So much for Brooke Mueller reportedly doing well . A picture has surfaced online that appears to depict Charlie Sheen’s troubled ex-wife in possession of a homemade crack pipe. See it for yourself at TMZ. No word yet from Mueller or her team, but sources say Brooke fled from the scene as quickly as possible once she saw the photographer. Mueller, who is the primary caretaker for the twins she shares with Sheen, has been in and out of rehab 15 times. Less than a month ago, she was found wandering the streets of Hawaii, cash in hand . The Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services, meanwhile, has not visited either Brooke or Charlie at any point in the last six months. Charlie Sheen was shot down this afternoon in his legal bid to gain custody of sons Bob and Max away from strung-out ex-wife Brooke Mueller. A judge ordered their custody pact to remain as is. Everything will stay the same, despite Brooke’s recent issues, so the custody agreement Charlie and Brooke recently agreed on won’t change. Brooke Mueller is believed to have fallen off the wagon in a big way last week, turning up at a pawn shop and then going MIA for several days. Because the media was thrown out of the courtroom , it’s unclear why the judge was not inclined to strip Brooke of custody based on her antics. Amazingly, Brooke and Charlie both showed up in person. The judge wanted the media gone from the room due to sensitive “questions of abuse” in the case, but it’s not clear who accused who of what. Nicolas Cage was arrested early this morning in New Orleans for domestic abuse against his wife, Alice, along with one count of disturbing the peace. In town filming a movie called Medallion , Nic and Alice disagreed over the exact address of an apartment they were renting in the city, police report. Standing in front of a property he believed they were renting, he grabbed her by the arm to pull her to what he believed was the correct address. Police say there were no visible signs of injury on her arm, but just the same, he joined our celebrity mug shot gallery with this hilarious pic. The NOPD went on to say Cage then began to hit parked cars and later attempted to get into a taxi. Cops say Cage eventually got into a cab. A police officer ordered him out … which “prompted Cage to start yelling” and basically daring cops to arrest him … which always goes well. It only got wilder from there. The police came and told Nic and his wife to just go home, however, that’s when the actor allegedly told cops, “Why don’t you just arrest me?” The cops then reiterated that he and his wife should just go home. Cage then repeated his dare to cops, who ultimately decided to oblige. He was charged with domestic abuse and disturbing the peace. Later, it was revealed that Alice is reportedly not a complaining witness and doesn’t want him charged, saying there was no physical contact. Nic was then released on bond … thanks to Duane “Dog” Chapman! Dog and his wife Beth arrived at the scene and sprung him for $11K! Charlie Sheen may have gone to sleep last night in the same bed as his goddesses , but he also did so in a household bereft of his children. That’s because a judge granted Brooke Mueller a restraining order yesterday and the police responded by removing two-year olds Bob and Max from their father’s home. Sheen may not come within 100 feet of them until a hearing on March 22. What warranted this action? What has Sheen be accused of in Mueller’s filing? TMZ has obtained the document , which alleges… Sheen spit on Brooke’s feet and “punched” her in the arm during their Bahamian vacation. Charlie demanded from Brooke the $20,000/month in child support he pays due to his need for “untraceable cash to knock off a few people because the people I hate violently are going to get severely punished.” During a recent confrontation, Sheen referred to he and Brooke’s 2009 domestic violence dispute in Aspen and said; “I should have killed you when I had the chance!” Sheen made it clear to those around him that he “hated Denise Richards” and “was going to have her hair shaved off.” Screamed the actor at one point in the Bahamas last week: “I’m untouchable!
