A billion dollar program aimed at getting gas guzzling vehicles off the road has local car dealerships buzzing with activity, but the Cash for Clunkers program also has it’s glitches. Since it’s inception last Friday, West Michigan car dealerships have felt the impact of the Cash for Clunkers program.
