Source: Desiree Navarro / Getty Shemar Moore has developed a reputation for himself as a heartthrob and he continues to be on brand by swooning a married woman. The 49-year-old S.W.A.T. star went on The Talk recently and he was seated to Danish actress, model and Flavor Flav ‘s ex-bae Brigitte Nielsen . He was in the middle of talking about his fitness regimen for his CBS show. “You know, you get in the gym, we’re all vain, we want the baby girls to like what they see,” he started. The audience responded with applause and even the co-hosts joined in with Sheryl Underwood saying “We do, we do.” Miss Nielsen was also clapping. This prompted Moore to touch her by the shoulder and tell her, “I like you, a lot. I loved you in Rocky , and now I have a crush on you for real.” Oh okay! Nielsen then proceeded to go in for a hug and when she pulled back, Moore went in for a peck on the lips. Nielsen was so caught off guard that she put her hands on her cheeks and then covered her mouth in shock. Of course, Moore was all smiles as the audience and hosts lost it. Sharon Osbourne had to take things to the next level by saying, “I don’t think she tasted that. She needs another one.” Moore was happy to take on the challenge and he went in for a SECOND and longer kiss. Nielsen clearly felt the impact because after the audience and co-hosts went wild again, they tried to continue conversation as usual, but Miss Brigitte was caught gazing at Shemar. “She ain’t heard a word you said,” joked Underwood. Mind you, Nielsen is a married woman. Wonder what her Italian former model husband Mattia Dessi will have to say about this. You can watch the action for yourself below. This isn’t the first time Moore couldn’t keep his lips from someone he probably just met. In an episode of Ellen , he also kissed a random audience member in order to raise money for cancer research. Meanwhile, Nielsen and Dessi just welcomed their 15-month-old daughter Frida in June 2018, according to People . Surely, mommy will have a story for her daughter after the Shemar Moore smooching experience.
Source: WENN.com / WENN LaVar Ball and his overbearing presence in directing the basketball careers of his three sons cast a shadow on their potential trajectory, although he managed to craft business deals with them in mind. Now, a former business partner is excusing the Ball family patriarch of embezzling funds from the family’s various business holdings. The Blast shares in a new report that Ball’s former business associate, Alan Foster, filed suit and alleged that the father of Lonzo, LiMelo, and LiAngelo Ball has been pilfering funds from the business to fund his own personal needs. Foster was a partner in the Big Baller Brand athletic brand, and the Ball Sports Group, a sports and entertainment company. From The Blast : According to Foster, “In early 2016, in furtherance of LaVar’s intense desire to share in, or rise above, the glory and spotlight of his sons, LaVar approached Alan and asked for his business guidance on how to monopolize and gain fortune and fame from the names and likenesses of his three sons. In response, Alan suggested that the two men brand the “Ball” family name in order to create basketball and entertainment-related businesses. LaVar loved Alan’s idea and wanted to make sure that he was the biggest star in the family, notwithstanding the fact that he was broke, had no savings, poor credit and zero business acumen.” “LaVar is a liar who fraudulently utilized BBB and BSG to fund his personal lifestyle,” the docs state. Lonzo Ball filed a suit against Foster, alleging that it was him that took money away from the Ball business for his own personal gains. — Photo: WENN
Prince Harry has taken a step that is equal parts unusual and forceful. But all parts admirable. On Tuesday, the Duke of Sussex absolutely, positively, totally and completely WENT OFF on the media for the way it has treated his beloved wife, Meghan Markle. Seriously: Harry came out swinging, you guys. Hard . “Unfortunately, my wife has become one of the latest victims of a British tabloid press that wages campaigns against individuals with no thought to the consequences – a ruthless campaign that has escalated over the past year, throughout her pregnancy and while raising our newborn son,” Harry said in this rare statement. The handsome Prince didn’t just write down a bunch of words, either. He and the Royal Family are suing The Daily Mail for publishing the content of a private letter written awhile back by Markle. We believe the letter in question is one that Meghan wrote to her estranged father , although this has not yet been confirmed by the lawsuit or anyone associated with it. Any regular celebrity gossip follower, however, must be aware overall of all the ways in which various tabloids have quoted anonymous sources that have torn into Markle on the reg. “As a couple, we believe in media freedom and objective, truthful reporting,” continued Harry in this open letter. “We regard it as a cornerstone of democracy and in the current state of the world – on every level – we have never needed responsible media more,” Sounds like a not-so-subtle dig there against President Donald Trump. But that isn’t the point here at all. Not at the moment. One can believe in the value of a free press and also believe in what Harry says next: “There is a human cost to this relentless propaganda, specifically when it is knowingly false and malicious, and though we have continued to put on a brave face – as so many of you can relate to – I cannot begin to describe how painful it has been. “Because in today’s digital age, press fabrications are repurposed as truth across the globe. “One day’s coverage is no longer tomorrow’s chip-paper. “Up to now, we have been unable to correct the continual misrepresentations – something that these select media outlets have been aware of and have therefore exploited on a daily and sometimes hourly