K. Michelle Threatens To Leave #LHHH And Press Charges After Smackdown With Her Uber-Swiping Ex-Friend, Paris Phillips

Michelle is back on Vh1 and as we all saw tonight, successfully stirring the pot for some juicy Mona-land drama. But the drama is still sticking around in her own life as well. Particularly in her rocky relationship with ex-assistant Paris Phillips. According to a report from The Jasmine Brand , Kimberly K. Michelle got into it yet again with her on-again, off again friend Paris on the set of her own spinoff show, K. Michelle: My Life . Apparently, the two got to rehashing the much-belabored point regarding Paris “borrowing” $50 from K. Michelle’s account for an uber, and never mentioning it to the singer. Things got loud and heated, and next thing you know, Paris tosses a drink on K Michelle and throws a plastic cup at her head. As always, security broke things up before anyone could manage to land a real punch…but that’s just where the saga began. As sources close to the action tell The Jasmine Brand, K. Michelle is gunning to get Paris kicked off of Mona’s shows, and looking to the police to handle the situation. Although K. Michelle doesn’t have any allies this season and no one wants to film with her, she’s trying really hard to get Paris kicked off the show. It’s surprising that she wants to get the law involved when for seasons she’s tried to attack people on the show. She’s already attempted to fight another cast mate on camera this season. But now she wants to take legal action? K. Michelle has done her fair share of lit-candle-tossing and IV-pole attacks . But maybe “Kimberly” is trying to turn a new leaf and go the legal route? She tweeted this a few days ago, and it’s been given quite a bit more context now that this news has surfaced… It’s crazy when you get to a certain point, you can’t react because people love to sue and get free money. Sucks but sometimes you have to handle it the legal way. — K. Moses Robinson/Getty Images for Leading By Example Foundation 21 Savage Hosts Back To School Drive An Atlanta area rapper is making a positive change in his community. 21 Savage recently hosted his 3rd Annual “Issa Back 2 School Drive” as part of his Leading By Example Foundation. The event benefitted Atlanta’s DeKalb County Schools and included haircuts and hair styling, live performances, food, and fun. Attendance at the back to school drive doubled and nearly 1000 pairs of shoes were given to kids along with 1500 backpacks, 1300 uniforms and school supplies such as folders, paper, and pens. Moses Robinson/Getty Images for Leading By Example Foundation Each year the event and all student supplies are funded by 21 Savage himself and his Leading By Example Foundation furthering his commitment to positively impact the lives of youth in underserved communities. 21 spoke on his philanthropic efforts with Francesca Amiker of Atlanta’s 11 Alive… before greeting attendees including Congressman Henry ‘Hank’ Johnson, U.S. Representative for Georgia’s 4th Congressional District and his wife, DeKalb County Commissioner Mereda Davis Johnson. Recently during an appearance on  The Ellen DeGeneres Show ,  21  launched his “Bank Account” charitable campaign , which teaches financial responsibility and helped a group of young adults open their first bank accounts. He kicked off this campaign by donating $ 21 k or $1,000 to  21  kids in partnership with award-winning non-profit organization, Get Schooled. Paras Griffin/WireImage Jill Scott To Star In Series Reboot With Michelle Buteau Grammy winner and actress  Jill Scott  and comedian Michelle Buteau are officially set as two of the three leads in  First Wives Club , Paramount Network’s dramedy based on the popular 1996 film, according to reports from Deadline . The 10-episode series is coming from the minds of  Girls Trip  co-writer Tracy Oliver and Paramount Television. The First Wives Club  series will be based in New York City, following three women who band together after their marriages fall apart. “I’m beyond thrilled to work with the inimitable Jill Scott and the always hilarious Michelle Buteau,” raved  Oliver. “Both artists bring unique talents to this project and as a collective, between Jill’s beautiful music and dynamic on-screen work and Michelle’s incredible comedic timing, their joining  First Wives Club  makes for the start of a very special cast. I am very excited to see their characters come to life.” Filming for the project is scheduled to begin in New York City this fall for a 2019 premiere on Paramount Network. First Wives Club  will be joining breakout drama series  Yellowstone at Paramount Network, recently renewed for a second season.
