ESPN is very sorry that Brent Musberger developed a verbal boner for Katherine Webb on the air last night. In comments that have overshadowed Alabama’s demolition of Notre Dame in the BCS title game, the 73-year old announcer went a tad overboard in showering Webb – the girlfriend of Tide quarterback AJ McCarron – with praise based on her physical appearance.
