Jon Gosselin: Slapped With $1 MILLION Judgment By Former Employer!

Jon Gosselin was just served with a staggering $1 million judgment after he failed to respond to a lawsuit against him by a company he used to work for. Here’s hoping Kate Gosselin is feeling generous when he calls to tell her he can’t afford anything for the kids … that is if his phone is even still in service. After being fired from Jon and Kate Plus 8, and divorcing his then reverse-mulleted wife, Jon went on to procure and lose a number of working class jobs. One of which was with Securus, a company that sells electronic payment processing systems to merchants (it attaches to iPhones to accept credit cards). In his position as sales manager, Jon was supposed to be traveling around convincing businesses to use product. Securus says he did quite the opposite. According to the company, Jon was shrewdly (or not so shrewdly) telling merchants to abandon the company in favor of a competitor he was working for. Securus sued Jon Gosselin , and he didn’t respond to the lawsuit, at which point a judge entered a default judgment against him – for over $1 million. BOTTOM LINE: If someone pays you to sell their product, don’t cut side deals with a competitor to help them sabotage at product, then get caught. BOTTOM LINE #2: If someone sues you over such a move, it’s probably worth your while to retain counsel and not flat out ignore the legal action. A million dollars may not be a financial death knell for many celebrities, but in Jon’s case, it about a million more than he has to his name at this point. No word on how Securus plans on collecting here. They had better be hoping his new DJ career (we could not make up such a thing) takes off quickly. 23 Biggest Douchebags on Reality TV 1. The Situation View Photo Mike Sorrentino, a.k.a. The Situation from Jersey Shore, may be as full of himself as any man who has ever lived. So important was Sitch, in the mind of Sitch, that his nickname had a nickname and everything he did had to be an acronym or catch phrase. Many of which were hilarious, granted. Taylor Swift Rocks Out With Paul McCartney at SNL 40 After Party!

Taylor Swift’s appearance on last night’s Saturday Night Live 40th anniversary special may have been brief and somewhat unmemorable (Swifty really had a tough time with her SoCal accent during the Californians sketch.), but her night out after the show was one for the books: Taylor Swift, Paul McCartney Performance Yes, that’s Taylor rocking out with Sir Paul McCartney. And you thought the time you did karaoke in front of the drummer from Journey was cool. We learned from Taylor’s post-Grammys night out last week that she’s one of those people who firmly believes the after-party is the real highlight of any evening, and clearly last night was no exception. McCartney rocked the crowd with a rendition of “Maybe I’m Amazed” during the show (We were kinda expecting a medley, given how many hits Sir Paul’s got under his belt, but whatevs.), but clearly he saved his best performance for the post-show partiers. The video above starts with Paul accompanying Taylor while she belts out “Shake It Off.” After that, they’re joined on stage by Jimmy Fallon who harmonizes with Taylor on an epic version of the Beatles’ “I Saw Her Standing There.” McCartney collaborated with Kanye  not long ago, so naturally, there are now rumors that a Paul and Taylor team-up is in the works. Games of Thrones Original Plot Outline, Possible Spoilers Revealed: Who Survives the Series?!

Back in 1993, a little-known author named George R.R. Martin wrote a three-page letter to his publisher outlining a planned trilogy (Ha!) entitled A Song of Ice and Fire. Twenty-two years later, those books have captivated millions of fans, inspired the most-watched show in HBO history , and swelled into a seven-part series that might not be completed before the sun explodes and engulfs the earth. Recently, a British bookseller tweeted and deleted Martin’s letter, which includes some major differences between the original outline and the eventual completed books, but also some clues as to where the story might be headed from here. Of course, Game of Thrones spoilers pop up online every day and they often turn out to be bogus, but this latest round comes straight from the raven’s mouth. The outline mainly describes events that have already taken place (or have been drastically changed), but there’s a major reveal in the letter that could answer the question of which characters will survive until the end of the story. He marries Sansa and she gives birth to his evil spawn. Jon Snow falls in love with Arya Stark (!), but he must compete with a lovestruck Tyrion for her affections (!!!) Speaking of Tyrion, he removes Joffrey from the throne, and the crown is then handed to Jamie Lannister. Jamie double-crosses his brother and has Tyrion exiled after blaming him for Joffrey’s crimes. Daenerys kills her husband Khal Drogo to avenge the death of her douchey brother, Viserys, becomes the Khaleesi only after stumbling upon some dragon’s eggs while fleeing from the Dothraki The whole Jon-Arya thing bolsters the popular fan theory that Jon Snow is not really Ned Stark’s son . (Not that GoT is above a little incest.) The big reveal, of course, is the five characters who will supposedly survive the events of ASOIAF/GoT. They are: Tyrion, Daenerys, Jon Snow, Arya Stark, and Bran Stark – fan favorites, all. So maybe Martin doesn’t hate his readers? Ultimately, much of this could prove meaningless, as the last two books are not yet completed and the GoT showrunners have already demonstrated a willingness to stray from their source material. Plus, the last paragraph of the letter is blacked out, so you can rest assured GRRM still has a few Red Wedding-esque shockers in store.  