The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ perpetually troubled cast member, Kim Richards, can’t seem to make up her mind about rehab. Even after NBC Universal executives, concerned she was high during filming, say her career on RHOBH is contingent upon completing treatment. Although reports have circulated that Kim wants to leave rehab to visit her dog , she claims she will complete thirty days of treatment. Radar Online reported that execs at NBC Universal – parent company of Bravo – wants “Kim to stay in treatment for ninety days.” But a source said, “Kim is insisting that she’ll be done with the treatment in thirty days.” Kim was arrested for public intoxication and for kicking a police officer at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge on April 16. Bravo executives have demanded Kim receive treatment. And rumors state that Kim Richards has already been fired from the show. Unfortunately, it seems that Kim is only in rehab to keep NBC quiet. She doesn’t even think she has a problem. Because it is totally normal to get sh*t-housed and kick a cop… The source also stated, “Kim still doesn’t think that what she did was really wrong and told her bosses that it was a ‘slip’ and ‘not a relapse.” A slip is a relapse, Kimberly. “She said to them, it’s not like she was drinking every single day or something!” The source added. Fellow housewife Lisa Rinna thinks Kim Richards is a drunk , so she might beg to differ. We all beg to differ. NBC Universal executives are concerned that Kim was high during filming. “The fact that she also confessed to smoking weed makes the executives think that she could have been high at times while filming this season’s show,” the source claimed. Might Suzanne Somers soon knock on the door of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills… permanently? The former Three’s Company actress – who partnered this season with Tony Dovolani on Dancing with the Stars and who is friends with Yolanda Foster – appeared last night on Watch What Happens Live. Because she’s stopped by the Bravo hit on a couple of occasions, Somers was asked about potentially becoming a full-time cast member on Season 6. “I’ve seen that [rumor]. Are you planting that?” Somers asked host Andy Cohen. “I loved showing up there. I don’t know if I want to be there all the time, but I loved showing up there.” So it doesn’t sound as if we’ll be able to watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online each week next year and see Somers gracing our screen… which is too bad. Early on Thursday this week, Kim Richards got arrested for being drunk and belligerent. That incident followed a season in which Kim fought with new cast members Lisa Rinna and Eileen Davidson, mostly about her alleged substance abuse issues. Suge Knight’s bail was set at $25 million after prosecutors made the case that he is dangerous, and has been well before he killed a man in a hit and run. Calling him a “prolific and unrepentant criminal,” prosecutor Cynthia Barnes filed a mountain of paperwork this week to support her position on the matter. Barnes claims he was angry when he over and killed Terry Carter, and a look at the shocking Suge Knight hit and run video does little to dispel that theory. Suge Knight Hit and Run Video She claims he was upset about not receiving any money for his likeness that was used in Dr. Dre’s movie, Straight Outta Compton , and flew into a rage. One that isn’t even that uncommon for Suge and his “shameless life of crime.” Her argument, heard Friday morning in a Los Angeles courtroom, cited a staggering 31 incidents in the last decade in which Knight was linked to violence. She also submitted more than two dozen police reports that link Suge to extortion, robbery, assault, battery, witness intimidation and who knows what else. Oh, and Barnes says Suge has laundered more than $10 million since 2002. Knight’s attorney, Matt Fletcher, countered that the D.A. must watch Empire online , and is trying to play up the negative public perception of Knight. Yes, he liked Suge to Lucious Lyon, who was arrested on the Empire finale. Fletcher also pointed the finger at Cle “Bone” Sloan, one of the men Knight ran over, referencing Bone’s statement to police that he “f–ked Suge up.” Knight is in poor health, he says, and complains about living in solitary with no hot water, no blanket and only sporadic showers. Still, back he goes for now. At trial, Knight is expected to claim he was ambushed by gunmen prior to the incident and that he is going blind due to lack of medical care , but will a jury buy it?
