Footage of Justin Bieber stumbling around after his DUI arrest last month has surfaced online. Well… sort of stumbling around. The following video depicts Bieber taking a sobriety test while inside a Miami jail and law enforcement sources tell TMZ that it’s the best proof they have of Bieber being drunk because he suffers a couple missteps while trying to walk a straight line. But does he really come across all that wasted to you? Watch now and decide: Justin Bieber Jail Footage According to insiders, Bieber turned down a plea deal this week and this video may help explain why. The singer’s lawyers don’t believe prosecutors have a strong case against their client and seem confident that Justin could win a trial. It still might not come to that, however. It’s possible that a different plea bargain is reached, one that does not require Bieber to submit to random drug testing. This is the second video released, meanwhile, of Justin after his arrest. Producers of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills are cleaning house and the show will soon be without Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, according to reports. The powers that be are gunning to replace them because they’re just not exciting enough … make out sessions and/or fights with Brandi Glanville notwithstanding. Joyce Giraud and Carlton Gebbia, the shot-callers believe, are simply not involved enough in the bread and butter story lines to justify key spots in the cast. Sources say there’s apparently a 95 percent chance they’re toast . It became obvious Joyce and Carlton were on thin ice during the reunion show taping earlier this month, when all the other women displayed great chemistry. Joyce and Carlton were the clear outsiders of the crazy crew. The latter is very interested in returning for Season 5 if she gets asked back, while it’s unclear how Giraud feels about the show and her role on Bravo. What do you think? County Sheriff’s Department now has something to say to the singer: YOU’RE A FELON! TMZ reports that the Justin Bieber egging case has officially been sent over to the Los Angeles County District Attorney and the police are recommending he be charged with a felony. As previously reported, Bieber is accused of causing over $20,000 worth in damage to his neighbor’s home in Calabasas last month after he hurled a number eggs in his enemy’s direction. They failed to find anything new inside his home, although they did arrest Lil Za there for drug possession.