7 Game of Thrones Scenes That Are Tough to Watch 1. Bran’s Winterfell Fall When a lovable kid gets paralyzed early in the story, you know the guy telling tale isn’t gonna spare your feelings. 2. The Beheading of Ned Stark View Attachment Ned Stark was setup as the protagonist and moral center of the story. Then out of nowhere, he lost his head. 3. The Death of Khal Drogo View Attachment Khal Drogo was another good guy we were sure would be in it for the long haul. Instead, we all learned a valuable lesson about disinfecting cuts and scrapes. 4. The Red Wedding View Photo Yeesh…we’re beginning to think someone named Stark picked on GRRM in grade school and this whole story is one long revenge fantasy. Dear Bossip: I’m In Asia, He’s In Africa – Can A Relationship Work?

Dear Bossip , So, I met this guy when I was on a short weekend gateway. We both happened to stay in the same hostel and clicked really quickly. He’s from Africa and was travelling around Asia countries, expecting to return home some time four months later. For sake of completion I will just mention that I’m Asian myself and live in Asia too. To cut long stories short, neither of us is denying that we have feelings for each other. We can spend hours talking in the hostel common area til the receptionist thinks we have dated for some time; that’s how good the chemistry was. But, of course, at that time, he was on his tour with two other guy friends, but even before he returns home, he has made some effort to visit me where I live, three times within four months. During that period, we were consistently in touch with each other. We exchanged so much about each other – jobs, careers, past relationships, travel experiences, life goals, etc. I find him very inspiring to me and it’s because I learned so much from the way he lives life that I have decided to quit my job as a lawyer in order to be a happy person. I do think he has made me the best version of myself, if not then at least the happiest version. Whenever we have the chance to be together, it all feels like I found where I belong – it’s homely, it’s comfortable, and I know it’s not just the sex (although yes, that too). Sadly, reality will always be harsh. He’s home been bound some two and half months ago. We’re still keeping in touch – sometimes we talk like friends, sometimes we flirt and sext each other and sometimes we get depressed because we could not share a future together (well, at least not given the current situation). Everything falls apart when I start inquiring as to whether we should make this a relationship, or should we just break the deal. This happened a month ago. We tried no contact, which really broke me within three days; we tried chatting plainly as friends, which eventually he came to admit it’s hard for him (for me too); we tried keeping minimal contact, which made me felt like he’s just purposely ignoring me. But, in the back of our minds, we know that we could not meet in the next two years as he’s going to start his training contract in order to qualify as a lawyer at home, and I know it is hard because I’ve been through the same procedure at home. Due to this, it all became a mess, because he’s made up his mind that he does not want to be in a relationship with someone that he could not see for two years. And, it’s made worse by the fact that he does not know if he wants to continue practicing as a lawyer at home (in order to live up to people’s expectations), or return to Asia for teaching (it’s his passion). I know it’s not fair and I know most guys won’t do a long distance relationship, which is a stretch of two years. As it stands now, we’ve reached the point that we don’t contact each other anymore as it causes too much emotional stir up on both of us. But, I think he deserves a place in my life. I really would like to try again after two years or whenever we have the chance to meet again. It’s just now, I’m not sure why he’s not saying anything about it. I can understand why he doesn’t want a long distance relationship, but at the same time I would very much rather be fighting together for this than to not know what he’s thinking. Do you think it’s worth it for me to keep a special place for him in my heart? I know for a fact that he will shut himself down from any relationship for about a year or so (I know this when we talked about our exes). Every time he takes it for real, so I do have some kind of advantage to roll it back in my hands. Am I just being silly, or truly fighting for something that’s worth it? – From Asia With Love Dear Ms. From Asia With Love , What are you fighting for? You and he were never in a relationship. You and he were not boyfriend and girlfriend, or long term partners. It was a hot fling that lasted a very short period of time. So, please explain to me what you are truly fighting for? (Sips tea) Let’s be clear, you’re in Asia. He is in Africa. That is not even remotely close in proximity. What type of long distance relationship do you really think will happen or occur? Chile, these women get some African d**k and go crazy! I’m sure