These three precious angels are the children of an NBA player who has been in the league for almost 15 years, and who broke a pretty impressive record earlier this year. Do you know who their daddy is? These are Ray Allen’s babies, on the set of their mother Shannon ‘s cooking show “The Pre-Game” Meal. She and Ray recently learned that their 4-year-old son Walker has Type I Diabetes. As the wife of an athlete and mother of a diabetic, Shannon knows about healthy living. She recently launched a cooking show called “The Pre-Game Meal” that gives tips for healthy eating. When asked about her show, Shannon made it clear that she was not a cooking professional. As Allen states, “I’m not a chef. I don’t pretend to be. I’m just a busy mom who has happened to be making a pregame meal for the past 15 years. I have a husband who is a professional athlete and food is very important in getting him to his next athletic performance.” The mom explains, “I never even knew what a carb was before Walker was diagnosed and I had no idea how it impacted your body and your circulatory system, your pancreas. I didn’t even know what blood sugar was. But you really have to have a conscious effort and take responsibility for what you put in your mouth because eventually it really does affect your overall health and wellness.” And this is why Ray Allen will never call himself a rapper putting his ex on blast. In the dangerous lives of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, when you head to a party, you need backup. That said, we break down last night in our +/- recap! First, back to Pandora’s wedding extravaganza. Wedding planner Kevin was slightly less annoying this week but that may be because we saw so little of him. I will give the man a Plus 10 . He puts together one heck of a lovely table, but does he really need a million dollar budget to pull that off? I don’t think so. From there we head over to Kyle’s where she’s throwing a party to celebrate both Cinco de Mayo and mother-in-law Estelle’s new face. Only in Beverly Hills can the two be combined and no one thinks twice about it.

You, the fans, decided the crown for the Best Britney Video of All Time is goes to … “I’m A Slave 4 U”! Released in September 2001, the Francis Lawrence-directed video is still as influential a pop music clip 10 years later. Britney performed the song for the first time at the ’01 MTV Video Music Awards, using a jungle-themed set filled with exotic animals, including a tiger and a now-iconic white boa constrictor snake, which she wrapped around her shoulders. “Slave” defeated the Chris Marrs Piliero-directed runner-up “Criminal” by a wide margin, with nearly 69 percent of the vote. “Criminal,” Britney’s most recent video from this year’s Femme Fatale release, made its way to the top two by beating out some of Britney’s best-loved videos, from “Stronger” to “I Wanna Go” to (in a shocking defeat) her debut video “… Baby One More Time.” We want to know what you think of “Slave” winning it all in our 30 Videos for 30 Years tournament. Last night was another episode of “Real Housewives of Atlanta.” Yes, there were a lot of events that happened on this episode i.e. Kim and Kroy deciding whether to have their unborn son circumcised, Cynthia and Peter finally confronting Cynthia’s sister about her actions at their wedding, Nene confessing that she and Greg may have “rekindled” their old flame (if you know what I mean) and Sheree, Phaedra and Phaedra’s “big ol donky booty” (as she likes to call it) confronting the “construction” worker about not finishing Sheree’s house. Of all these events, I definitely think Kandi’s 35 th birthday party overshadowed everything in this episode. First, lets talk about Lawrence’s outfit for the night. I wasn’t sure whether to applaud him for his originality and bravery or be afraid. But I will say that he definitely stole the attention when he walked in the room, and who doesn’t want to have a gay best friend at a birthday party? Work it! Aside from Lawrence’s outfit, everything seemed to run smoothly until Nene walked into the party. Sheree and Phaedra were on one side of the room while Nene and Cynthia stayed on the other side with Kandi in the middle attempting to entertain both parties. Both groups kept going on and on about how they weren’t worried about what the other was doing and how they’re both so over the situation. And the drama continues… After a lot of trash talking, drinks and laughs between the girls, it was time for the main event: Phaedra’s gift to Kandi or as Kandi called it, “The Infamous Ridickulous” If you remember last season, Phaedra mentioned that she knew a male stripper that was rather “talented” and could actually pleasure himself. Well, in this episode, we finally got to see Ridickulous in action and I will admit, I was a little afraid and agreed with Lawrence when he said, “I’m not sure if that was a blessing or a curse!” Phaedra’s birthday present definitely brought a lot of life and laughs to the party, but judging the reaction of Kandi’s mother, Nene and Cynthia, I couldn’t help but to think that having a male stripper whip out his “male parts”, twirl it around like a towel and then plop it in Kandi’s drink was a little gross and enough to make you want to vomit. Anthony Weiner has remained mostly out of the spotlight since resigning from Congress this summer amid a penis-texting scandal. But Traci Nobles is reportedly hoping to drag the disgraced politician’s name back through the mud again, tell-all memoir style. One of Weiner’s online mistresses, Nobles has already appeared on The Today Show and said she has no regrets about cybersexing with a married man. To further drive that point home, “Traci has been shopping [a] book around to various publishers,” an insider tells Radar Online. The source claims this memoir will feature screen shots of her Internet-based conversations with the ex-congressman, who she friended on Facebook before moving on to the romantic setting of Yahoo! Messenger. “Traci shows no shame in pitching the book,” the mole said. “She puts it all out there.” Sounds like she and Weiner have something in common in that case.
