Exclusive: Kodak Black’s Lawyer: “Don’t Believe The Hype About Prison Sentence”

Troubled Teen Rapper Fighting For His Freedom And For Custody OF His Son The lawyer for rapper Kodak Black told fans that him serving prison time for violating his house arrest was unlikely. A Florida judge this week found that Kodak – real name Dieuson Octave – violated the terms of his probation by leaving his house to travel to a strip club. A bartender there, Jennifer Cunningham, accused him of battering her, but the judge found him innocent of those charges. Because of the probation violation, Kodak now faces a maximum of six years in prison, but his lawyer Raven Ramona Liberty said that’s not the only punishment option that’s on the table. The punishment options include reinstating his probation, extending or modifying it, or prison time. She said that Kodak’s own probation officer hasn’t recommended that he serve prison time, but get counseling and attend anger management classes instead. He is due back in court next week – the same date he’s supposed to start a national tour with the Migos and Tory Lanez. “I have the utmost faith in God that he will be out on the fourth and will start the tour,” Liberty said, adding that the rapper is only 19 years old. “Fortunately he has the money to pay for attorneys. But this happens all the time to young men in his situation. I don’t think sitting in jail is the correct punishment.” Meanwhile, the “Tunnel Vision” rapper is simultaneously fighting for joint custody of his two-year-old son, King Khalid. Kodak recently filed paperwork in that case, to punish his baby mama Jammiah Broomfield, for lying about being “indigent” and benign so poor that she couldn’t afford the less than $300 in filing fees to fight the case. Broomfield recently filed a financial affidavit admitting she bought a new BMW, which poo-poos her poverty claims, Liberty said. The mom has also asked for more child support, Liberty said. Another One: Delta Kicks Passenger Off Flight…For Using The Restroom During A 30-Minute Tarmac Delay

Delta Boots Passenger Over Using The Restroom These airlines are just wilding out these days, aren’t they? Now, they’re booting passengers for using the restroom facilities… The latest incident occurred on April 18th, as 39-year-old Kima Hamilton sat aboard Delta Flight 2035 from Atlanta to Milwaukee. The plane was third in line en route taxiing to takeoff, however the process drew on to about 30 minutes on the runway waiting. According to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel , sensing a near-urgent need to use the restroom, Kima got up, went to the back of the plane near the restroom and asked the flight attendant there if he could quickly pop in to use the lavatory. The flight attendant told him that if he did, they’d lose their place in line to takeoff, so Kima sat back down to wait. However, the plane only continued to sit still. After some time passed and Hamilton’s urge to use the restroom grew into an emergency, he got up, went to the restroom, and was back in his seat within one minute as witnesses recall. But as he was buckling his belt, he heard an announcement from the captain: ‘Ladies and gentlemen, I’m sorry for the inconvenience but we have to return to the gate and remove a passenger.’ Here’s what happened next, as caught by an outraged passenger who witnessed the whole thing: Of course, rather than an apology or anything like that…Delta issued the following statement regarding the incident: “Our flight crews are extensively trained to ensure the safety and security of all customers. It is imperative that passengers comply with crew instructions during all phases of flight, especially at the critical points of takeoff and landing.” Fair enough…but when takeoff is taking all day, at what point are people allowed to handle their natural needs? Get Well: Kim Zolciak’s Son Mauled By Dog And Hospitalized Kim Zolciak says her precious 4-year-old son suffered traumatic injuries after being attacked by a dog. She says the whole ordeal has been a “living nightmare”, while Kash, 4,  laid in a hospital bed. Kim let fans on Instagram know that she was canceling her appearance on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” this week to tend to her family. A day after her Instagram post, Kim said Kash was healthy enough to head home after his hospital stay. She acknowledged her husband Troy for rushing, with conditin in his hair to be with their son. Clearly, Troy was as scared as any father would be hearing their kid was attacked viciously by an animal.  He got their as fast as her could. Kim went on to thanks fans for their prayers and says she praying for a full, speedy recovery. Get well soon, little guy.

Man Claims R. Kelly Had An Affair With His Wife One Mississippi cop is fed up with R. Kelly smashing his wife behind his back — allegedly — and is taking the crooner to court to put a stop to it once and for all. Deputy Kenny Bryant has filed official docs claiming that he has suffered “emotional, psychological and financial loss” at Kelly’s hands since the man has been sleeping with his wife, Asia Childress, for the last five years. According to Page Six , Kenny claims that Asia confessed that she had a sexual encounter with R. Kelly back in 2012, just before their wedding that July. He believes that Asia and Kells linked up once again that October after she attended one of his concerts, and began a full-on sexual relationship from that point forward . Kenny says that Asia convinced him to quit his career as a county sheriff’s deputy and move the couple to Atlanta. Even though she told him it would likely lead to better opportunities in an Atlanta metro area PD, he believes it was really so that she could more easily access R. Kelly to continue their affair. Kenny says that Asia also frequently traveled out of state to R. Kelly shows to rendezvous with the Pied Piper. He ALSO claims that Asia contracted chlamydia from R. Kelly around the time they re-sparked their sexual liaisons. DAMN. Now, how exactly he feels like this entitles him to money from R. Kelly…we aren’t quite sure. Spouses cheat every day…and while it’s definitely WRONG, it’s not exactly illegal. If anything, he needs to be taking his wife to divorce court and running her pockets, provided any of this is factual. Splash/WENN

Ohio Teen Finds Dead Body While Cutting The Grass Cutting the grass sucks. Only thing that could make it worse is finding a dead body while do so. Sadly, that is what happened to a 14-year-old girl in Ohio as she was manicuring her grandfather’s property and stumbled across a dead man’s body according to a Fox8 report. Police believe that the man overdosed on an unspecified drug and had been laying there in the high grass unseen by neighbors. The man, 25-year-old Cody Robert Couch, was one of two people who died of overdose in city of Dayton this weekend. Image via Pixabay
