My Bieber Experience was on November 17th 2011 . I could hardly get through 5 hours of school that day knowing I would be meeting Justin at the Pencils Of Promise Gala that night! I left school at 1 and went straight to the hair salon to get my hair and makeup done! It was 5:30pm when we got into the room where the meet and greet was. While we were waiting for Justin to come, I met Adam Braun and Sophia Bush! I was so excited to meet Justin, I wasn’t functioning. After an hour of just walking around and talking with everyone else in the room, Justin walked in with Scooter, Carin and Alfredo! They told everyone not to scream! Everyone obviously freaked out anyway as he walked in and got ready to take pictures with everyone! I was waiting on the end of the line hoping that I’d be next to him in the picture! I watched Justin take pictures with everyone. As I was waiting, I saw a girl try and get an autograph. She asked him if he could sign her phone and he nicely said that he wasn’t allowed to because they weren’t letting him sign things. I had a sharpie so I figured I was just going to ask anyway when it was my turn and see what happens! It was finally my turn! I walked up to Justin with the sharpie in my hand. I said “Hi” He asked how I was and i said “Good how are you?” He said he was going great. Then I held out my phone to see if he’d sign it! The security guard, (not Kenny someone who was running the meet and greet) saw the sharpie in my hand and saw me holding out my phone and was automatically saying, “Sorry were not doing signatures tonight”. As he said that, Justin interrupted him and was like, “No no no, don’t worry she’s cool” and took the sharpie from my hand. I DIED. We took the picture and I gave him a hug and left! It was amazing! *AT THE GALA* The meet and greet was over and it was time to go to the Gala! We checked in at the front and the lady told us we’d be sitting at table 9, and that there was 60 tables in the room! We walked over to our table which happened to be RIGHT INFRONT OF THE STAGE where people would make speeches and stuff! I was so excited and I really wanted to know where Justin would sit! We sat down and waited for more people to come inside since we were one of the first ones to get there! More and more people started showing up and the tables were filling up. All of a sudden I saw Usher and Jaden Smith come in and sit two tables away from me! I walked up to Jaden and took a picture with him! I was just about to sit back down when I saw Kenny coming towards the table I was at with a lot of people following him. It took me time to realize that the people following him were Justin, Alfredo, Pattie, and Justin’s Grandparents! They all walked over and sat down at table 10. (THE TABLE DIRECTLY NEXT TO MINE!) I just sat there staring at Justin for a good 5 minutes until it was the time where you were just aloud to walk around the room and talk to everyone. A lot of people were crowding around Justin’s table, but none of his fans were so I figured I would go over to them and see what would happen. I walked up to the table and talked to Pattie and Kenny who were both so so so nice! Justin was standing up talking to Jaden and it was really really crowded and everyone was really tight so I figured I would just go back to my seat and wait a little and then go back over there when it cleared up! I was just about to go back when I turned around and realized Justin and I were awkwardly standing right next to each other…I had no idea what to do with myself. I had my camera in my hand so I was like, “Can I get a picture with you?” (I know I already took one with him but I had nothing else to say) and he was like, “I’m so sorry they aren’t letting me take pictures right now!” and i was like “Oh ok it’s fine!” I don’t know how I managed to say this, it was the bravest thing I’ve ever done, but I was like, “CAN I HAVE ANOTHER HUG?” He was like, “Haha OF COURSE!” and opened his arms. He gave me the BIGGEST HUG and I walked away shaking like crazy and sat back in my seat. The whole rest of the night was amazing and I made my way over to table 10 as many times as I could!
