Lindsay Lohan Video Likens Rehab Release to 9/11; YouTube Inundated With Complaints

A fan-made (or non -fan-made) Lindsay Lohan video likening her recent release from rehab to the 9/11 terror attacks has many people up in arms. “Lindsay Lohan’s Freckled Freedom,” by YouTube user dspielbergz, splices Lindsay Lohan photos and videos together with footage of the  2001 tragedy. Why? It’s entirely unclear. Lindsay Lohan’s Freckled Freedom “Lindsay is finally free,” the narrator says. “It’s been three months without her. It’s felt like three decades. Hashtag Freckled Freedom. Hashtag Freckled Freedom.” “Lindsay is out of rehab,” the robotic, creepy voiceover continues. “She’s been recovering. No lights. No cameras. No Twitter. No sign that she loves me. I have been patiently waiting. Sitting in my room. Staring at my computer screen.” Someone should probably check on dspielbergz right about now. Whatever the point of this was, people aren’t thrilled with it. The clip’s blatant, albeit seemingly random, use of images from the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks have disturbed and angered many commenters. “State sponsored terrorism and Blohan have nothing whatsoever in common,” one user wrote. “This is one of the most disturbing things I have ever seen.” “Whoever is behind this or supports it is disturbed.” “Are you kidding me?” another incredulous user asked. “This is vile. Over 3,000 people lost their lives on 911 and what does this drugged up, 7-time rehab junkie have to do with 911. Report this video.” Yet another says, “I consider [this video] treasonous.” The creator stands by the work, however. The author posted on his or her tumblr, “there has been a polarized reaction to my video. I’m sorry I’m not sorry.” “I’m standing by it. If you really want to see something ‘horrible’ and ‘disturbing’ look up the melting glaciers or dead polar bear … my video is next level and staying.” So basically, the explanation is that there is none, and the defense of linking Lindsay Lohan and 9/11 is that climate change is worse than this video. Mayim Bialik Explains Divorce Blogging, Cathartic Jewish Experience

Mayim Bialik is not Kim Kardashian . So many were taken aback when The Big Bang Theory blogged all about her divorce earlier this summer, giving fans an unexpected glimpse into her personal life. But Bialik wasn’t aiming for attention or sympathy, she told Access Hollywood this week, explaining what prompted her to take to Kveller.com for such intimate postings. “I wanted to write about some of the more complicated aspects. And specifically, also, there’s certain things [related] to Jewish divorce that people don’t know about,” the actress said. Mayim went on to outline how she and Michael Stone had to get divorced through their faith on top of the typical legal proceedings for most couples. “There’s something called a ‘Get,'” Bialik said . “There’s a religious process. You sit in the same room and you watch your divorce deed be written. It’s actually a very interesting thousands-year old document that you watch written and you have to be in the same room as your ex.” Overall, it was a powerful experience. “To me, it was a very cathartic, very emotionally powerful sense of closure for us. It’s very intense. So I wrote for Kveller about some of those aspects in hopes to kind of maybe [be] helpful to other people or other women.”

America’s First Sex Manual: Be Warned! Infants Covered In Hair!

Oh early America, the land of opportunity. The home of thoughts free from religious persecution. The birthplace of the idea that a baby born out of wedlock would be covered in hair. Wait, what? Check out the story below! America’s First Sex Manual (1766) You have to give  Mr. William Salmon credit. People are much more likely to take sex advice from Greek philosopher Aristotle than a man named Salmon.  While the manual does suggest that women enjoy sex (scandalous!), it was best for women to wait for marriage because virginity was “the boast and pride of the fair sex”.  Not quite as progressive would be Mr. Salmon’s take on sex outside that between a man and a woman claiming that it was responsible for “world with confusion and debauchery, has brought diseases on the body, consumptions on estates, and eternal ruin to the soul, if not repented of.” Here I was just wondering where my estate caught consumption. Kristen Stewart: Really Missing Robert Pattinson!

Yes, Robert Pattinson stopped by Kristen Stewart’s home this month. But a sources tells Hollywood Life that “work” continues to come first for both stars and a rekindled romance is not in the cards at the moment. Much to the chagrin of Stewart. She misses her man, even as just a good friend. “It’s Rob who has distanced himself from Kristen ,” this insider reports. “He rarely hangs out in the same area as Kristen and her friends. It’s just easier for him this way. He’s kind of had to start a new life with new friends.” The anonymous pal goes on to say that Stewart has major regrets over kissing Rupert Sanders (“She feels like she and Rob would be still be together if she had never cheated…”)  and that there’s a void in the Twilight Saga beauty’s life. “She misses their friendship the most. He was the one person who really got her, who really understood her.” This may explain Stewart’s recent meltdown. She EXPLODED at a paparazzo a couple weeks ago, which could easily have been the result of all the tension and sadness inside of her. Let’s hope these kids both end up happy.

