Hills star Audrina Patridge reportedly felt pressure to have plastic surgery so she could have the ‘perfect’ body. The 25-year-old has denied reports she has had her breasts enlarged, but pals say she went under the knife after feeling a lack of confidence. One friend told Us Weekly that the actress “feels she has to be perfect to continue her career in TV and film.” However a pal claims she won’t follow in co-star Heidi Montag’s footsteps and have more surgery. The friend said “She’s confident in her looks. I don’t think she’ll get more surgery.”
