Linsey Berardi Dies; Bad Girls Club Star Was 22

Linsey “Jade” Berardi, a reality star best known for appear on Season 12 of Bad Girls Club, was found dead today, Oxygen has confirmed. She was 22 years old. “We are deeply saddened by the loss of Linsey ‘Jade’ Berardi,’” the network said in a statement, adding that the circumstances of her passing are unknown. “Our deepest sympathy and heartfelt thoughts go out to her family, friends and fans.” Berardi’s relatives have asked for any donations to be sent to animal shelters, as Linsey was a passionate animal lover and advocate. Berardi (dubbed the “Brooklyn Beat”) departed the Bad Girls Club mansion after the second episode, but her former co-stars still posted messages of mourning online today. “I pray that the news is not true but if it is I send my condolences to Lindsey’s family and friends #BGC12,” Tweeted Loren “Lo” London on Twitter, while Jada Cacchilli added: “However she was taken, I pray it was a peaceful depart. Jeremy Renner and estranged wife Sonni Pacheco were already in the midst of the one of the uglier celebrity splits and custody battles in recent memory. It just got even nastier, too. According to new legal documents filed by the actor, Pacheco tried to extort him by threatening to leak intimate videos. Jeremy Renner and Sonni Pacheco split up in December, and he says she’s threatened him not to renege on his promise to help her get a green card. Renner claims she has admitted repeatedly to marrying him for a green card and financial stability, and is willing to go to extreme lengths to get both. Should he fail to pony up ample child support and do what he can to keep her in the U.S., she supposedly told her roommate, she’ll leak the videos. Of what, it’s not clear, but what’s deniable is that Renner is in the middle of a bitter child custody fight just months after their secret marriage was revealed . Their nearly two-year-old daughter Ava is caught in the middle of Sonni Pacheco’s quest for primary custody and more than $13,000 a month in child support. Jeremy, who has been sharing custody 50-50 since they split up in December, says there have been plenty of cases of bad parenting on her part. The worst? Allegedly, she left Ava home last year for 15 minutes, taking an Uber to a party and not checking to see if someone was home to watch her. Her roommate also filed a declaration stating that Sonni smokes and drinks and stopped breastfeeding because she felt guilty about drinking alcohol . Alberta Watson Dies; 24 Actress Was 60 Years Old

Alberta Watson – a Canadian actress best known for her role in the hit Fox drama 24 – passed away on Saturday at the age of 60. Her family says Watson had been suffering from an undisclosed type of cancer for several years, and she had recently been admitted to hospice care. In addition to her role as Erin Driscoll on 24, Watson appeared in more than 80 films and television series during her nearly 40 years in show business. Despite her illness, she worked steadily up until 2013, most recently starring in the CW series Nikita. Watson reprised the role that she had originated in the original USA Network series, La femme Nikita. Watson appeared in such films as Hedwig and the Angry Inch and The Lookout, but to American TV audiences, she will always be best remembered as the woman who once fired Jack Bauer. ET Canada confirmed the news of Watson’s passing today with a statement from her longtime agent: “Alberta passed away Saturday evening at Kensington Hospice in Toronto. A.J. Pero Dies; Twisted Sister Drummer Was 55

A.J. Pero, the lead drummer for rock band Twisted Sister, was found dead on Friday in Poughkeepsie, New York. He was 55 years old. According to multiple outlets, Pero was found unresponsive on the group’s tour bus and pronounced dead soon afterward at a nearby hospital. It is believed he passed away from a heart attack. “The members of Twisted Sister are profoundly saddened to announce the untimely passing of our brother, AJ Pero,” the group announced on Facebook this afternoon. “The band, crew and most importantly the family of AJ Pero thank you for your thoughts and prayers at this time.” Pero joined Twisted Sister in 1982; departed the band in 1986; and returned in 1997. He played on all but one of the beloved hair metal band’s studio albums. Via statement, singer Dee Snider referred to Pero as “the final piece in a band that would become an international sensation, adding: “His sledgehammer assault on the drums helped drive Twisted Sister and I to greatness, and inspired me to rock every single show.
