Kelly ‘s former cronies testified to a grand jury that he had MULTIPLE video recordings of the singer having sex with underaged girls. According to TMZ , the ex-employee said he had possession of the tapes but they now belong to the federal investigators who want to put Kelly in the bing. We’re told the former employee told grand jurors R. Kelly paid a large sum of cash to the employee and in return, the employee handed a tape over to the singer. We’re told somehow the tape in question ended up in the hands of Cook County State’s Attorney Kim Foxx. The walls are closing in on R. Kelly and his time of reckoning is right around the corner. Dominique Clayton, 32, of Memphis was shot to death in her home on May 19. Fox 13 reports that Oxford police officer Matthew Kinne was arrested and charged in connection with Clayton’s murder. Family members told local news station that Clayton and Officer Kinne were having an affair. Oxford police said former Officer Matthew Kinne killed her prior to his termination because he wanted to cover up their affair. Clayton family attorney Carlos Moore is calling for the death penalty in the case saying this is capital murder, being that Kinne allegedly broke into Clayton’s house to kill her, reports Fox 13. “If you do decide to charge this man with capital murder and if the jury decides to convict him, I will happily join the family on the front row of death by firing squad,” Moore said. Moore said that at the time of the killing, it is believed that Kinne was in uniform and on duty. He said witnesses claim they saw Kinne’s police cruiser on the street Saturday night. “He was on duty, there will be a civil rights violation action filed against the city, as well as Matthew Kinne in his official capacity,” said Moore. According to Moore, Kinne would regularly go to Clayton’s house between the hours of 1:30 and 4 a.m. while on duty. “She thought that she was pregnant, she was late, and she did think that she was pregnant. And she did tell Matthew Kinne she was pregnant by him,” Moore said. Kinne is being held without bond. Source: Prince Williams / Getty Blac Chyna Accused Of Skipping Out On Almost $50,000 In Back Rent On Southern California Cottage The landlord who accused Blac Chyna of running off on almost $50,000 in rent is gunning to save the case from being dismissed. Landlord Michael Kremerman filed court papers this week begging a judge to serve the “Rob & Chyna” star with the case complaint through a local newspaper after several failed attempts to serve the mom of two at her new address, according to court papers obtained by BOSSIP. The landlord sued Blac Chyna for breach of contract and negligence last month, alleging she upped and moved from a Studio City cottage four months before her lease was up without settling the back rent payments and with about $18,000 worth of items from the house. Kremerman said this week that he hired a process server to hand his lawsuit over to Chyna, but couldn’t find her, even though the process server said in an affidavit that they showed up to Chyna’s new home five times – even once at 4:16 a.m. – and even staked the home out for hours two times earlier this month. “Defendant has not acknowledged receipt,” Kremerman’s paperwork states. “Plaintiffs last resort is publication.” Chyna, whose real name is Angela Renee White, hasn’t responded to the case – most likely because she hasn’t been served on it yet. A judge has yet to rule on Kremerman’s motion.

Dr. Gregory Lovallo sued the “All About The Benjamins” rapper earlier this month for breach of contract, saying he provided urology-related health care to Lil Kim – whose real name is Kimberly Jones – but the rapper never paid her $15,000 bill for it. And the urologist alleges that Kim’s treatment may have been related to an insurance scam that she later profited off of. The doctor does not go into detail about what made him suspect that Kim was allegedly part of an insurance scheme, but does say that she was “unjustly enriched” as a result, court papers state. “Based upon information and belief, defendant improperly converted insurance proceeds to his/her own personal use,” Dr. Lovallo’s complaint, which was obtained by BOSSIP, states. “Based upon information and belief, defendant was unjustly enriched.” Source: Johnny Nunez / Getty The doctor wants the $15,000, plus interest and his lawyer’s fees paid. According to TMZ , 12 is hot on Durk’s heels as they believe he has something to do with a shooting that took place a few months ago. Back on February 5, APD responded to a man who was shot in in the parking lot of Atlanta’s famous fast food restaurant The Varsity. The victim survived his gunshot wounds. Witnesses say that the man was in an argument with two other men. It appears that the cops think Durk was one of those men. There is currently an arrest warrant for him and there are a LOT of charges: …criminal intent to commit murder, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm during commission of a felony, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, and another charge of associating with a criminal street gang to participate in a crime.
