Rozay debuts pair of singles from December 13 LP, including Nicki Minaj collabo, on New York radio. By Rob Markman Rick Ross Photo: Tim Mosenfelder/ Getty Images It remains to be seen if there’s truth to DJ Khaled and Drake ‘s declaration that Rick Ross’s upcoming album , God Forgives, I Don’t, is a classic-in-the-making. And while fans will have to wait until the December 13 release date to make that determination, on Tuesday night, they got a head-start after the Bawse dropped two promising singles. Rozay gave fans just a taste of his fifth solo LP last night when he visited New York radio disc jockey Funkmaster Flex and premiered “I Love My Bitches” and the Nicki Minaj-assisted “You the Boss” on Hot 97 . “I wanted to most definitely go to another level and make sure my sound continued to evolve and take people somewhere different,” Ross told Flex . “I wanted to collaborate with Nicki in another way, her breaking down and just letting us hear her beautiful voice.” The syrupy slow “You the Boss” has a 1980s soul vibe. Ross starts the record off with one of his patented grunts and then whispers sweet nothing’s before telling the object of his affection, “I deserve you!” Nicki’s complementary hook channels a loyal lover who will do anything for her “boss” Ricky Ross. It’s a more romantic tone for the Maybach Music CEO, who has grown into an unlikely sex symbol, and “You the Boss,” with its promises of lavish shopping sprees and companionship, may only raise his stock. The Just Blaze-produced “I Love My Bitches,” while also aimed at women, is dramatically different. Over a sped-up soul sample, the Teflon Don is far less gentlemanly as he laments, “Awww, man, I love my bitches.” Lyrically, Ross aims the record at the streets, mixing more tales of lavish sprees with stories of selling bricks of cocaine. With little to no regard for continuity, he goes back and forth in his verses, seducing women and talking to his boys about daily dealings in the same breath. It’s clear on “My Bitches” that Ross feels like he’s on top of the world as he spits lines like, “Living life to the fullest, what’s the emphasis/ Making love to Mary J’s ‘Reminisce.’ ” Interestingly enough, Mary J. Blige also appears on God Forgives, I Don’t. While Rozay isn’t sure that the song will be a single just yet, he holds it in high regard. “That’s the Queen. I can just tell you about the experience,” he told MTV News of working with MJB. “We made some magic.” “Me making my album is just a real tedious process that I go through,” Rozay added. “The response from the people that I did play a few records for, the feedback is incredible.” Share your reviews of the brand-new Ross singles in the comments! We already knew that there was going to be nudity on Kelsey Grammer ‘s new show Boss . After all, it’s on Starz , the pay-cable network that doesn’t just tolerate nudity on its shows, it flat-out requires it. Don’t believe us? Ask Party Down creator Dan Etheridge : “We were asked by the network, and not in an offensive way, to explore premium content, and part of that was some nudity,” Etheridge said in a 2010 interview with Details magazine. So we knew someone was going to get naked, but WHO? That question has now been answered, thanks to the Los Angeles Times ‘ writeup of the show, which stars Grammer as a fictional mayor of Chicago: ” Connie Nielsen is his alienated wife, Martin Donovan his matter-of-fact amanuensis, Kathleen Robertson the aide who gets naked for premium cable .” So if you grew up fapping to the original Beverly Hills, 90210 , set your DVRs, because this fall Claire is going to be turning in her combat boots for naked boobs. Boss premieres on Starz October 21 at 10/9 Central , but until then you can check out all of Kathleen Robertson ‘s breast moments, including her butt-baring scene in XX/XY (2002), right here at MrSkin.com!

