According to the New York Times , the FBI has raided the business offices and personal residence of Trump’s lawyer. Agents are said to have seized records and documents relating to numerous topics including the $130,000 NDA (see, bribery) payment to ex-porn star Stormy Daniels. Here’s where it gets pettily delicious, the Feds in Manhattan were granted their search warrant because of a referral that Special Counsel Robert Mueller gave them. The same Robert Mueller who is investigating Donald Trump for his link to Russian involvement in the 2016 election. The raid is only tangentially related to the Russian meddling, but possibly based on other information he discovered during his investigation says the NYT report. “Today the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York executed a series of search warrants and seized the privileged communications between my client, Michael Cohen, and his clients,” said Stephen Ryan, his lawyer. “I have been advised by federal prosecutors that the New York action is, in part, a referral by the Office of Special Counsel, Robert Mueller.” It’s f***kin’ lit. Stacey Dash , who hasn’t done anything productive in life since her role in Clueless , is withdrawing her congressional bid, a representative for the actress confirmed to CNN on Friday. “After much prayer, introspection and discussions with my family, I am withdrawing my candidacy for California’s 44th Congressional District,” she said in an email statement to CNN. The news comes only one month after the outspoken Republican filed paperwork to run.  “I started this run with the intention to address the pressing issues in the district where I live. I hoped, and remain hopeful, that I can assist people living here on the national level. My goal was, and remains, to improve the lives of people who have been forgotten for decades by the Democratic Party.” Well, alrighty then, ma’am.  Dash also added, “At this point, I believe that the overall bitterness surrounding our political process, participating in the rigors of campaigning, and holding elected office would be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of my family. I would never want to betray the personal and spiritual principles I believe in most: that my God and my family come first.” The district she was going to run for includes Compton, Watts, San Pedro and North Long Beach, which has long been represented by a Democrat–it overwhelmingly voted for Hillary Clinton in 2016, 83. Stacey says she pulled out of the race for the well being of her family but, for once, we have to thank her for withdrawing too. Even though she would have lost anyway, which would have been incredibly satisfying. Either way….byyyeeee bihhh!!

Image via Getty Article Accuses Howard Employees Of $1 Million Theft We have no idea whether this account of wrongdoing at Howard University is credible in any way, shape or form, but it has certainly raised more than a few eyebrows online. The following article was published on Medium by an anonymous author who claims to have evidence that employees at the iconic HBCU stole $1 million in financial aid money that was supposed to help students realize their dreams. It is alleged that there was a massive embezzlement scam taking place at the school from 2013-2017 across several departments and many more employees. The author also charges University president Wayne Fredrick with having knowledge of the theft since last May, yet never making the crimes known. A whistleblower, whose named was changed to “Chase”, found several inconsistencies in the school’s financial records. Those inconsistencies appear to point to unusually large grants and stipends that were given to two employees, Associate Director of Financial Aid, Brian Johnson and student-employee Tyrone Hankerson, under suspicious circumstances. The men are said to have received nearly $200,000 and $429,612 respectively. We highly suggest reading the piece in full to see the details of these allegations. Donald Trump Bans Transgendered People From The Military Despite already trying — and failing — to pull this move last summer , Donald Trump is adamant about making sure no one who’s changed their gender identity can serve in the US Armed Forces. Trump just signed a policy effectively banning transgendered people from serving in any arm of the military. According to CNN , the White House just announced a new policy, supposedly “developed through extensive study by senior uniformed and civilian leaders, including combat veterans,” according to press secretary Sarah Sanders. A Pentagon memo about the policy details that only service people who have been “stable for 36 consecutive months in their biological sex prior to accession,” and those who “do not require a change of gender” and troops who started serving under the Obama administration’s policy prior to the new memo are exempt from the new change. With everything going on in the nation, and hell, in his own personal life , it seems very strange that he’s so laser-focused on this. SMH. Getty

According to TMZ , former Seattle Seahawk Michael Bennett has been indicted for injuring an elderly woman in a wheelchair during Super Bowl LI. Let the Houston Police Department tell it, Bennett yelled “y’all must know who I am. I could own this mother f***er,” before allegedly “injuring” the woman AND pushing a 28-year-old “white female”. Now, KHOU has more details about the incident which raises serious questions about the veracity of the charges against Bennett. After the Patriots won the Super Bowl in 2017, Bennett, who played college football in Texas, wanted to go down on the field and celebrate with his brother, tight end Martellus Bennett. Security told him he needed to use a different entrance to the field, Bennett then allegedly pushed passed the NRG Stadium security team WHICH INCLUDED THIS 66-YEAR-OLD, WHEELCHAIR-RIDDEN PARAPLEGIC WOMAN and her chair was “pushed back” which allegedly caused a shoulder sprain. Ooook. A grand jury indicted Bennett today and a warrant has been issued for his arrest, he’s charged with intentionally and knowingly, causing bodily injury to a person 65 years or older. For this FELONY crime he is facing 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine. Oh, and cops say even with ALLLLL the cameras that are inside of the stadium, none of this was caught on tape, but HPD says they have 3 whitenesses, pardon, witnesses to this “heinous crime”… F**k outta here. (Photo by Tom Pennington/Getty Images)   Trump Suggests Death Penalty For Drug Dealers Trump spoke at a White House summit earlier this week on the opioid abuse epidemic in America, and he suggested that dealers receive the death penalty for killing thousands of people with drugs. He explained, “We have pushers and drugs dealers, they are killing hundreds and hundreds of people. If you shoot one person, they give you life, they give you the death penalty. These people can kill 2,000, 3,000 people and nothing happens to them.” He also added, “Some countries have a very, very tough penalty — the ultimate penalty — and by the way, they have much less of a drug problem than we do.” Watch the rest of Trumps summit below:

We don’t care if it’s his cousin or not, if Dame Dash knows whats good for him he’ll keep his distance from this soon-to-be dumpster fire.
