Gia Allemand, who made it to the top four on The Bachelor and then appeared on two seasons of Bachelor Pad, is in critical condition at a New Orleans hospital. The 29-year-old model was rushed to University Hospital “following a serious emergency medical event” on Monday night, ABC said in a statement. Gia Allemand, Bachelor Star, in Critical Condition “On behalf of the family, we kindly ask for privacy at this time,” the release states. No more information about the emergency Gia Allemand suffered was released. Allemand’s mother is reportedly with her at the hospital, as is her boyfriend, NBA player Ryan Anderson of the New Orleans Pelicans. During a previously aired episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians, fans saw a disheveled Kardashian reading aloud a letter he believed was from Bailon’s new man–in which he implored Kardashian to stop calling Bailon. But what Kardashian, 26, didn’t know at the time was that the infamous letter was actually written by the former Cheetah Girl herself! “I was my own fake boyfriend,” The Real co-host admitted. “What all ya’ll thought was that it was written by my boyfriend. It was not written by a boyfriend,” she exclaimed to her cast members . “That was written by me and my girl sitting on the sofa one day deciding to ourselves, ‘Well, how can we make him stop calling me?’ Adding gleefully, “I got left alone. This is so sad . 18-Year-Old Student Drowns According to Mail Online An Indiana family is struggling to understand why a promising 18-year-old student who was bound for college in the fall drove her SUV into a reservoir and drowned. Authorities do not know what caused Peyton Reikhof to make the fatal decision to drive across 100 feet of backyards and submerge her vehicle in Geist Reservoir in upscale Fishers, Indiana, an Indianapolis suburb. They fear they may never know. Investigators say Reikhof acted alone, though they are not sure whether she plowed into the water on purpose or whether it was an accident. Foul play is not suspected. She was found Sunday after her boyfriend called police on Thursday to report that she left his house distressed. He said he was concerned about her well-being, WISH-TV reports. Reikhof had recently graduated from Hamilton Southeastern High School and was planning to attend the University of Kansas on scholarship in the fall. Her family is heartbroken and struggling to understand what happened. ‘She was just an amazing girl. She really was. She had so many friends. Lea Michele has released her second statement since the death of her boyfriend and Glee costar, Cory Monteith. After simply asking for some privacy during a ” devastating time ” the day after news of Monteith’s passing broke, the actress has now come out with the following words through her rep: “Lea is deeply grateful for all the love and support she’s received from family, friends, and fans. “Since Cory’s passing, Lea has been grieving alongside his family and making appropriate arrangements with them. They are supporting each other as they endure this profound loss together. We continue to ask the media to respect the privacy of Lea and Cory’s family.” Autopsy results were released yesterday and they confirm what most believed after hearing of this tragedy: Monteith died from a mixture of heroin and alcohol . No word yet on funeral arrangement for the star or on how Glee Season 5 will handle the challenge of a main cast member passing away. Alexander Bradley, the man who claims that Aaron Hernandez shot him in the face earlier this year, has been ordered to appear before a grand jury. This is separate from the murder of Olin Lloyd, for which Hernandez is charged, and a 2012 Boston double homicide in which he is a person of interest. Bradley has been ordered by a judge in Massachusetts to testify before a grand jury later this month; it’s unclear if police are trying establish any link. He is scheduled to appear July 17. Bradley had been actively fighting the interstate subpoena, claiming that he required medical treatment in Florida. The judge ruled that the travel “will not cause undue hardship” for Bradley, who “is a material and necessary witness” in the investigation of Hernandez. Bradley sued Hernandez in June, before Lloyd’s murder, claiming Aaron Hernandez shot him in the face following an altercation at a Miami strip club. He never identified the New England Patriots tight end as the assailant when speaking to police, and only directly accused him in his recent lawsuit. The former NFL star is facing a first-degree murder charge in the slaying of his friend/acquaintance and is being investigated in a drive-by last summer. Officials suspect his motive may have been to keep Odin Lloyd quiet about his involvement in the earlier murder(s), though that remains just a theory.