Actor talks about his initial reaction to the ‘heroic’ turn of events in ‘Baelor.’ Spoiler alert! By Kara Warner Sean Bean in “Game of Thrones” Photo: Helen Sloan/ HBO So how about Sunday night’s episode of “Game of Thrones” ? To say that it was a doozy barely scratches the surface of all the shameless double-crossing and bloodshed that occurred. SPOILER ALERT! : For those who haven’t yet watched “Baelor” (or read the novel), do not read any further. MAJOR, major spoilers ahead. A recap can hardly do justice to the episode’s gruesome events, which have been adapted quite faithfully from author George R.R. Martin’s brilliant plot twists and turns, but we can provide you with a video interview of “Game of Thrones” star Sean Bean talking about the big “event.” “It’s quite heroic, I suppose,” Bean told MTV News of the lead into his character’s shocking death scene. “I didn’t just get knocked off and nobody notices. Plenty of people noticed,” he said with a smile. “It was a good one.” Bean said that when he read Martin’s book, Ned Stark’s death was as much of a shock to him as anyone. “He’s such a predominant character, straight through all of it, and you think, ‘Wait a minute, what’s happening?’ He’s obviously been betrayed left and right and center, but you never thought it would come to this,” he admitted. “Even the shock on his face before it happens it’s like, ‘But we made a deal.’ It’s a pretty awful ending and the kids are watching as well.” Bean said that the short-lived role was amazing to play, and the filming of his final scene was appropriately epic and ambitious. “We were in Malta in the middle of a big square,” he recalled. “A big piazza with hundreds and hundreds of people on a raised platform, I’m making a last speech, I have my hands tied behind back. I kind of say that I have betrayed the realm and I have been a traitor in order to save my children. … It’s real heartbreaking stuff.” But as Martin fans well know, this doesn’t mean the end of shocking twists in the series, because, as Cersei Lannister put it, “In the game of thrones, you win, or you die.” What did you think of this shocking turn of events? ‘Wayne chooses what’s going on. He’s the boss,’ Gil Smith tells MTV News. By Rob Markman Lil Wayne Photo: MTV On his 2008 tour Lil Wayne proclaimed that he was music. Just in case there are any doubters, Weezy is currently reassuring fans on his I Am Still Music Tour . And on Sunday Lil Tunechi once again staked his claim and put his diversified musical prowess on display on The show featured Wayne’s hardcore rap bars on “A Milli,” his rock-out howl on “Drop the World” and some R&B stylings on his “How to Love”/ “Lollipop” mashup. One of the forces behind Weezy’s growth is his musical director, Gil Smith, who has been touring with the Young Money CEO since 2008 and helped put together the set list for Wayne’s “Unplugged” special. “It was crazy. We were on tour on the first leg of the I Am Still Music Tour and it just came in an e-mail: ‘Wayne has unplugged,’ ” Smith told MTV News. “As a band we kind of get together and we get excited about stuff like that. So we start thinking about which songs he could do.” Choosing from the Cash Money star’s catalog of music is no easy feat, especially when you have to satisfy an intimate audience of fans as well as the millions of folks expected to watch on television. “Thankfully we’re familiar with his repertoire, having been on the road with him,” Smith said. “We’re familiar with what songs he loves, what songs are important to him, and then also wanting to incorporate Tha Carter IV, which is being released this summer.” What Smith and his team ended up with were different segments of a show: one for longtime fans, another to showcase new music from Tha Carter IV and then lastly some random favorites. The next step was taking the ideas to Team Weezy. “As far as working with Wayne’s management, Tez, he is very helpful in putting together the set list,” Smith said. “Other than that it’s Wayne. He chooses what’s going on. He’s the boss.” With Wayne’s approval, songs like “Mr. Carter” off of Tha Carter III, “Hustler’s Muzik” from Tha Carter II and brand-new tracks like “How to Love,” “6 Foot, 7 Foot” and the previously unheard “Nightmares of the Bottom” ultimately made the cut, thanks to Gil Smith and of course Lil Wayne. Bossip.com is reporting that rapper Fabolous tried to skip out on paying his restaurant bill by passing it off to the group behind him! “Last night after work my boss decided to take a large group of us (about 20) over to the rooftop of The Hotel Gansevoort in NYC. So Fabolous is sitting about three feet behind us and he has about four people with him. So we’re enjoying ourselves, ordering shots, cocktails and food. So one of my coworkers and security for the lounge happen to be cool. So later on in the night the security calls my coworker over and asks him if he knows “that guy over there” speaking about Fabolous. My coworker say “That’s Fab right.” The security says “Yeah, but is he with your group.” Of course not. Tell me why the security said that Faboulous tried to say that he was with us and to add his bill to our boss’ tab. No joke. We were tipsy so we all thought it was hilarious that he did such a sucker move. But anyways, that’s my Faboulous story.” Fabolous’ baby-mother is the star of VH1 reality show “Love & Hip Hop .” Fabolous Releases “The SOUL Tape” Online [FREE DOWNLOAD] Fabolous Talks Working With Neyo & Ryan Leslie On Joint Album
‘I’m the boss!’ ‘Ye yells in ad for Los Angeles Laker’s new Nike kicks. By Jayson Rodriguez Kanye West in Kobe Bryant’s Nike commercial trailer Photo: Nike The Kanye West and Kobe Bryant partnership might have taken a wrong turn somewhere. The pair were photographed in the studio together last year when West was working on My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy . The rapper, despite his Chicago roots, also said he wanted to be like the Los Angeles Laker . Over the weekend, however, in a preview of a Nike commercial spot that will debut over the upcoming NBA All-Star Weekend, West (in character) is shown at odds with Bryant in a campaign for the baller’s new sneaker. “Bring him to me!” ‘Ye screams in the clip, which was directed by Robert Rodriguez and also features Bruce Willis. “The Black Mamba ain’t nothing. I’m the boss!” The boss, apparently, wants Kobe’s kicks: In the first clip that ran a week ago, a voiceover opens the spot by saying the NBA champion thought he was on a road trip to Dallas but found himself fighting for his footwear. “Black Mamba, the boss wants your shoes,” veteran actor Danny Trejo tells the high-flying basketball superstar. Bryant is then shown slashing through defenders during a rooftop pickup basketball game and dunking buckets despite playing short-handed. Two years ago, the duo were featured in another campaign for the NBA when West’s “Amazing” was used for the playoff push alongside highlight clips of Bryant, LeBron James and the Celtics’ Ray Allen.