your short weekend tourist fling with your African lover was amazing, wonderful, and he opened your eyes to some things by sharing his life with you. But, the reality is that he lives in Africa. You are in Asia. He is about to begin a two year program to become a lawyer. He will not have the time, finances, nor the energy to dedicate to you in a long distance relationship. Why fool yourself? Why even think you and he can have any type of intimate relationship for the next two years? It’s not a reality. And, you shouldn’t put your life on hold waiting on him to complete his program. What if he decides to stay in Africa, then what? He can meet another woman during that time, and you can meet another man. Why shut yourself off from the possibility of meeting someone new? Sweetie, it was a weekend filled and packed with a world wind of romance, passionate sex, and blissful lust speaking. He hooked you on that African penis and now you’re talking about you want to spend the rest of your life with him. Honey, you don’t know that much about him. You only know what he told you, and what he shared with you. I’m sure there is much more to his life than what he revealed in a weekend. And, let’s be clear, he’s only visited you three times in four months, and that is while he was in Asia. So, if he came to see you only three times in four months, then what do you think he was doing the other times he was not with you? (Sips tea) If he was really wrapped up in you and really wanted to make it work and he was madly in love with you as you are with him, then don’t you think he would have spent more time with you in those four months? Girl, he only saw you once a month, and one month he didn’t see you at all! D**k is a dangerous drug. And, he got you with that ole’ African d**k. I’m sure he inspired you, and gave you some great wisdom about life, but to up and quit your career as a lawyer is a bit rash. Don’t you find it ironic that, although he was in Asia to teach, but he is back in Africa to become a lawyer. If he was so unhappy and didn’t want to pursue a career as a lawyer, then why go through with the program? Why not stay and teach in Asia, or why not teach in Africa? So, don’t be fooled or too quick to stop your career and pursue your passions, well, not until you have well thought out and devised plan. Why quit your career and you have not fully thought it through, nor have you saved enough money to last you a few months while you pursue your passion? Long story, short: Don’t put your life on hold, or disrupt your life for a man. If he is not willing to disrupt his life or put his life on hold for you, then don’t you bend over backwards, or stop what you’re doing to follow him. Don’t wait on a man if he is not willing to wait on you. And, he’s told you that he is not willing to commit to a long distance relationship, and he is not willing to hold out for two years for you. He’s not making any promises or guarantees that you and he will be together. He is going on with his life, and so should you. And, notice that it’s you who is pursuing him. I bet you are the one doing all the calling, texting, and everything else. He is not chasing after you. Never, ever chase after a man. It was a great time, with great sex, and great conversation. Keep that memory, but soon it will fade. Soon he will be a faded memory of a hot and steamy romance which you had for a short while. Get back into the dating pool and I’m sure you’ll meet another wonderful, smart, inspiring, loving, and caring man who will sweep you off your feet. Naya Rivera Apologizes For Showering Comments About Ethnics Soap don’t fawk with you ! Via US Magazine reports: Who knew showering was such a hot-button topic? After inciting controversy on Tuesday, Jan. 13, with her remark that showering daily is “such a white people thing,” Naya Rivera attempted to wash away some of her bad karma with an apology. The Glee star, 28, returned to the scene of the crime — The View — as a guest host on Wednesday, Jan. 14, and offered a mea culpa to viewers who took offense to her previous comments. “Showering. Biggest topic in pop culture today, in my opinion. Thanks to me, unfortunately,” she quipped during the show’s Hot Topics segment. “Yesterday, we were talking about a study that says you’re supposed to shower once or twice every three days. I had an opinion on it that was supposed to be a joke. Apparently it didn’t go over so well.” (That might be an understatement. Viewers took Rivera to task for the offhand remark, sharing their own opinions of her opinion on Twitter. “When YOU tell the world YOU shower every 3 days that says more about YOU not us Naya Rivera,” one person wrote, adding that “some things are better left unsaid.”) Rivera claimed on Wednesday that she was kidding at the time, saying, “It was supposed to be a joke, but I apologize if anyone was offended.” She went on to quote some of the tweets she’d received, including one from user @retiredfilth that said, “Now white people gonna think we don’t shower cuz of Naya Rivera.” The View co-host Nicolle Wallace, for one, said the actress deserved a break. “Back off of Naya,” Wallace told viewers. “She’s very clean.” Fellow co-host Rosie O’Donnell piped in, too, saying she’d read something about how “doctors say that you should take a bath” anyway. “Thank you, that’s what I do,” she quipped. Dear Bossip: I Have Thoughts About The Same Sex & I Don’t Want To Be Gay

