We may not know who the man who laid hands on Nicki was or how it all went down, but we know one thing: Nicki ‘s not being honest. According to TMZ , not only does the police report confirm that Nicki did in fact get swung on in Dallas, it also confirms that Scaff Beezy did the swinging. TMZ broke the story … Nicki and Samuels were arguing at a hotel pool in Dallas Monday night and took it upstairs to the room. According to the police report, Nicki followed Samuels up to the room they were sharing, to make sure he didn’t take any of her stuff. Nicki was in the room looking into her suitcase, which had some of Samuels’ belongings, when she says he “grabbed the suitcase and as he was picking it up, he shoved the suitcase across [Nicki’s] chin and lower lip.” The police report goes on: “[Nicki’s] teeth struck the inside of her lower lip, causing the inside of the lower lip to cut and start to bleed.” According to the report, a paramedic arrived on scene, but Nicki decided she didn’t want to press charges so the case was closed. SMH. Sometimes, you’re better off just not saying anything than lying to accuse someone else of making sh*t up. Flip through to check out the police report.

It’s a boy! Former boxing champion Mike Tyson is a dad for the eighth time , RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned. The Hangover star and his wife Lakiha Spicer Tyson welcomed a little boy on Tuesday. It’s Tyson’s first child after the shocking death of his four-year-old daughter Exodus, who died in May, 2009, when her neck accidentally got wrapped in a cord of an exercise machine. “Mike and Lakiha are very happy and everyone is doing great,” a source close to the fighter tells RadarOnline.com. The couple, who married just 10 days after Exodus’ death, have not yet decided on a name for the little one. Tyson, 44, married Lakiha, 32, are already parents to a two-year-old daughter, Milan. The controversial former heavyweight star has six other children: Rayna, Amir, Mikey, Miguel, D’Mato and Milan. RadarOnline.com has learned Lakiha entered a Las Vegas hospital on Monday in preparation for the birth. We broke the story that Mike and Lakiha were expecting their second child and obtained first photos of the couple on a dinner date with friends at the Palms Resort in Las Vegas, last September. Yesterday we heard Lindsay Lohan was crying a river about how one-time is out to get her, with their claims that she was drunk and high while she was fighting in rehab. According to TMZ , LiHo said she felt persecuted by authorities trying to find a way to revoke her probation. TMZ broke the story … the Palm Desert PD tried to strong-arm the L.A. County Probation Department into coming to Betty Ford and arresting Lindsay last month after her scuffle with a BF staffer. We’re told Lindsay feels the PD is trying to torpedo her recovery, telling friends, “They shouldn’t be negatively trying to hurt me when I’m doing the right thing.” And, we’re told, Lindsay is adamant that she never drank or did drugs at Betty Ford. Lindsay is saying she’s “really confident” her probation will not be violated and she won’t be charged with a crime in Palm Desert. But maybe this is Lindsay’s proof right here.