basis.” Wow, huh? Talk about some brutal honesty from Harry. “It is for this reason we are taking legal action, a process that has been many months in the making,” he goes on. “The positive coverage of the past week from these same publications exposes the double standards of this specific press pack that has vilified her almost daily for the past nine months; “They have been able to create lie after lie at her expense simply because she has not been visible while on maternity leave. “She is the same woman she was a year ago on our wedding day, just as she is the same woman you’ve seen on this Africa tour.” This is not the first time that Harry has come to Meghan’s defense. Shortly after the couple went public with their relationship in 2016, the prince released a powerful statement, trashing what he called the racist and sexist abuse she had endured since her relationship with him was revealed. We applauded him then and we’re applauding him now. Continued Harry: For these select media this is a game, and one that we have been unwilling to play from the start. I have been a silent witness to her private suffering for too long. To stand back and do nothing would be contrary to everything we believe in. This particular legal action hinges on one incident in a long and disturbing pattern of behaviour by British tabloid media. The contents of a private letter were published unlawfully in an intentionally destructive manner to manipulate you, the reader, and further the divisive agenda of the media group in question. In addition to their unlawful publication of this private document, they purposely misled you by strategically omitting select paragraphs, specific sentences, and even singular words to mask the lies they had perpetuated for over a year. Harry, tragically, has seen first-hand what happens when a frenzied press goes too far. His mother, Princess Diana, was killed in a 1997 car crash after the vehicle in which she was a passenger sped away from a number of intruding paparazzi members. He invoked this awful incident in his statement on Tuesday. “I’ve seen what happens when someone I love is commoditised to the point that they are no longer treated or seen as a real person,” he wrote, adding: “I lost my mother and now I watch my wife falling victim to the same powerful forces.” The Duke of Sussex’s statement concluded: “We thank you, the public, for your continued support. It is hugely appreciated. Although it may not seem like it, we really need it.” KA-BOOM, huh? A legal spokesperson from Schillings, who are representing the Duchess of Sussex, added on Tuesday: “We have initiated legal proceedings against the Mail on Sunday, and its parent company Associated Newspapers, over the intrusive and unlawful publication of a private letter written by the Duchess of Sussex, which is part of a campaign by this media group to publish false and deliberately derogatory stories about her, as well as her husband. “Given the refusal of Associated Newspapers to resolve this issue satisfactorily, we have issued proceedings to redress this breach of privacy, infringement of copyright and the aforementioned media agenda.” This legal case is being privately funded by Harry and Meghan. Pending a court ruling, proceeds from any damages will be donated to an anti-bullying charity. Sarah Silverman is the worst. Even when she was at the top of her career she was the worst. I never understood when I saw people say shit like that she was hot. She has never been hot. I have known people personally who have said she was hot…I had to write them off as queer, I’m talking to you KIMMEL…. I am thinking that maybe people find humor sexy, even when it is dumb fart joke humor, I mean she’s made a lot of money off her bullshit…but then she pulls her tits out, cuz she’s got tits, not necessarily good tits, but big tits, which has nothing to do with her humor….. Her humor was the one thing some dudes with bad sense of humor though made her hot, and here she is taking it as if they literally found her hot…pulling out the tits cuz she’s got tits, not necessarily good tits, but big tits, and I guess in America Big tits are all you need…. Along with being annoying, abrasive, irritating sounding, dumpy and old…she is also a flip flopper who stands behind hr friend, until being criticized for it, only to see her fortunes dwindle, so bitch back pedals, cuz these are all spineless pieces of shit who pulled off a scam to be here, not ready to lose out by standing by what they actual feel in their core, instead pandering to the people….this time with tits, and in her defense, it’s really all she’s got going for her. Here is part 2 to that Towel series because why not…. If you missed part one, google it….or I could link it…but fuck that…I do enough work around here… I wrote: Mario Testino is some creepy fashion photographer who managed to get out of PERU and into the prestigious, pretentious, obnoxious, elitist fashion world….where “creatives” collectively got paid ridiculous amounts of money to do cocaine and pretend to be artists….even though art doesn’t really exist and it is all just commercial nonsense that requires self absorbed egos to try to polarize from their 5 million dollar “ARTIST” loft…fuck off.. Well, along with being accused of sexual misconduct, the real art form of photographers, from at least 18 people publicly….many are dudes cuz I guess he’s a queer…not so surprising that a dude with money and ego at the top of his industry is going to use that to get pussy or man pussy – but they say that it is wrong – even though it seems to be pretty human based on the number of creeps out there… He has a series, that I guess is what he thinks is high concept, of models in towels after showers on shoots….you know that real and raw moment or whatever. I didn’t re-read what I wrote, that’s not my thing, but here are more of his pics to celebrate fashion perversion. Last week, it was a bit of a shock