Dear Bossip , All my life I have tried to force myself to get rid of these thoughts. These thoughts haunt me daily. I am attracted to women being a male, but there’s something I’ve been forcing myself to control and that is that I’m seeing men as attractive. I hate it, and I hate myself. I do not want to be gay. I sometimes cry myself to sleep and I am deeply depressed. I need to know why in the world these thoughts consume me when I can’t control them. I’m stuck because I don’t feel as though people are born that way and things happened to me during my childhood that traumatized me that could possibly force me to have these feelings. I’ve been sexually abused by a man in my family and I told no one. Now, what is happening to me is being twisted around to make me feel as though it was my fault by my aggressor. The only reason I won’t say anything is because the fact that it happened disgusts me. I wish I could find help and some reason for why I have these feelings. Again, I don’t want to be this way. What should I do? I am on the verge of losing my mind. I have a feeling a lot of young men are dealing with this issue and me stepping up to ask these questions can help someone else. – Struggling With My Sexuality Dear Mr. Struggling With My Sexuality , I truly feel for you, and I empathize with you and your struggle to understand your sexual thoughts and desires. I cannot tell you how to fight these desires, feelings, and thoughts you have for the same sex. I cannot tell you that these are abnormal thoughts, and it is not who you are. Your feelings, thoughts, and desires are your own, and only you can decide for yourself how you will identify, if you choose to do so. However, just know that you are okay the way that you are. You are fine. You are a beautiful human being, and there is nothing wrong with you, and nothing you need to fix. The fact that you mentioned that you are attracted to both men and women may mean that you could be a bisexual male. It’s interesting that you stated that since you have an attraction to men you shared that you don’t want to be gay. You still have desires for women, from what you stated. I suggest that you research and read up on bisexuality. Also, understand the entire range of LGBT – Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transsexual. I am concerned that you were abused by a man in your family and have not told anyone. I do hope that you will strongly consider talking with someone, and deal with what happened to you. I am also concerned that your aggressor turns the situation back on you, which means you are still in contact with this person, and he makes it appear as if his rape and assault on you was an invitation by you, or something you did. That is not the case. Your aggressor is a pedophile and someone who is mentally ill. What they are doing to you, and have done to you, is classic for a pedophile who doesn’t want their secret to get out, and they know they are wrong for what they did. He doesn’t want you to tell you anyone, and he is making you feel guilty for what happened, thus, he is manipulating you and controlling you. Tell someone. Tell everyone. Tell anyone who will listen and put him blast. Do not allow him to continue to control you, and make you feel you warranted what he did to you. I also recommend that you get into therapy and speak with a licensed and professional therapist to deal with your depression, the assault you endured, and your thoughts about your sexuality. You cannot manage this alone, and you cannot keep these bottled up. You will do more harm and damage to yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically. Please get help and deal with these issues before you spiral out of control. Being gay or bisexual is not wrong and neither does it mean that there is something wrong with you. Your sexual identity is a part of who you are, and no one can determine your sexuality but you. Please do not feel that people are not born that way, and that there is something wrong with being LGBTQIA. People think that persons choose to be gay, and it is not the case. Ask a heterosexual person if they choose to be heterosexual. They may say or tell you it’s wrong or abnormal to be gay or bisexual. And, then you ask them what is right and normal. And, normal based on what? Normal defined by whom? Normal according to whom? Hell, there are many people who thought, and still think that being black is abnormal. You can’t help who you are, and know that you are brilliantly and beautifully designed the way you are. It’s going to be long process for you to get to where you learn to love, accept, and appreciate who you are. Work on embracing yourself. It begins with you first. I do hope that you will stop hating yourself. I do hope that you will stop allowing your rapist to turn this on you. And, I do hope that you get the help you need. If you keep beating yourself up, hating yourself, and accepting the blame for what your rapist did to you then you will end up harming yourself and others emotionally, mentally, and physically. Lastly, I do recommend reaching out to an LGBT community center in your area, and schedule some time to go and speak with someone. They can help you with resources, and information that can help you understand who you are, and provide support groups and meetings, as well as a counselor/therapist you can speak with. So, today, claim victory over your life. Claim love. Claim acceptance. And, claim power.
