In her declaration, Kamdem also cited an incident in which she claims Gabriel violently pushed her out a door. Kamdem claims during a recent trip to Spain where Halle was shooting a movie: Gabriel “would walk over and violently grab/take Nahla away from me.” She also said Gabriel didn’t like her from the moment she began her duties as a nanny last June. She claims Gabriel said: “You are a spy,” and “Nahla doesn’t like you, she doesn’t want you here.” This is going straight to family court, not a good look for Gabriel! Last week, Charlie Baltimore did an interview on Shade 45  where she maintained she writes all of her rhymes. In another part of the interview, Baltimore threw Lil Kim under the bus by saying she didn’t write her own  raps. A former member of the Queen Bee’s entourage is now claiming he is Lil Kim’s ghostwriter. Antonio Walker has come out in support of Baltimore’s claims. Walker recently posted pictures of a contract allegedly drawn up between Queen Bee Entertainment and himself. Walker says he penned a number of Kim’s biggest hits. Walker decided to come forward with his story after having not been paid for any of his contributions. There was a song on Lil Kim’s 2005 album, The Naked Truth , which addressed rumors she didn’t write her own material. The name of the track was “Shut Up B***h.” Kim probably is screaming that to Antonio Walker right now. What are your thoughts on the situation? Halle Berry is taking her ex Gabriel Aubry to court over claims he pushed his daughter Nahla’s nanny into a wall while she held the child. Halle is furious at the male model’s alleged behavior, in which he abused the nanny  both verbally and physically. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ , the confrontation supposedly happened last Wednesday, when the nanny went to his home after discovering he had kept three-year-old Nahla absent from nursery for two days due to illness. The nanny then went to Gabriel’s home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn’t take the child to school. Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage and told the nanny: “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms. This is not looking good for Gabriel! Halle Berry broke her foot in Spain this morning, according to TMZ . However, her injury won’t stop the production on the new film she’s shooting, “Cloud Atlas.” Cameras will just have to work around her. Halle was on the property where she’s staying when she took a misstep and heard a crack. She was taken to a hospital where she was put in a cast and then in a wheelchair. This means cameras will have to begin shooting her from the waist up or shooting scenes in which Halle does not appear for the next couple of weeks. Get well soon Halle! Demi Lovato on Kim Kardashian: Like a Big Sister!

Perhaps this explains why Demi Lovato has battled so many personal demons… In an interview with E! News last night, the 19-year old singer was asked about that network’s reason for existence: Kim Kardashian . She replied:””She’s been a friend of mine for a little bit and she’s like a big sister to me.” Kim introduced Demi at the Do Something Awards earlier this month, a performance by Lovato you can view HERE . Elsewhere, Lovato touched on her constant battle and how she manages to maintain mental health these days. “I surround myself with people that are beneficial in my recovery and my recovery is still a daily battle and I definitely hang out with people that support me in making the right decisions,” Lovato said . “I’m a happier and healthier person today because of the choices I’ve made.” We wish her the best of luck with all those choices. We just recommend a new role model.

Halle Berry Defeats Gabriel Aubry in Court

Halle Berry won a battle in court today with ex Gabriel Aubry. But, as this custody battle rages on, it’s clear who the real loser will be: three-year old Nahla. Sources tell TMZ the former couple was in front of a judge because Berry will be leaving to film a movie in Europe and there was an issue over which parent gets to spend time with his/her daughter when Halle is working. Berry won this round, meaning Nahla will be accompanying her mom overseas. The issue is unrelated to a larger problem Berry has brought up to the court, however. She alleges that Aubry has imperiled the safety of their child. Many more hearings will unfortunately take place involving the family. [Photo: WENN.com]

I still can’t believe that Halle Berry is forty-five years old, it just doesn’t make any sense to me, she’s a freak of nature. Not that I’m complaining, the woman is hot and she’s got some of the best breasts in the business no matter how old they are. Is she considered a cougar now? Because she doesn’t really look like the cougars I’m used to seeing, she’s not orange or wearing a lifeguard tank top that says something like “Party Saver” or chain smoking flavored cigarillos and I highly doubt her breath smells like day old wine. I like it.
