Big Brother and Scientology are watching Via TMZ reports : Katie Holmes believes Scientology now views her as a threat to the organization and has put a team on her tail … sources close to the actress tell TMZ. We’re told Katie believes in recent weeks — as the discord between her and Tom Cruise grew — Scientology has been following her moves, especially in New York City. This does not appear to be the mind of a paranoid person. People who have photographed Katie multiple times tell TMZ there have been several “mysterious” men and vehicles around Katie’s apartment and following her when she’s out. Specifically … a white Cadillac Escalade and black Mercedes SUV (see above) have been seen near Katie’s NYC apartment for the past week. FYI — there is a publication that has put a tail on Katie, but the people doing that are separate from the people Katie believes have been dispatched from Scientology. It is unclear if the two vehicles that have been constantly spotted near Holmes’ pad are from Scientology or from the publication. If Katie is able to keep the divorce in New York — where courts generally like to award sole legal custody to one parent or the other when there is conflict — proof that she’s being tailed could help her case. We put in a call to Scientology … so far, no word back. Poor Katie, Xenu doesn’t want her to escape.

Please respect their privacy and, more importantly, the privacy of their children,” the actor’s publicist told Entertainment Tonight. “Johnny isn’t handling anything well right now,” a source close to the Pirates of the Caribbean star previously told RadarOnline.com about how he was dealing with the stress of ending their relationship. Johnny and Vanessa had been together for almost 15 years and have two children together, daughter Lily-Rose and son Jack, but they have been living separate lives and have not appeared together in months. The former model walked the red carpet in Paris for her new movie Café de Flore alone back in January and Johnny carried out all of the promotion work for his movie Dark Shadows solo too. However, despite not being spotted together for months, Vanessa and Johnny vehemently denied they had broken up, insisting all was well between them and not to believe “the lies.” A source close to the Oscar nominated actor told RadarOnline.com back at the beginning of the year though that he had been taking careful steps to end the relationship. “Johnny has started reaching out to lawyers, probably to quietly discuss how to get out of the relationship. They’re not married but they’ve been together for years and have kids together so it isn’t as easy as just breaking up,” the source said. Like any Hollyweird relationship, this one ran its course. DMX Wife Tashera Simmons Talks To Essence Magazine About Their Divorce According to Essence For Tashera Simmons, longtime wife of troubled rapper DMX, the very private struggles of her 14-year marriage became public knowledge in the ’90s after his multiple arrests, prison stints and drug problems plagued the news. To add insult to injury, X’s infidelities took center stage as fans learned he’d fathered six children outside their marriage. The woman known as “Mrs. DMX,” mother of four children with the rapper, quickly earned a reputation for being the ultimate “ride or die chick” (some would say “doormat”), after standing by him through what many felt was more nonsense than any one wife should ever take. In 2005, the couple became estranged, and a few years later Simmons stopped staying silent to speak out about the verbal abuse she had endured as she struggled to find her own voice outside of X’s shadow. Most recently their relationship made headlines again when they starred on Vh1’s Couples Rehab this past spring in a final, and many felt desperate, attempt to repair their broken union. The rapper yelled and screamed at his wife repeatedly throughout the show, even confessing that he “never wanted to get married.” By the season finale, Simmons had reached her breaking point, and she shocked both X and viewers who felt she’d “never leave” by telling him she wants a divorce. And, I know X is never going to love anyone the way he loves me, and I feel the same way about him. But [there] just comes a time when you give your all, and you know you gave your all, and it’s just time to move on. When you know [you’ve given] 100 percent, then I would say definitely consider divorce. Marriage wasn’t a joke for me… Regardless of what was going on, I still stayed loyal and faithful to my marriage. That’s why I can move on and feel really good right now because I know I gave my all to this marriage. ESSENCE.COM: What are you looking for in your next relationship? SIMMONS: Definitely someone who’s not so self-centered. I don’t say that in a negative way, but you know, X has a lot of issues. Terrence J., whose real name is Terrence Jenkins, has already gotten his feet wet via a recurring role on the hit “The Game” as “Danté Young,” the younger boyfriend of “Tasha Mack.” The 30-year-old also has a starring role in the Steve Harvey movie, “Think Like a Man.” Diaz, who has hosted the cable show for nearly seven years, has reportedly landed a role in a yet-unnamed film starring actress Lynn Whitfield. The Latin beauty also appeared in “Gang of Roses 2: The Next Generation,” the sequel to the 2003 western action film that starred Bobby Brown, Stacy Dash, and Lisa Ray. Divorce season is truly underway folks… Barry Sanders and his wife are NOT playing nice in their divorce — the couple is butting heads over EVERY conceivable point of contention … including money and custody … TMZ has learned. The NFL legend filed for divorce from his TV anchor wife Lauren Campbell-Sanders back in February … but proceedings hit a rough patch because the two couldn’t agree on how to divvy up their stuff. According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ … Barry and Lauren recently went to a mediator to help work out their issues … but it was a total failure. The docs show the two are still battling over all 5 major issues in any divorce — custody, parenting time, spousal support, child support and property. The judge has now ordered take a 2nd shot at settling their beef before resorting to a full-blown messy, expensive trial. The two were married back in 2000 and have 3 minor children together. Deion Sanders Charged For Trying To Destroy Evidence C’mon now Primetime!!! You should know better! Police sought a second charge against former football star Deion Sanders on Thursday stemming from an altercation with his estranged wife and her friend at the couple’s home in a Dallas suburb last month. Police officials in Prosper, Texas, said they had asked the Collin County District Attorney’s office to consider filing a charge of misdemeanor criminal mischief against the 44-year-old Hall of Famer. Sanders had previously been charged with simple assault in connection with the April 23 incident. “This is a result of our continuing investigation,” Prosper police said in a brief written statement. “At this time, no arrest has been made.” Sanders told police following the incident that his estranged wife, Pilar, and her friend Diana Boswell attacked him in the bedroom of the Prosper mansion that the divorcing couple still shares. Police arrested Pilar, 38, on suspicion of misdemeanor family assault. Further investigation lead to charges of simple assault against Sanders and Boswell. An attorney for Pilar Sanders, Peter Schulte, said the new charge is connected to Sanders’ attempt to destroy a cell phone Boswell was using to record the altercation. “We believe that he destroyed the property of another to conceal the evidence,” Schulte said, adding that the phone’s memory card was recovered and turned over to authorities for further investigation. An attorney for Deion Sanders could not be reached for comment. Both Deion and Pilar Sanders are seeking protective orders that would bar the other from the house as well as custody of the couple’s three children, ages 12, 10 and 8.
