Caitlyn Jenner Says Kris Mistreated Her During Their Marriage Caitlyn Jenner already shaded the Kardashians by eclipsing Kimmy Cakes’ big baby news with her big reveal. Now, she’s not wasting any time letting everyone know how she really feels about Kris Jenner and coming clean on the mistreatment she dealt with back in her Bruce days as the controlling and calculating momager’s “better half.” Via RadarOnline : Caitlyn Jenner has come out swinging in her first major interview, telling Vanity Fair that ex-wife Kris “mistreated” and “controlled” her throughout their marriage! At the time of the couple’s divorce in 2014, Kris insisted they were parting as friends, but it seems any good feelings between them may have faded. “The first 15 years I felt she needed me more because I was the breadwinner…” Caitlyn told Vanity Fair in her new cover interview. “Then really around the show, when that hit and she was running the whole show and getting credit for it and she had her own money, she didn’t need me as much from that standpoint. … I think in a lot of ways she became less tolerant of me.” “A lot of times she wasn’t very nice,” Caitlyn continued. “People would see how I got mistreated. She controlled the money, all that kind of stuff.” But Kris fired back, “He was married to me and he wasn’t who he wanted to be so he was miserable… All I was doing was working very hard for my family so that we could all have a wonderful future, and he was pissed off.” What”s more, Kris claimed, “At the end of my relationship with Bruce he definitely had a lot of social anxiety. … That was one of the reasons we were in a struggle at the end.” And when Caitlyn went public with her transformation, Kris said she was stunned: “It was like the most passive-aggressive thing I think I ever experienced.” Still, Caitlyn said that any focus on her gender issues as the reason for the split is misguided, and that most of it was Kris’ fault. She insisted, “Twenty percent was gender and 80 percent was the way I was treated.” Sounds like she sharpened her nails a bit before that sit-down with Vanity Fair . As you’ve probably heard, the former Bruce Jenner covers the new issue of Vanity Fair and we got our first look at her sure-to-be-iconic photos today. Within minutes of the her debut, Caitlyn Jenner became an instant media sensation, amassing more than 1 million followers within hours of her first tweet . Of course, those in her inner circle knew Caitlyn had completed her transition long before she shared the news with the rest of the world, and as is to be expected with any major life change, there were some minor bumps in the road. New excerpts from the Vanity Fair article – written by Friday Night Lights scribe Buzz Bissinger – detail some of the more awkward moments of Bruce’s transition, most notably his eagerness to show off his breast implants to his 33-year-old son, Brandon Jenner. “Brandon said he was a little taken aback when he saw Caitlyn for the first time after surgery and she pulled her top up to reveal her new breasts,” Bissinger writes. “‘Whoa, I’m still your son,’ he reminded her.” Sounds like Brandon is capable of laughing about the situation now, but there were other difficult moments that weren’t quite as funny, such as when Caitlyn’s four oldest children informed her that they would not be participating in her upcoming reality series. Caitlyn says she was “terribly disappointed and terribly hurt” by the decision at first, but has since come around. The sight of Ivan Drago informing you that it’s your turn to be broken would be enough to make anyone lose control of their bladder, but apparently on a recent flight, Dolph Lundgren didn’t even have to utter his famous line from Rocky IV in order to open Matthew Pritchard’s floodgates. That’s Pritchard on the right, moments before he got naked and began running up and down the aisles (seriously) during a flight on which Lundgren was also a passenger. Apparently, Pritchard hosts a prank show called Dirty Sanchez (again, seriously) on MTV UK, but his latest antics were not part of the British version of Punk’d, but were instead the result of a good old fashioned booze and Xanax fueled freakout. “I took a Xanax, which is a sedative that knocks you out, to put me to sleep on the flight,” Pritchard tells the Daily Mail. “I didn’t realise you’re not supposed to mix them with alcohol. I had a lot of alcohol and blacked out.” As you can see, the situation deteriorated rapidly: “I started running up and down the flight naked. And proceeded to pee on Dolph Lundgren’s feet,” Pritchard says, adding that the 6’5″ action star was “none too pleased” but eventually shook his hand and told him “not to worry about it.” Wow. We would’ve imagined the situation ending more along the lines of Pritchard being tossed from the emergency exit with a triumphant Lundgren muttering, “If he dies, he dies,” before returning to his seat and coolly falling asleep with a neck pillow and eye mask. And, to their credit, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian and company have all weighed in with the utmost respect and admiration for the woman they are sort of just meeting for the first time. But an unexpected celebrity has now also made his voice heard on Jenner and the significant step she has taken: President Barack Obama. Having only recently joined Twitter, the President used that platform this evening to send a very positive message Caitlyn’s way, writing: “It takes courage to share your story. Your story matters in the fight for LGBT rights.” Having the Commander-in-Chief actually acknowledge a gender transformation in such a way in a major step for the LGBT community. Caitlyn Jenner, meanwhile, is already on Twitter herself. She has well over one million followers already and she opened her account with the following words: I’m so happy after such a long struggle to be living my true self. Welcome to the world Caitlyn.
