Prince George Arrives to Meet Sister According to the Royal Twitter account (yes, there’s a Royal Twitter account), the fourth in line to the crown was safely delivered at 8:34 a.m. and weighed 8 pounds 3 ounces. Middleton and the child are both in good health. While millions wonder what about the Royal Baby name , William stopped traffic in London a few hours after becoming a father again in order to carry his son into St. Mary’s Hospital. Wearing matching sweaters (or “jumpers,” as the British announcer in this video adorably dubs the attire), William and George waved to reporters before making their way inside to see their tiny loved one. Prior to picking up his first born, William told members of the press that he is “very happy” about his new arrival. This visit from the big brother, meanwhile, is a tradition that Prince William himself participated in as a child. In September 1984, at just two years old, Prince William met his newborn baby brother Harry at the same hospital. It’s love-love for Andy Murray and Kim Sears, who tied the knot Saturday in Scotland. The tennis champ and his girlfriend made it official after 10 years together! The longtime couple married in Dunblane Cathedral in his hometown of Dunblane, Scotland. The duo began dating in 2005 and got engaged in November. Andy Murray, 27, was seen arriving to the church dressed in a formal kilt. He was accompanied by his brother and fellow tennis pro Jamie Murray, also kilted. Murray waved as he entered the 12th Century cathedral. Later, he emerged with his bride, they were showered with well-wishes from guests and fans. The athlete was clearly excited about his much-anticipated big day even before he exchanged his vows, sending out an emoji-filled tweet this morning. This pretty much sums up the wedding experience for a lot of people: Murray and Kim Sears , also 27, did not invite any fellow tennis stars, despite the fact that he’s friends with Novak Djokovic, Rafael Nadal and Roger Federer: “[It will be] everyone who we’re close to, people we’ve spent a lot of time with in the past, but also people we see ourselves spending time with in the future.” “There won’t be any celebrities as such,” Murray said of the event. Murray won the Olympic tennis gold medal, and the U.S. Open, in 2012. He then became the first British man to win Wimbledon in 77 years in 2013. I’ve tried to help out when she has asked, but I haven’t been over-involved,” he told the Telegraph earlier this month. “I did all the food and cake tasting which I really enjoyed, although I didn’t think I was going to. As you’ve likely heard, Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton’s due date is fast approaching, and naturally, the UK press is going mad with anticipation. Apparently, some media outlets have been receiving official royal updates regarding when they should set up shop outside of St. Mary’s Hospital in London. That’s the location where, for the second time in less than two years, Kate is expected to welcome a newborn who will immediately have more titles than the Khaleesi. Possibly sooner than originally expected, too. Apparently, when Kate’s due date was first revealed several weeks ago, it was said to be April 20. Since then, the date has moved up to April 15, which can only mean one thing – the fall of the British Empire is at hand. We, kid! Don’t worry Canada, you’re still in good hands! In all likelihood, everything is going according to plan and a press secretary for the royals decided to play it safe in case the baby comes a few days early (as babies are wont to do). Still, some of the trashier overseas publications are having a field day with this news: Has Kate scheduled a c-section? Has her hyperemesis gravidarum acted up again, forcing doctors to induce labor? Is “hyperemesis gravidarum” hard to spell? The answers to those questions are “maybe,” “no,” and “you try it.” As far as we can tell, everything is going just fine with Kate and the world just needs to relax.
