The good news is, Lamar Odom is on the mend after the overdose that nearly claimed his life. The bad news is, he’s still enmeshed with the Kardashian family, which means everything he does is viewed as a possible source of TV ratings. We’ve already heard about Kris Jenner’s attempts to cash in on Odom’s overdose , but now she’s apparently taking things to the next level – and seriously pissing off Khloe Kardashian in the process. According to Radar Online, Kris recently presented Lamar with a contract which would ensure that footage of his recovery could be used on upcoming episodes of Keeping Up With the Kardashians. “Khloe confronted Kris after she found out that her mother tried to get Lamar to sign the contract in order to be able to use the footage that has been shot for next season’s show,” says an insider. “Kris knows that that having this be a huge part of Season 11 would be great for ratings because viewers will definitely tune in. Khloe thinks that Kris is being completely irrational about this.” Yeah, we’re gonna have to go ahead and side with Khloe on this one. Unfortunately, it seems everyone’s favorite Kardashian doesn’t quite know what she’s up against: “She told Kris that Lamar is not a part of the show any more and neither she, nor him, will make money off of this.” says the source. “But in the end, Kris knows that she is going to win this fight because she calls the shots.” Seriously, Khloe, think this one through. Fans of Jon Stewart need not worry that they won’t see him as much since he left The Daily Show in August (having hosted since 1999). According to TVLine , Stewart inked a four-year production deal with HBO that includes a “short-form digital content” focused on current events through Stewart’s “unique prism,” which he will both produce and star in. The deal also includes “a first-look option for other film and TV” projects. “Jon Stewart led a revolution that changed the face of TV comedy on The Daily Show,” HBO president Michael Lombardo said in a statement. “He graced our network nearly 20 years ago, so we’re thrilled to welcome back his immense talents in this next chapter of his career.” Stewart also released a statement on the deal. “I’m so excited to be working with Richard [Plepler], Michael and the entire HBO family,” he said. “Appearing on television 22 minutes a night clearly broke me. I’m pretty sure I can produce a few minutes of content every now and again.” This isn’t the first time Stewart has worked with HBO; he had a recurring role on the Larry Sanders Show , hosted George Carlin: 40 Years of Comedy , as well as his own stand-up show, Jon Stewart: Unleavened . Even when Justin Bieber tries to come across as nice and helpful, he can't help but sound cocky and condescending. The singer, whose new album comes out on November 13, has been revving up the public relations game of late. But he's hit a few hiccups along the way. There was the interview he walked out on , for example, although the hosts in charge of it were clearly acting like immature idiots. There was also the Norway concert he cut VERY short because some fans in the front row spilled some water and didn't let him clean it up to his liking. He then took to Instagram and shared yet another apology in which he vowed to be a better person. And Bieber isn't being a bad person in the following video, far from it. But he is giving an acoustic concert in Spain, sitting down with his guitar and with a friend and playing a melodic version of his smash hit single, “What Do You Mean?” About halfway through, however, Bieber grows a little irritated with the crowd. Yes, those in attendance are clapping along. But they are not clapping along with the beat and Justin feels a need to stop and explain this to them. Granted, the mistimed clapping may be throwing off his performance. We can see that. We could understand that. But considering the fragile state of his reputation these days, Bieber would probably be better served just keeping quiet. Justin Bieber has invited Ariana Grande to join him for several shows on his Believe tour. For Selena, this is a nightmare. For us, this is a good drama!! Selena is worried that Justin and Ariana are going to to do more than just perform together. She believes that Justin and Ariana are going to hook up while touring together. Though Ariana is slated to be a special guest on the tour, this isn’t the first time Beebs and Grande have worked together. Recently, Justin and Ariana teased about a remix of their song “What Do You Mean.” Now, Selena is boiling in anger that Ariana and Justin are so close, while she is left in the dark. But there’s a bigger problem, according to Selena. Both Justin and Ariana are now single, which means they can guiltlessly hook up. Ariana just fired her mother, who was her longtime manager. So now that she is managing her own career and reputation, she can do whatever she wants–including f–k Justin! Plus, Selena knows that a hookup would boost publicity for both stars. Ariana isn’t the only star joining Bieber. She is among five other artists featured on his upcoming album Purpose. The other artists include Big Sean, Travis Scott, Nas, and Halsey. Knowing that Justin hand-picked artists other than her has Selena infuriated and seething in jealousy. Not only did she want to join him for a spot on his tour, she knew that she could keep an eye on him and Ariana. It appears that Selena still thinks she has a chance with Justin. But it looks like her ex-boyfriend is moving up and moving on—without her. That isn’t stopping Selena from trying though. After Justin stormed off an Oslo, Norway, stage earlier this week, Selena attempted to intervene. The worried ex-girlfriend reportedly called his mom to both meddle in Justin’s business and offer help. However, it looks like Justin isn’t interested in anything Selena has to offer.
