Well, a new season of The Bachelorette is almost upon us. But before Hannah Brown begins her search for love with a new round of 32 suitors, it's time to check in on the 14 women who came before her. Host Chris Harrison sat down with most of the previous Bachelorettes this week to film a historic reunion special. Harrison says the result is an eye-opening look at how both the show and the dating scene have changed since 2004. The reunion will air on May 8, just days before Hannah's season premieres on May 13. So join us as we prepare ourselves with a trip down memory lane and a glance at Bachelorettes past: 1. 15 Years of History Chris posted this photo of himself with MOST of the women who handed out roses on the iconic ABC reality show. Two of the past Bachelorettes were unable to attend, but more on that later. 2. Trista Rehn (Season 1) It all started with Trista. She accepted a proposal from Ryan Sutter and the couple later married in a televised ceremony. 3. Still Going Strong Trista and Ryan are now parents to two children. They recently celebrated their 15th anniversary together. 4. Meredith Phillips (Season 2) Next up was Meredith Phillips, who ended her season by getting engaged to Ian McKee. The couple broke up one year later. 5. A Shocking Epilogue Meredith made headlines last year when she revealed that she had been sexually assaulted during her time on the show. Not surprisingly, she opted out of this week’s reunion. 6. Jen Schefft (Season 3) Season 3 had Jen Schefft handing out roses. Louis Farrakhan from its social media services, lumping him with a pair of Right-Wing extremists who also were banned. Joining Farrakhan on the outs with FB and IG are Alex Jones and Milo Yiannopoulos. Politico reports : Facebook Thursday banned from its flagship social network and its subsidiary Instagram the Infowars site and its leader Alex Jones, Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan and far-right provocateur Milo Yiannopoulos, saying their presence on the sites violated its policies against dangerous individuals and organizations. “We’ve always banned individuals or organizations that promote or engage in violence and hate, regardless of ideology,” a Facebook spokesperson said in a statement. “The process for evaluating potential violators is extensive and it is what led us to our decision to remove these accounts today.” Facebook last August cited violations of community standards in removing pages belonging to Jones and Infowars, notorious for peddling unfounded conspiracy theories. The action came amid a flurry of suspensions and content take-downs for Jones and Infowars, which were also booted from Google-owned YouTube, Twitter and other platforms. The outlet adds that the services also banned Infowars contributor and “New Right” advocate Paul Joseph Watson, and right-wing activist Laura Loomer. Thursday’s episode of Grey’s Anatomy featured Meredith Grey risking it all, and it could cost her not only her job but also her freedom. But what pushed the hero to make a risky decision? A patient without insurance, of course! The patient, Gabby, and her father arrived at the hospital and turned to Meredith and Alex. They came to the United States with the aim of getting her care, but things were not working out. All of their resources were depleted, and insurance wasn’t working out for them. Mer and Alex found a mass in the girl’s colon, meaning that it was time to operate. The father struggled to get coverage from the state, prompting Meredith to say that she would find a way to sort things out. What did Meredith do to get the surgery completed? She put Ellis’ name on the paperwork, meaning her insurance could be used because it covered family members. Richard found out about it, and he was pissed. “The system failed him. The system is broken,” she yelled at him. “We know it is. So what does that say about us if we don’t fix it?” Richard struggled to contain his fury, primarily because he didn’t want anyone to learn about it. He had a risky plan to save Meredith’s career. If they could make the patient appear to be sicker, keep her in hospital for 30 days, then a new state program would activate. That would mean the patient would be covered, wouldn’t be deported and would be entitled to help. Meredith was upset, but knew what she did was the right thing to do. She turned to DeLuca, expecting him to be furious at her. But he took her by surprise, dropping the L-bomb on her because it reiterated that he knew she was a good person. “I’m in awe of what you did today,” he said. “I was afraid if I opened my mouth, the only thing that was going to come out was if I loved you.” “Well, okay,” Meredith replied. “Glad we cleared that up.” Elsewhere, Jo started to return to her old ways, and that was good news for her friends and loved one. She helped Alex get good news for one of his patients in the form of getting a donor … or so she thought. In a wild moment, she realized that she had found someone who needed a donor, not someone willing to give up an organ. Jo desperately turned to Teddy for assistance, but there was nothing that could be done. Teddy went on to tell the patient’s mother the truth. But he still struggled with the fact that he was gay. “I wish he could have been fully accepted while he was here because it was hard for him. He struggled,” she said. “He used to ask me sometimes ‘Mama, why couldn’t I just be normal?’ And I’m like, ‘Baby, you are normal. Another report conducted by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network found that nearly half of Black/African-American LGBTQ students felt unsafe due to their sexual orientation; over a third felt unsafe because of their gender expression and nearly 40 percent of Black/ African-American students were more likely to experience in-school discipline. Click2Houston reports that Devonte Garrison, 22, was taken into custody and charged with capital murder after deputies said he robbed, shot and killed a man on April, 19. That man, Adrienne Ward, 30, met up with Garrison after they chatted on the app “Tagged.” A tipster told police that Garrison who was on the app under the alias “Arzue” had bragged about the killing saying he “hated homosexuals and that he lured (Ward) to his apartment under the ruse of hooking up,” prosecutors told Click 2. Bunny said Garrison told her he robbed Ward of his cellphone while was inside The victim was robbed of his cellphone before he was shot in the chest by the suspect. Authorities transported him to a hospital where he later died. Please, please, PLEASE be careful on these apps folks!

The 2019 Billboard Music Awards were held last night, and just like every year, the most popular artists took home the night’s top prizes. That’s not a knock against the show — the whole point is awarding the artists who sold the most copies last year. The BBMAs differ from other music awards in that there’s no voting and no panel of judges. It hands out prizes based on digital and streaming sales (and if there’s anyone out there buying physical copies of new music from new artists, we suppose that counts, too). It’s fine, we guess, except it kind of ruins the suspense, as everyone in the room knows the winner long before the presenter opens the envelope. (Also, isn’t selling the most copies already enough of a reward?) Anyway, as is so often the case at these ceremonies Drake was the night’s big winner , taking home 12 trophies to make him the most-awarded artist in BBMA history, with a total of 27 wins. He also delivered the night’s funniest moment, offering a shout-out to Arya Stark for killing the Night King — truly the top achievement of 2019 thus far.