Finding Dory: Pixar Changes Ending Due to Controversial SeaWorld Documentary

Finding Dory is, without a doubt, one of the most anticipated sequels in recent memory.  Finding Nemo was hugely popular with both children and adults and the sequel is bound to be as successful. However, it now appears that the movie we all see in the theaters will not end as originally planned thanks to the orca documentary,  Blackfish . Check out the story below! Finding Dory Ending Changed So Dory and friends were originally going to end up in a marine park. Now they’ll be able to leave the marine park if they so desire.  There were a few stories of kids flushing things down the toilet to send them to “the ocean” like in  Finding Nemo so maybe workers in marine parks should be on red alert when  Finding Dory comes out in 2015. I can just see the headlines now… “Child Attempts to Take Home Puffin From Marine Park”. It should be noted that Disney has made no official statement regarding the altered ending.

Bethenny Frankel Opens Up About "Brutal" Divorce

Bethenny Frankel might not have any sympathy for Teresa Giudice right now, but she appears to be asking for some herself. The former reality star opened up to Nightline this week and was unabashedly honest about her divorce proceedings from estranged husband Jason Hoppy . “I’m going through a brutal, brutal time,” Frankel said of the split. “There’s no other way to slice it.” Accusations between Frankel and Hoppy having been going back and forth for months, with the latter recently claiming the former is forcing a vegan diet on their child. Frankel admits that she’s feeling “bruised” from the battle – and randomly suggests what could help. “I would imagine, eventually, sex would be a nice release, but you know, who knows,” she says. “If I’m exercising or doing yoga, it’ll take the edge off on some level. I know every time I post pictures of serial reality TV “star” Bethenny Frankel , I always second-guess myself. But she keeps showing up in a bikini, and she’s got a great body for a mom. What am I supposed to do? It looks like Bethenny took my advice from last time though, since she’s wearing a giant hat and big sunglasses to cover her face. Which saves me from having to do it myself, and means I don’t have to try to type with my elbow since now I’ve got at least one hand free. Jason Hoppy to Bethenny Frankel: You Will Pay!

So much for a friendly split. The Bethenny Frankel divorce case against Jason Hoppy has grown seriously contentious, with the main obstacle between the former couple also being the cutest: Two-year old daughter Brynn. Both sides have filed for primary custody of the little one, with a source telling Us Weekly that Hoppy really did intend to “play nice” at the outset of this break-up. But ” Jason is livid with how cold Bethenny has been with him since the the split,” a friend alleges. “He wants to make her pay.” And Hoppy’s actions have blindsided the talk show host, who thought she could quickly file for divorce and not deal with any “hassle,” the source adds. If only, huh? Sounds like a problem that not even world the famous Bethenny Frankel granola recipe can fix.

Bethenny Frankel Files For Divorce From Jason Hoppy

Looks like Bethenny Frankel and Jason Hoppy are officially done. Having announced a separation over the holidays, the reality star began the divorce process by filing the paperwork earlier this week in New York. Sources say the Bethenny Frankel divorce will be quick and easy from a legal standpoint, but that doesn’t make it any easier to cope with emotionally. “Bethenny is devastated,” a friend tells People . The split with Jason Hoppy comes after months of rumors that the pair, who wed in 2010 and are parents to daughter Bryn, 2 1/2, were on the rocks. It’s unclear what specifically drove them to this sad point. “It brings me great sadness to say that Jason and I are separating,” Frankel, 42, said in a statement on December 23. “This was an extremely difficult decision.” “As a woman and a mother, I have to accept it as the best choice for our family.”

Bethenny Frankel may now be single, but she is far from alone. Following her separation from Jason Hoppy , which the reality star announced yesterday, the former Real Housewife has taken to Twitter to thank her 1.1 million fans for their support. “You give me so much love, and I am so grateful,” Frankel wrote last night in response to an outpouring from followers. “It feels like your words could get someone through anything.” Bethenny and Jason were married for two-plus years, after meeting in 2008 and having their relationship chronicled on Bravo’s Bethenny Getting Married .
