Though the autopsy of Bobbi Kristina Brown showed no signs of foul play, court documents filed today include shocking allegations that she was drugged and forcibly drowned by her boyfriend Nick Gordon. The documents – obtained moments ago by TMZ – are part of a $40 million dollar lawsuit filed by the Brown family back in June. The suit claims that Gordon returned home at 6 am on January 31 after binging on alcohol and cocaine all night. He allegedly reviewed security camera footage and became irate over what he believed was evidence that Bobbi Kristina had cheated on him. Lawyers claim he proceeded to scream at Krissi in front of witnesses and forced her to take a “toxic cocktail” of drugs that rendered her unconscious. According to the report, he then dragged her to the bathroom and placed her face-down in a tub filled with cold water. Fifteen minutes later, she was discovered by Max Lomas – a mutual friend of Nick and Krissi’s. Nick, meanwhile, had allegedly retired to his bedroom, where he told a female guest, “Now I want a pretty white girl like you.” After nearly six months in a coma, Bobbi Kristina passed away on July 26. Sources say the death was investigated as homicide at first, but Gordon was cleared of suspicion following her autopsy. These days, we take it for granted that Slim Shady will be around pissing people off and stirring up controversy for several decades to come, but the future wasn’t always so certain for the 42-year-old rapper. In the new issue of Men’s Health magazine, Em opens up about his weight struggles and the drug addiction that nearly cost him his life. “In 2007, I overdosed on pills, and I went into the hospital,” says the emcee born Marshall Mathers. “I was close to 230 pounds. I’m not sure how I got so big, but I have ideas. The coating on the Vicodin and the Valium I’d been taking for years leaves a hole in your stomach, so to avoid a stomachache, I was constantly eating — and eating badly.” After nearly dying from the overdose, Em says he focused on his daughter and sobered up…and proceeded to go way overboard in his efforts to lose weight: “I think I got a little carried away. I became a f–king hamster. Seventeen miles a day on a treadmill….I started getting OCD about the calories, making sure I burned 2,000 every day. “In the end I got down to about 149 pounds. I ran to the point where I started to get injured. All the constant pounding from the running began to tear up my hip flexors.” Wow, we never knew Em was such an intense dude. Just kidding, he’s basically a throbbing forehead vein come to life. Anyway, he says he’s now found a healthy balance and learned to cool it on the obsessive running in favor of weight training and workout programs like P90X. We couldn’t be happier to hear it. We know Eminem idolizes Tupac and a number of other rappers who checked out before their time, but unlike so many hip hop icons before him, it looks Shady will be around to cash in on his own greatest hits albums.

The burial follows months of turmoil surrounding the 22-year-old’s final days and tragic death. Though she lapsed into a coma back in January, Krissi has remained in the headlines, as her family clashed over everything from the proper course of treatment to the most equitable way to divide her fortune. Tensions bubbled over during Bobbi Kristina’s funeral over the weekend when her aunt Leolah Brown was ejected by security following a bizarre outburst. Sadly, Krissi suffered a final indignity today, as several media outlets are reporting that a photo of Bobbi Kristina in her casket was sold to an undisclosed tabloid for $100,000. Sources say the photo had to be taken by an attendee at the funeral. An investigation is under way to find out who. A police escort prevented from fans and reporters from getting too close to today’s burial, but those in attendance say distant well-wishers shouted words of support and expressed their grief over the loss of such a young life. Just three years ago, the Houston family gathered in the same spot to bid farewell to Bobbi’s legendary mother, Whitney Houston. Whitney Houston’s late daughter is now at her final resting place at Fairview Cemetery in New Jersey, directly next to her mother. This comes after Saturday’s funeral where her aunt was asked to leave for interrupting Pat Houston. People.com reports: The family of Bobbi Kristina Brown laid her to rest next to her late mother Whitney Houston in New Jersey. The 22-year-old was buried at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield on Monday afternoon following the Brown and Houston families’ flights in from Atlanta. “Bobby seemed out of it,” Mark Behar, a former bodyguard for Houston, tells PEOPLE. Led by Newark police on motorcycles, Brown’s gold hearse arrived at the cemetery, with additional vehicles making up the procession. Grandmother Cissy Houston sat in the front seat of the car immediately following the hearse, looking sad with her hands in a prayerful position. There appeared to be a pink theme, with pallbearers wearing pink Converse sneakers and belts around their waists, while another woman was spotted wearing rhinestone-studded cateye glasses and beads. The brief service ended just after 1 p.m. Hours before the burial was expected to begin, fans stood at the front gate of the cemetery, holding photos of Brown and her mother. On Monday, Bobbi Kristina Brown’s funeral will be held near her home in Alpharetta, GA. The memorial service has already generated controversy due to the bizarre “sweet 16” theme chosen by Bobbi’s aunt Pat Houston. Members of both the Brown and Houston families believe the theme serves to make a sick mockery of the proceedings, and they’ve asked Pat to reconsider. She reportedly refuses to budge on the issue. Now, Houston’s handling of the arrangements is once again creating an uproar, and this time, it’s unlikely that Bobbi Kristina’s other relatives will back down. TMZ has obtained a copy of Bobbi Kristina’s funeral invitation , and in addition to strict instructions regarding arrival time and the ban on additional guests, the document asks attendees to make a charitable donation in lieu of sending flowers. The problem, according to certain members of the Brown family, is that the charity listed is run by Pat Houston, and many believe she’s using Krissi’s death as an opportunity to line her own pockets. Leading the push to get Pat to rescind her request for donations is Bobbi Kristina’s other aunt, Leolah Brown. Leolah has taken to bashing Pat in the press, telling TMZ that she is “not the sweet quiet person that she’s tried so hard to make people believe she is.” She’s also sent out an email to several people who have received the invitation, asking that they not donate “ONE RED CENT” to Pat Houston’s charity.
