Spotify Presents ScHoolboy Q’s CrasH Talk Country Club Source: Getty Images for Spotify / Getty   Last week, Spotify hosted ScHoolboy Q’s CrasH Talk Country Club event at The Lakes in El Segundo, bringing the rapper’s fresh style to both the golf course and his biggest fans – those in the LA area who stream the artist the most on Spotify. The curated experience featured a “pro shop” where guests were able to deck themselves out in custom merch to be the suavest player on the green. Exclusive goods included personalized bucket hats and caps, custom TDE golf balls, and CrasH Talk x Spotify edition towels. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails off the Groovy Q menu: “that arnold palmer,” “numb numb juice” and “groovy mosa.”   Source: Getty Images for Spotify / Getty Q also brought his game to the green, sharing his secret pro golf tips on how to putt and tee off the driving range in true hip hop fashion. R.I.P. Los Angeles Angels Pitcher Tyler Skaggs Found Dead At 27

Tyler Skaggs, 27, was found dead Monday at a North Texas hotel while his team the Los Angeles Angels came in town for a series against the Texas Rangers. CBS DFW reports that officers found the pitcher unresponsive at the Hilton hotel at 1400 Plaza Place and he was pronounced dead at the scene. No foul play is suspected. “It is with great sorrow that we report Tyler Skaggs passed away earlier today in Texas,” the Angels posted in a statement. “Tyler has, and always will be, an important part of the Angels family. Clownery Costs: Motel 6 To Pay $10 Million For Sharing Guest Data With ICE

Source: Joe Raedle/Getty Images   See when you do clownery… Motel 6 Ordered To Pay $10 Million For Giving Data To ICE Motel 6 is paying a BIG bill for their shady shenanigans with ICE. Bloomberg reports that the hotel chain will have to pay $10 million to settle claims with former guests targeted by Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents for deportation because of their “Latino-sounding names.” Motel 6 is accused of violating state and federal statutes with the clearly discriminatory practice. A case was filed on behalf of unidentified victims of ICE interrogation and deportation who were targeted by the agents while staying at some 1,400 branches of the discount hotel chain. ICE banged on doors during the wee hours of the morning to interrogate hotel guests and in some cases detain them. Motel 6 said the settlement will help ensure the company never engages in these practices again. “Motel 6 fully recognizes the seriousness of the situation and accepts full responsibility for both compensating those who were harmed and taking the necessary steps to ensure that we protect the privacy of our guests,” the company said in a statement according to Bloomberg. In the court papers filed in U.S. District Court in Arizona, Motel 6 will be required to abide by a three-year consent decree to not give guest information to immigration authorities without a warrant or subpoena and to provide training on the issue to workers. In case you didn’t know, Motel 6 agreed in April of this year to pay $12 million to settle a similar lawsuit filed by Washington state. U.S. District Judge David Campbell previously expressed concerns about whether unnamed plaintiffs would be willing to identify themselves to collect damages as low as $50. It’s been proposed however that the minimum compensation should be raised to $75 while increasing maximum damages to $200,000 from $100,000 for those victims enduring deportation proceedings. The “ Old Town Road ” rapper said in tweets that he thought his sexuality was ‘obvious’ because of his album artwork and lyrics to his song “C7osure”. Lil Nas X reiterated that he was indeed celebrating his sexuality for the people not paying much attention. Source: Bauzen / Getty Cuba Gooding Jr. Says Alleged Victim Is Mentally Ill Based On Blog SMFH. “There’s no way I could have done this, your honor, this bish is crazy” As we’ve been reporting, Cuba Gooding Jr. is in big trouble for allegedly groping a woman’s breast while partying up in NYC. According to TMZ Cuba and his lawyers filed a motion to dismiss all charges against him because, in their view, the woman accusing the actor isn’t of sound mind by her own admission. “After reading and reviewing the motion to dismiss in the interest of justice, I was deeply surprised that the prosecutors office didn’t evaluate this woman’s history before undertaking to prosecute me in light of her warped mental state as revealed by her blog.” Lawyers found a blog post written by the woman where she talks about all of her mental health issues and deep insecurity. “I got diagnosed with depression, ADHD, Anxiety Disorder, and PTSD and basically learned that my brain was one big fat mass.” Another line reads, “I am quite prideful. I must win.” She goes on: “[I]n a world of extensions and fake boobs, my short haircut paired with my moderate breast size makes me feel invisible. Some people are scared of others and want nothing more than to be invisible. I am not that type of person. I am starting to be seen.” So essentially Cuba & co. don’t think he should be charged with this crime because the woman accusing him is mentally ill and desperate for attention. She could be all of that and some more s#!t and that STILL doesn’t mean that Cuba didn’t do what it appears he did ON VIDEO! Stupid MF.
