Kevin Federline’s brother Chris says he not only had an affair with Britney Spears, but fathered her oldest son Sean, according to a new bombshell tabloid report. Christopher Federline, as reported by the National Enquirer, filed for a restraining order against Britney on December 18 in U.S. District Court in Tampa, Fla. Claiming The X Factor judge stole from, blackmailed and harassed him. Obvi. “She is out-of-control and a maniac,” Chris Federline said in the court docs. Say what now? Well, he explains, or at least tries to … Chris claims Britney recently “went to Kevin’s house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James , and [his] wallet was on Kevin’s coffee table.” Britney, he says, “opened it up and stole [his] Capital One credit card.” C-Fed says Britney racked up $4,500 in charges, and also “laughed at me [and] told me my brother Kevin ruined her life, and made fun of me and told me I have a small penis.” That covers all bases right there. As for the illegitimate he claims he fathered, Chris says he got the pop star pregnant while she was married to K-Fed – and that SHE threatened to expose it. “She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I’m the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin.” “I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know,” he admitted … to a f–king celebrity gossip magazine. Makes perfect sense to us. Yet, when he asked for his card back, she “just laughed” and “threatened to tell Kevin she and Chris had sex while she was married to Kevin … and tell everyone.” It’s unclear how many times they allegedly fornicated while both were married, but Chris says he regrets the affair with Britney and didn’t want it to get out. An insider says, “Chris says the fling was a mistake” and he “always felt bad and kept it to himself because he didn’t want Alisha, his wife at the time, to know.” If the recent Britney split rumors are true, she and Jason Trawick are on the rocks. Maybe she and Chris can patch up their differences … in the sack!
Some major websites went dark briefly Friday in a “moment of silence” for the victims of last week’s shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn. AOL, Yahoo, The Huffington Post, Digg, and more than 100,000 people and sites have pledged to participate in Causes (dot) com’s Web Goes Silent campaign. People and companies across the Internet were also spreading the word by tweeting their intention to go quiet Friday with the hashtag #momentforSandyHook. Silicon Valley venture capitalist Ron Conway promoted the online moment of silence, which is part of a larger campaign for federal gun control legislation . Conway is leading the Causes campaign along with other big names including Ryan Seacrest, Jack Dorsey, Britney Spears, MC Hammer and Suze Orman. Sites that participated in Friday’s moment of silence were invited to do so on their own, or to embed an official badge with a green ribbon on their sites. Sites using the code appeared grayed out, save for a white box reading “We are observing a National Moment of Silence for the victims of the Sandy Hook tragedy.” Conway joined other tech notables and celebrities to demand action for stronger gun control in a full-page ad in the Wednesday New York Times . The ad was run by Mayors Against Illegal Guns, a lobbying group of more than 700 U.S. mayors which began after the Aurora, Colorado, shootings in July. It was seen a surge in new support after Sandy Hook, although at the NRA press conference today, the group called for more armed security at schools. Time for more gun control regulations? YES. The X Factor is gearing up for it’s final shows of the season. Britney Spears, Simon Cowell, Demi Lovato and LA Reid all hit the stage for a press conference last night and they were joined by the remaining finalists to chat about what’s to come. Host Khloe Kardashian and Mario Lopez moderated the event. The judges and contestants answered questions from media as well as fans who had tweeted questions.

A Uniontown man is facing burglary charges after police said he broke into his children’s home and stole several things, including Christmas presents. Police said Amanda Miller came home about 5 p.m. Friday and saw Myron Rose, 33, running from her Cinder Road home carrying a large bag. Channel 11’s Courtney Brennan reported Miller was able to identify Rose because he is her ex-boyfriend and the father of two of her three children. Miller alerted police and officers arrested Rose a few days later. Inside the bag detectives said they found electronics, jewelry and several Christmas presents. “We’ll never get that stuff back,” the children’s great-grandmother said about the Christmas gifts. Police told Brennan that Rose broke into the mobile home by climbing underneath and digging a hole through the floor. “What kind of person would make a hole in the floor and break in a house to steal his own kids’ Christmas presents?” the great-grandmother said. Rose is facing burglary, criminal trespassing, theft by unlawful taking and criminal mischief charges. He remains in jail on $50,000 bond. “When the guys down at the prison find out what he did, they don’t take kindly to people who steal from kids,” the great-grandmother said. And according to celebuzz , L.A. says he has a real job to get back to: Just as Simon Cowell has rebuilt FOX’s The X Factor from the ground up for Season 2, one of his original judges is leaving. “I have decided that I will not return to The X Factor next year,” L.A. Reid told Access Hollywood. “I have to go back and I have a company to run that I’ve kind of neglected and it saddens me a little bit, but only a little bit.” Reid is currently the chairman and CEO of Epic Records. The record executive and music producer is responsible for finding many of today’s most successful stars including Justin Bieber, Mariah Carey, Rihanna and Pink. Reid says that he’s leaving solely for business reasons and that he’s still on very good terms with the show and fellow judge and executive producer, Cowell. “I love Simon,” he said. “We have a great relationship, we have fun together, we talk, we laugh, we do bad things, we’re friends. I owe so much to Simon. I really have a lot [of] respect for him and I always will. I support him, I support the show and I’ll always be in business with him.” Cowell chose to keep Reid on after Season 1, but fired judges Paula Abdul and Nicole Scherzinger along with host Steve Jones.
