Bardi Cares: Cardi B. Shows Support For Former Strip Club

She recently stood up for her former place of work that is in danger of being shut down permanently. The Bronx bombshell recently took to social media to advocate justice for Love & Lust, a gentleman’s club she used to dance at that has been closed by the city. “Justice for LUST!!! Come on now that’s f - - ked up, never a shoot out, nobody ever got murked. Its like you can’t win for s - - t!!! OPEN THEM LOCKS.” Source: INSTAGRAM @IAMCARDIB / INSTAGRAM @IAMCARDIB Since opening in 2014, owner Imran Jairam claims his venue has been unfairly targeted by local police with summons, raids, fines and more. More recently he alleges the NYPD also came in looking for a bribe. In 2017 Jairam says  Deputy Inspector Emmanuel Gonzalez visited his nightspot looking for free services including round-trip airfare to Puerto Rico and generators for the island post Hurricane Maria. Love & Lust have since filed a $125 million dollar suit against the State of New York. The NYPD Captains Endowment Association president has commented on the allegations directly but only saying the nightspot is “looking to shift focus from their bad conduct.” You can view Imran’s interview with The Breakfast Club detailing the history of issues below. On his Collateral Beauty co-star Will Smith, Latimore dished, “Will is just a complete human being. He just drops so many gems. It’s just dope to be able to text him, hit him up. I told him ‘Man you changing social media [with your IG posts].” If you’re one of few people that don’t watch “The Chi,” get with the program —literally. Samir Hussein/Samir Hussein/WireImage Ed Sheeran Has Gotten Engaged Congratulations are in order for Ed Sheeran , who just revealed that him and longtime girlfriend Cherry Seaborn got engaged right before the new year. He posted the news on Instagram with a sweet picture of him and his now fiance cuddled up and looking happier than ever. The happy couple met one another in school, but only got together in 2015. Cherry is a hockey star and helped England U21’s win the bronze medal at the 2012 European Championships.   Sheeran and his mate spent most of 2016 traveling the world while the superstar took his year off from music. Last year, he said that he’d finally had the chance to fall in love while taking a break from music. He  told Zane Lowe  on Beats 1, “This has been the first time I’ve ever actually had the time to fall in love properly…I’ve always got into relationships very passionately – I’m a redhead and also Irish.” He also said he’s ready to star a family saying, “I’m ready, let’s go – tour bus babies, little fat, chubby babies that just walk around.” Congrats to the newly engaged couple!

The album is different than a lot of the stuff from the rest of the star-studded label, but SiR is already making waves with positive album reviews and a fresh sound hitting fans’ airways. In this interview, he talks to The Breakfast Club all about the new album, and also speaks on what it was like for him working with the legendary Stevie Wonder.

David Darang Releases, ‘On The Road To Black Privilege’ Charlamagne Tha God became a New York Times bestselling author off the release of his critically acclaimed book, Black Privilege . Not only did the Breakfast Club host drop knowledge on paper, he also traveled the United States on a book tour, and filmmaker David Darang stopped by every date in order to capture every moment–out of that, he made this documentary entitled, On The Road To Black Privilege .   Throughout the documentary, fans can watch Charlamagne speak with their peers on issues and concerns that are laid out within the book, and get an exclusive peek at some of the most important conversations he had with fans on tour. Baron Davis Takes On The Breakfast Club The latest guest to visit The Breakfast Club studio is two-time NBA All-Star Baron Davis . He stopped by to discuss his latest endeavor, the Black Santa movement (as evidenced by his sweater). He also gives his thoughts on rookie Lonzo Ball, an he doesn’t necessarily agree with the people who think he’s not performing up to the standards that everyone expected. He says about the new Laker, “[He’s] playing great for a rookie playing for the Lakers with this much attention and pressure. He handles it all well. I think he’s going to be great. It’s just a matter of putting the right pieces [around him]. He’s the type of player – if you put the right pieces around him, potent scorers and people who can actually dominate the game, then he’s the guy who’s going to make all the right decisions.”