to see who went home on Dancing With The Stars . This week, Ray Lewis had to sit out from dancing, as training had awoken an old sports injury. He has to have surgery on the tendons in his foot. Producers were able to scramble and come up with a substitution, but that wasn’t the night’s only surprise. … Former winner Rashad Jennings stepped up to fill in for Ray, performing a Cha Cha with Cheryl Burke. This special substitution presented their best interpretation of what had been planned for Ray. Honestly, producers have to fill timeslots right down to the second. Then came Lauren Alaina and Gleb Savchenko performing a Tango. Lauren moves well, but she is not super confident or giving off the right vibes. It seems to be a mental thing, rather than physical. The judges decreed: 6 7 7 Hannah Brown and Alan Bersten were a joy as they performed the Rumba, and not only because of their choice of music. But also that. This was a surprisingly sub-par performance for Hannah, but only because Hannah is a great dancer. It was still very good. The judges agreed, handing out: 7 7 7 Karamo Brown and Jenna Johnson did not exactly wow the panel with their Jive. Remember, even the most fun formal dances are about controlled movements. Karamo’s were a little erratic, which was disappointing. The judges want to see better from him, and awarded him: 5 5 6 Ally Brooke and Sasha Farber performed a Rumba. This was a jarringly good performance and showed noticeable improvemen. Ally’s movements were beautiful and a pleasure to watch. The judges felt the same way, doling out: 8 8 8 Kel Mitchell and Witney Carson also came in with a Rumba. Kel’s dancing was a little stiff. It looks like he really just needs more experience with dance and he can improve — which is the point of the show. Though he ended up in the danger zone by the episode’s end, Kel received a 7 6 7 James Van Der Beek and Emma Slater were nothing short of majestic as they danced a Rumba. At this point James at least has some competition, but he continues to bully everyone with his graceful dancing and his charisma (despite one slip up). The judges ruled: 8 7 8 Kate Flannery and Pasha Pashkov continued their marked improvement since the first episode with a Quickstep. She really did well, with only one slip up. In fact, Kate seems to have an instinct for dance that makes her a joy to watch. That’s how the judges felt, too, as they handed her: 8 8 8 Sailor Brinkley-Cook and Val Chmerkovskiy danced a Tango. Sailor treated audiences to an almost too dazzling smile and moved with the grace of a professional. This is where you really see dance as an art form. The pleased judges handed her: 7 8 8 Lamar Odom and Peta Murgatoyd were … less improssive with their Tango. Lamar actually showed an observable improvement because there were moments when he really did well. But only part of the time. A number of slip-ups earned Lamar: 6 5 5 Sean Spicer and Lindsay Arnold weren’t fooling anyone with their Cha Cha. Sadly, it seems that Sean lacks a sense of rhythm as much as he lacks a sense of morality. He was too fast, he was too slow — at some point, he just seemed lost. Audiences understand the gimmick of having an infamous refrigerator-thief who should be behind bars for his role in the Trump regime on the show. But with a score from the judges of 5, 5, and 5, how long is he really going to stick around? Ultimately, Sean, along with Lamar and Kel, skated by this week because of Ray Lewis’ departure. Ray was the “elimination” by default. View Slideshow: Dancing With the Stars: Who Will Win Season 28?
Source: WENN / WENN Iconic African-American magazine Ebony is back in the news after former employees accuse the publication of unpaid wages and fraud. According to The Root , the historic publication is once again headed back to court after former employees claimed that they were unpaid for work, laid off unfairly and that their 401k was not company-matched per the employment agreement. The complaint, which was filed on Wednesday (Sept. 25), names Ebony Media Operations LLC; CVG Group LLC; Michael Gibson, CVG Group co-founder and chairman; and Elizabeth Burnett, vice president of operations of CVG Group, as defendants and accuses them of “betraying the magazine’s employees and readers” by “engaging in a consistent pattern and practice of laying off their staff and failing to pay them their final wages.” Additionally, Ebony is accused of failing to reimburse employees for work-related expenses or pay out their unused vacation days. The lawsuit also alleges that Ebony committed fraud by failing to match 401k contributions, in addition to failing to reimburse employees for payroll deductions that were never actually invested into 401k accounts. The lawsuit comes just one week after Linda Johnson-Rice , daughter of the magazine’s founder decided to step down effective immediately from the magazine’s board claiming that the direction of the magazine did not go according to what she had envisioned. “When I agreed to continue on with the companies after the sale to the CVG Group, I did so hopeful that the Ebony and Jet brands would continue to be a dominant and positive force in the African American community,” Johnson Rice said in the email obtained by the Chicago Tribune . “Obviously, despite my hopes, the last three years did not result in what I envisioned when the transition occurred, and because of that, I have made the decision to move on.” Although the reasoning behind the resignation is unclear, what is clear is that the publication has been having staffing and legal issues since the company was bought by Texas investment group CVG in 2016. As previously reported, in 2017 freelancers and former employees started the viral hashtag #EbonyOwes before filing a lawsuit for unpaid wages. The employees were awarded nearly $80,000 in 2018 and Ebony laid off its entire digital staff before going on a print hiatus in the Spring of this year.
