Source: TNYF/WENN.com / WENN The Game has been dogged by the looming specter of a lawsuit brought against him by a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by the rapper. The California artist has been ordered to hand over his financial records to the woman, who is set to receive $7 million . The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Game has until the end of the month to produce documents showing all his real estate, cars, boats, aircrafts, etc. He also has to turn over all information on artistic works he owns, all income he has earned since 2014, all expenses he made over $5,000 since 2014 and details on any businesses he has a stake in. As The Blast first reported, Priscilla Rainey — who won a $7 million judgment against Game after she claimed he assaulted her on the set of a reality show — filed documents earlier this year accusing him of diverting millions of dollars in income to avoid having to pay. In her 2015 lawsuit, Rainey claimed that during the production of “She Got Game,” the rapper sexually assaulted her by forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks. As the outlet adds, The Game’s legal side filed a motion for a new trial to say that the amount of the judgment was too high and that evidence was lacking in supporting the claim. Source: Edward Diller / Getty Adrien Broner seems to always be seeking the struggle. The pro boxer has reportedly been banned from Uber after acting a fool on a recent trip. Broner posted footage of himself getting ignorantly turnt up on social media, and it got banned from ever using the app. Reports TMZ Sports : The boxing star captured his out-of-control ride on his own social media earlier this week — trying to turn up from the backseat when Drake and Travis Scott’s hit “Sicko Mode” started playing. Broner leans over and unleashes a full-throated scream right in the driver’s face — before grabbing the volume knob and turning it to the max. Then he started wildly dancing — while the driver tried to focus on driving in the rain. Finally, the driver has enough, slams on the brakes and pulls the car over — demanding Broner and his crew get the hell out of the vehicle immediately. A rep for Uber tells us … company officials looked into the incident, and decided Broner’s behavior was unacceptable and his access to the app has been revoked. By the looks of the footage, it sounds fair enough. No cab driver making a living should have to deal with such tomfoolery. Let us know what you think in the comments.
Roy Wood Jr. better watch out because he messed with the wrong one. He called a woman and talked to her about the money she got back from a car accident. The woman told him she was at a standstill when she was hit and the he’s not getting back any money. Roy asked for her address several more times and the woman hung up. When he called her back she began to talk about fighting him and then hung up again. The boxer says that the back and forth between Money and Fif is some “b*tch ass sh*t” and wants them to knock it off. TMZ Sports reports : Boxing superstars Adrien Broner and Gervonta Davis were leaving Ace of Diamonds in L.A. after balling out in the club … when AB decided to deliver a message to Floyd Mayweather and 50 Cent. “Floyd and 50 … y’all on some bitch ass sh*t,” Broner said. “Y’all some bitch ass n****s. Y’all gotta stop that man. Y’all brothers. I’m mad as f*ck y’all doing that in public.” Broner’s friends with both guys and says he’s sick of watching them feud over Instagram. Yesterday, we reported on rumors that Farrah Abraham is an out of control drunk who likes to get blackout hammered while partying at Barry’s. Is Barry’s a bar? Is it just the residence of some dude named Barry? Has Farrah been partying with misters Bonds, Sanders, or Manilow? We have no freaking idea. According to Z-list actress and sometime Farrah acquaintance Phoebe Price, though, Farrah can be found getting sh-tfaced at Barry’s. More nights than not. Anyway, Ms. Price obviously enjoyed the attention she received from bashing Farrah yesterday, so today, she’s doubling down on her claims. Among those claims? That Abraham receives money in exchange for performing various sexual acts on paying customers. Really. “She’s a high-class hooker,” Price tells Radar Online, the venerable celebrity gossip outlet that broke this story yesterday. “She meets men on very exclusive websites, and one guy she went to meet in Dubai,” says Price. “She dumped her last guy because he lied on [celebrity dating site] Raya about his income.” The crazy part? Price may not be full of it. As Radar points out, Farrah did travel to Dubai – with her 9-year-old daughter, Sophia, in tow – back in May. More incredibly, as Farrah herself once said, Farrah dabbles in businessmen , among other career pursuits. Price goes on to allege that Farrah’s frequent cosmetic procedures have resulted in a debilitating addiction to prescription painkillers. “She gets pills with all these procedures she gets done,” Price claims. “She claims to have pain afterward,” she adds. “I think it makes her really moody.” We may have created a monster by getting so much pleasure from Phoebe’s unrepentant shade-throwing. “She drinks too much. She pops pills too much. She’s a bad mom. And I wouldn’t be surprised if Sophia gets taken away,” the actress says. “She leaves her with babysitters and she tries to get rid of Sophia every chance she gets. She tries to act for the camera like she is a great mom.” Price goes on to compare Farrah to another troubled – albeit much more famous – star who has been in the news this week. Phoebe claims that if Farrah doesn’t get her act together, she’s headed for an overdose such as the one recently suffered by Demi Lovato . “She has to get her life in check or she could end up another Demi Lovato,” Price says. “It all started with alcohol with Demi.” “She needs help. I know she has many issues and needs help, especially because of Sophia. I have known other people with bipolar.” Needless to say, those are some serious allegations. In fact, if this were anyone other than Ms. Abraham we were talking about here, we might have trouble believing such stories. On Saturday 50 called out Floyd Mayweather on Instagram for working with Teairra and having her host a Memorial Day party at his Girls Collection strip club. The move clearly pissed off 50 considering that Teairra’s suing him for sharing part of her freaky flick. “Somebody please tell me why Floyd would be doing this right now,” said 50. 50 then pettily posted texts between him and Floyd showing the champ accusing him of hanging with a “snitch” and being disloyal for being cool with his ex Miss Jackson. Miss Jackson is suing Floyd in a Gloria Allred backed domestic abuse lawsuit and Floyd’s suing Miss Jackson for allegedly stealing thousands from him. Jordan and Ryan Coogler JUST finished promoting ‘Black Panther’ together and now they are back together again working on ‘Creed II’ Jordan headed back into production on ‘Creed II’ this Monday alongside Tessa Thompson and Sylvester Stallone who are also reprising their roles in the Metro Goldwyn Mayer Pictures and Warner Bros. Pictures sequel. In case you missed the first film, Creed II is the continuation of the Rocky saga and sequel to the 2015 critically acclaimed and crowd-pleasing 2015 hit Creed, which took in more than $170 million at the worldwide box office. Coogler, who directed the first film, returns to the franchise as an executive producer on Creed II, while the new film is being directed by Steven Caple Jr., who helmed the acclaimed 2016 drama The Land. “When I wrote and directed Creed, I wanted to tell a human story about a family from a new perspective, while also paying homage to the Rocky characters we’ve all grown up knowing and loving. I’ve known Steven was an amazing filmmaker since our days at USC film school together, so I can’t wait to see what he, Sly, Mike and Tessa bring to this next chapter,” said Coogler. Three rounds later Ortiz ended up on the floor and was picked up by the ref, he tried to continue to fight, but moments later was knocked to the ground again. Wilder ended up defeating Ortiz and the crowd full of fans at the Barclays Center were excited for him. Wilder’s promoter, Lou DiBella said, “The heavyweight champion is a man’s man; he has some huge cojones. He walked through the fire and he knocked the guy out.
