According to TMZ , the Harts went forward with the lavish “Lion King” baby shower we reported on last week and announced the name of their incoming son, Kenzo. Sounds like Kenzo is some combination of “Kevin” and “Eniko” and for those of you who are fashionably inclined, KENZO is also popular high-end clothing brand who’s logo is Tiger (peep the shirt Kevin is wearing). *shrug emoji* More pics on the flip.
Think Justin Bieber hit rock bottom back in 2014? Think the singer was a complete mess after he was arrested for drunk driving and after he constantly berated the paparazzi and didn’t even seem to care one bit about his fans? You actually have no idea, Scooter Braun now says. Braun, who has served as Bieber’s manager throughout the course of his career and who has been tight with the artist for years, opened up this week to The Wall Street Journal Magazine. The topic? Bieber. Specifically, the depths to which Bieber plummeted during his fairly recent struggles. “It was worse than people realized,” Braun told the publication. “I failed him day after day. We were living in hell because he was in such a dark place.” In January of 2014, Bieber was arrested for drunk driving . The incident seemed to be the culmination of a downward spiral in which Bieber partied too much and drove too fast. However, Braun says here that things continued to get worse for the superstar over the next several months. “I have inconveniences, and other people have problems. Mine feel important, but they’re not. They’re not life or death,” Braun told The Wall Street Journal crypically, prior to adding: “Justin’s stuff got to a point where it was a problem.” Based on that phrasing,it sounds like it was a life or death problem. Yikes . “Some of the biggest people in the industry, people invested in Justin’s career, told me, ‘It’s over. Focus on something else. That kid is done,'” Braun explained. But the manager has been with Bieber since Justin was a young teenager. He wasn’t about to abandon his friend when he was needed the most. “I made a promise to him when he was 13 that I would never give up on him. I plan on keeping that promise.” Added Braun: “He’s family. I think the relationship is more like a big brother, especially because he’s become a man. “I think he’s seen the worst of himself, and to watch him rise out of it was amazing.” Has Bieber risen out of it? We guess so. He hasn’t been arrested in years and his fans still love him. But he’s taken a strange break from making music and folks still have no idea why he let down so many people when he canceled his tour this year . Bieber may not be in the kind of bad shape he was back then, but he also may have hit his career apex years ago and will never fully recover. Monty Hall, the legendary television personality best known for hosting Let’s Make a Deal on CBS, died Saturday of heart failure at his home in Beverly Hills. He was 96 years old. The New York Times first confirmed this sad piece ofnews. Hall co-created the aforementioned hit game show and launched it as the emcee in 1963. At the time of its premiere, Let’s Make a Deal helped anchor CBS’ daytime lineup; it eventually moved to primetime in 1968. Hall had hosted a number of programs prior to striking it big with this series… which remains on the air today (Wayne Brady is host) and which encourages audience members to dress up in outlandish costumes while they barter for the best prize possible. A syndicated version of Let’s Make a Deal aired on and off throughout the 1970s and 80s, prior to returning to NBC for a brief run from 1990-1991. The show was then revived with Brady in 2009, with Hall putting in occasional guest appearances Hall received a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in 1973. As a Canadian native, he was named to the Order of Canada in 1988. Hall is survived by three children: actress Joanna Gleason; TV executive Sharon Hall; and TV producer Richard Hall; in addition to a brother and five grandchildren. His wife Marilyn passed away in June. But according to his new interview with Complex’s Everyday Struggle on Thursday (September 28), he seems to have upgraded to a grown man mindset. Ray responded calmly to Joe Budden and DJ Akademiks’ questions about his infamous “money team” interview on The Breakfast Club back in 2011, taking full responsibility for his actions and admitting that he spent months “under a rock” out of embarassment. When asked what caused him to call in to threaten Fabolous, he simply said: “I was tweaking… I was moving the wrong may and I made a mistake. It was Vegas. It’s like Hangover 4. ‘ Ray also expressed regret about his behavior on the first two seasons of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop , but said he has no plans to leave the show now that he’s happily married and above the drama. He said: “It was just uncalled for. Certain things I did, I was just ashamed of myself. It was good to watch it back, cause I was like, ‘Wow, that does not look good. It’s not cool. And it helped me kind of curve that uncool savagery.” When asked how long he’s keep doing the show, he said, “However long VH1 want me, I’m on auto pilot… I got my tech company. (That’s) what’s the most imporantat. The tech is so brand new and fresh.
