After four consecutive weeks of The Voice results that culled the field down from 12 to just four, it’s was all on the line last night. Of the four singers who’ve made it this far, each of them achieved amazing things to do that, but only one will be named … THE VOICE. Who will it be? Team Adam’s Jordan Smith kicked things off with a rendition of “Climb Every Mountain” from The Sound of Music, showing off his range. Up next was Team Blake’s Emily Ann Roberts, delivering her take on “Blue Christmas” and playing to her understated but lovely strengths. Team Blake’s other competitor, Barrett Baber, went for the throwback on Glen Campbell’s “Rhinestone Cowboy” with his coach, Shelton. Team Gwen’s Jeffrey Austin sang “O Holy Night” in an arrangement that really allowed him to show off his abilities and make it unique. Levine and Smith teamed up for a duet of “God Only Knows,” an interesting option for the two of them, who seem suited for pop songs. Then it was Baber’s turn to go solo, and with “Die a Happy Man,” he made it count, connecting with the song and his audience nicely. Roberts and Shelton performed a duet of Dolly Parton’s “Islands In the Stream,” and their harmonies proved to be a terrific fit all around. Austin’s next pick was “Stay” by Sugarland, the kind of song that, again, allowed him to do what he does best and sneak up on people. Baber, for his Christmas song, went with the classic “Silent Night,” but put some of his country twist on it, improving as he went along. Austin then sang a duet of “Leather and Lace” with coach Stefani, perhaps delivering the evening’s most memorable performances overall. Smith sang “Mary Did You Know” for his Christmas song, and wow. He made the last-minute switch to this one and it paid off in spades. Closing out the night, Roberts sang “Burning House” by Cam, a contemporary country song that ended up rewarding her for the risk. And there you have it folks. Tuesday night, The Voice Season 9 champion will be crowned. Who do you think it will – and should – be?

While the Internet remains on fire due to the new man in Kourtney Kardashian’s life (IT’S JUSTIN BIEBER !!!!!), Khloe Kardashian has come out with a tribute to the two “most important men” in her life. James Harden? Lamar Odom? Nope and nope. Try again, folks. In a new blog entry for her official website, Khloe instead turns her focus to Kourtney’s pair of songs. She has nothing but nice things to say about six-year old Mason Disick and one-year old Reign Disick. Referring to these small humans as “the two most important men in my life,” Khloe wrote of Mason, who celebrated his birthday yesterday: “You are turning into such an amazing little man! I love our Auntie KoKo and Mason time and I can’t wait to celebrate with you today.” As for Reign, who was born in December of 2014? “For a one-year-old, you’ve got some serious style, LOL! Seeing your precious little face gives me life!!!” Khloe wrote. So much for tough love, huh? These are just examples of love. Period. Full stop. It’s not uncommon for celebrities to trademark certain words and phrases that are commonly associated with their brand, but no one has ever wanted to own the words that come out of your mouth quite as much as Taylor Swift. Earlier this year, Taylor trademarked the phrase “this sick beat,” so we probably owe her a dollar or something just for using it in this sentence. Now, T-Swizzle is coming for another chunk of the English language, as her team has reportedly filed for trademarks on the phrases “and I’ll write your name,” “1989,” “blank space,” “Swiftmas,” and “a girl named Girl.” A Girl Named Girl is the title of a novel that Taylor wrote when she was 15. We have to idea what the hell Swiftmas is, but yours won’t be very merry if you piss off Taylor’s legal team! As for copyrighting a year, well that’s just an act of cartoonish supervillainy that brings Taylor one step closer to global domination. So you better get those references to the fall of the Berlin Wall out of your system now, because soon enough all things 1989 will be property of Ms. Swift. Taylor celebrated her birthday over the weekend, and there’s not a doubt in our minds that when she blew out the candles, a high-ranking member of her squad asked her what she wished for and Taylor replied, “The world, mijo,” in her best Scarface voice before picking her teeth with a machete. Okay, maybe that’s just how we like to imagine things went down.

Charlie Sheen has been sued by a former flame. But not for the reason you may think. A few weeks ago, following Sheen’s HIV reveal, we reported that the actor may very well be subject to lawsuits by past sexual partners whose lives he may have endangered due to his very serious illness. According to TMZ, however, Brett Rossi is taking legal action against Sheen because she says he got her PREGNANT in March of 2014. She then says Sheen flipped outer over the news, claiming Rossi would “give birth to a retarded child” and pressuring her to abort the fetus. Rossi admits that she gave in and did so. She also alleges that she had unprotected sexual intercourse with Sheen on at least five occasions prior to discovering HIV medication in his medicine cabinet. But the couple then discussed the virus and agreed to have unprotected sex in order to be “normal.” A few months later, Rossi says she got pregnant. Rossi is suing for unspecified punitive damages, while also detailing incidents of anger and violence on Sheen’s part throughout their relationship. She claims he once tossed a cement pillar in her direction, for example, breaking a glass door as a result. Marty Singer, Sheen’s lawyer, says his client plans to fight the charges against him and is confident the truth will be on his side. Following weeks of rumors, Sheen told Matt Lauer in an interview on November 16 that he was diagnosed with the virus that leads to AIDS four years ago. He has gone silent since, though it’s very unlikely this is the last time we hear about an ex-sexual partner filing a lawsuit against the star.

Kylie Jenner turned 18 years old in August, enabling us to finally publish some photos of the reality star without feeling like dirty gross old men. But while Kylie's milestone of a birthday was good news for millions of males around the world who could not ogle her Instagram account guilt-free, it was initially bad news for sisters Khloe Kardashian and Kourtney Kardashian. How come? Because she failed to invite them to her birthday party! At least at first, as we discover in the following clip from Keeping Up with the Kardashians. It features Khloe and Kourtney talking about Kylie's planed shindig and wondering why the heck they had not received an invitation. So Khloe calls up Kylie to get to the bottom of this snub, pretending that she has an event on the scheduled party date and giving her younger half-sibling a hard time. In the end, of course, Kylie did host a birthday rager in Montreal, making A LOT of money from it in the process. Khloe and Kourtney were on hand to celebrate the occasion with other family members, easing concerns of anyone who believed there was real family tension here.
