“The Rewind” Episode 7 On the latest episode of “The Rewind” , hosts Landon and DJ Franchise are once again breaking down the biggest hot topics of the week. Naomi Campbell hasn’t made too many tabloid headlines in recent years, and that’s undeniably a good thing. Later in the episode, Naomi turned her attention to Kendall Jenner. You may recall that Kendall pissed off the modeling community recently when she threw shade at her colleagues who work more than she does, so that they can — ya know, eat food and pay rent and whatnot. Andy Cohen asked how Naomi felt about Kendall’s remarks, and no one should be surprised by her response: Naomi Campbell Slams Kendall Jenner “Next question,” Campbell replied curtly. In a way, that’s a far more savage burn than what Naomi had to say about Nicki and Cardi. When she spoke about their feud, Naomi made it clear that she has respect for both artists, but takes issue with petty feuds and violent behavior. With Kendall, she couldn’t even be bothered to give her two cents. Her attitude toward her fellow model comes as a bit of a surprise, as Campbell has been a friend of the Kardashian family for several years. But clearly, the woman ran out of f–ks to give long ago. T allahassee Democratic Mayor Andrew Gillum , the first Black major party nominee for Florida governor, has strong support for his candidacy outside the state’s African-American communities, according to a new poll. See Also: Here’s What Polls Are Showing About Black Candidates In Key Races A Quinnipiac University survey released on Wednesday showed Gillum with a strong lead among women, Independent and Hispanic voters over his Trump-backed rival Ron DeSantis , WTVJ-TV , an NBC News affiliate, reported. Gillum had a 59 percent to 39 percent lead among women voters. With Independents, the mayor led DeSantis 56 percent to 40 percent, and he garnered 59 percent of the Hispanic vote. Meanwhile, 98 percent of Black voters said they planned to cast their ballot for Gillum. Previously, a Reuters–Ipsos–UVA Center for Politics poll published Sept. 19 gave the Black candidate a 6-point lead over DeSantis. Indeed, his poll numbers have increased each week. A Real Clear Politics average of several polls (covering Aug. 29 through Sept. 20) showed Gillum with an average lead of roughly 4 percentage points. Gillum selected a white running mate for lieutenant governor who brings a surprising asset to the ticket: the support of Black leaders in a key region of the state. Orlando-area businessman Chris King developed relationships with Black ministers and activists in Central Florida during his run for governor in the 2018 primaries against Gillum. DeSantis, who resigned from Congress on Sept. 10 to focus on the election, came under fire for a racist remark about Gillum less than 24 hours after winning the GOP nomination. He urged voters not to “ monkey this up ” by voting for the Black candidate. He’s also been in the spotlight over his deep connections to white supremacists . The host shared that she and her husband of one year, gospel artist Israel Houghton, have been actively trying to conceive, but so far things aren’t really working. As such, she warns viewers that comments people frequently make to newlyweds speculating on their pregnancy status or asking when they plan to become mothers can actually be more hurtful than they realize since you never know what sort of fertility struggle one may be facing. Overall, she’s accepting that everyone doesn’t get pregnant right away, and embracing the timing of her life while attempting not to rush things and let it happen naturally. This would be a special occasion for any couple, but it's an especially meaningful one for the Teen Mom stars because Catelynn suffered a miscarriage several months ago. The trauma caused her to check into rehab in order to deal with mounting stres and anxiety – and it also put into question whether the couple could or would have any more chilren. But… amazing surprise! They announced Catelynn's pregnancy two weeks and have been flying high ever since.
