Chief Keef will be back in jail in 5,4,3,2,1… Chief Keef Released From Jail Dude is going from jail to picking up horses**t. What an improvement. According to TMZ: Chief Keef’s a free man again … sorta … TMZ has learned he’s been released from jail in Chicago and is supposed to check into rehab in California for his sticky icky problems. As TMZ reported … the 18-year-old rapper had been on probation for speeding … but landed back in court this week after testing positive for maryj on three random drug tests. A Chicago judge ordered Keef to rehab … ’cause he clearly can’t stop smoking loud. But … there’s still the matter of his community service … which he’ll begin serving in Chicago after he finishes his stint at the California facility. Keef’s lawyer tells us… Chief left jail around 2:15 P.M. CST today … and his lawyer tells us he’ll arrive in LA either tomorrow or Sunday. Get your life together Chief. Continue reading →

Ashton Kutcher and Demi Moore have settled their divorce at last, and she will not getting any spousal support from her soon-to-be-ex, which she initially sought. The couple separated back in 2011, but Moore has been trying to get spousal support in the divorce on grounds that Kutcher cheated on her while married.  California is a no fault state, however, which means what it sounds like. It doesn’t matter why a couple splits for purposes of how the finances are divided. The couple basically split what they acquired during their marriage, which began in 2005, and sources say both parties are satisfied with the resolution. Ashton, who just started his gig on Two and a Half Men when they separated, is now the highest-paid actor on TV . Demi does not get half of those earnings. Yes, Ashton really is the highest-paid actor on TV. For 2.5 Men . The actress also felt Ashton was hiding some of his tech businesses/investments from her, which caused some animosity, but all’s well that ends well. Especially when you move on and start dating Mila Kunis .

There’s no question that despite her obvious mental issues, Jenelle thinks well of her body these days, as evidenced by the subtle emphasis on her boobs. In. Every. Single. Pic. Mmm. Nice. The briefest of looks at the Teen Mom 2 star’s Instagram feed shows more cleavage than Kim Kardashian . Okay, maybe not. But she’s trying. Jenelle Evans , who underwent plastic surgery to get her breasts enhanced, is pleased with the results. Heck, she doesn’t even show her face in some selfies: We see, Jenelle! They look good! Again, it’s not like she’s doing something no one else does – narcissism, vanity overuse of social media – especially in today’s self-congratulatory culture. You also can’t blame the oft-troubled star, or anyone, for trying to nail the most flattering angle and/or filter if you’re going to post the image online anyway. Lamar Odom: Desperate to Reconcile with Khloe Kardashian, Willing to Undergo Drug Tests

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom were spotted at a Kanye West concert this week. And a new report says we may soon be seeing the estranged couple back together again in the very near future. Khloe and Lamar are NOT back together, an insider tells Radar Online, but they are “on a path that will likely end up in a reconciliation.” And it’s all because Odom has realized the error of his ways. “Lamar has volunteered to undergo random drug tests anytime that Khloe requests,” this source says. “The drastic maneuver impressed Khloe, but she is still is very concerned that Lamar has refused to go to rehab.” Khloe has been adament for months now: no professional help, no healthy marriage. But Lamar is taking every other step necessary to win his wife back over. He has stopped hanging out with shady friends and he has simply remained… around. “There was a time when Khloe would call Lamar and he wouldn’t call her back for hours, or even days, as he would disappear on drug binges,” says this mole. “Now, whenever Khloe calls him, Lamar almost always answers the phone, and if he doesn’t, he calls her back right away.” Khloe and Lamar: Spotted at Kanye West Tour! Brianne Altice, Utah English Teacher, Accused of Having Sex With Students

Brianne Altice, a 34-year-old English teacher at a reputable Utah high school, has been arrested following allegations that she had sex with at least one student. She faces two felony counts of unlawful sex with a minor after the “victim” tipped off Kaysville, Utah, police about their alleged months-long sexual relationship. Brianne Altice, Teacher, Arrested For Having Sex With Student(s) According to the Deseret News , her alleged partner could accurately describe tattoos on Altice’s body, and confirmed the layout of her South Weber home. Investigators say they had sex there “at least five times” since January 2012. Police said Altice and the student also had sex in a park in Kaysville at least once, and that the tryst began when the boy, now 17, was 15 or 16 years old. All the while, he was a student of Altice’s at Davis High School. Police have not ruled out the possibility of more sexual trysts. Regardless of her legal fate, students at the high school where Altice taught English for about a year were shocked by the allegations against her. “She always wanted to be liked,” Kylee Carroll, a student at Davis High School, said. “I just didn’t think that she would ever do something like this.” Davis School District spokesperson Chris Williams noted widespread concerns that the scandal would damage the reputation of the acclaimed school. “This high school is a great high school. It has a fantastic reputation. So I’m sure there are some teachers out there wondering, ‘What does this do for the reputation?'” Certainly not good things, though the saga has yet to fully play out. Altice, who has taught in the district since 2004, has not been fired … yet. She has been placed on paid administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation. Eff a drug dealin’ thug ! Karma finally caught up to this guy in the form of some costumed clown thugs. Via NY Post reports : Gunmen dressed as clowns have shot dead one of Mexico’s most powerful former drug lords while he was attending a children’s party. Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix, 63, was at the party during family celebrations in Cabo San Lucas, a major tourist resort in the Baja California peninsula of Mexico, AP reports. Gunmen dressed in costumes which included a wig and a round red nose entered the party which was being held in the luxurious Casa Oceano tourist area. Arellano Felix was hit at point blank range “by two bullets, one in the thorax and one in the head,” state special investigations prosecutor Isai Arias told AP. The “clowns” then fled the crime scene and a massive police operation failed to find them. Farncisco Rafael was the oldest of seven Arellano Felix brothers, who once dominated drug trafficking between Mexico and California through their brutal cartel, inspiring characters in the Steven Soderbergh film, “Traffic.” The Tijuana cartel was one of Mexico’s three largest drug outfits, but most of the brothers have been either killed or arrested, leaving rival groups to take over the trade. The cartel made headlines in 2006, when it was discovered they had dug trafficking tunnels from Tijuana through to California. Francisco Rafael Arellano Felix was arrested in 1980 in San Diego, California, for selling drugs and returned to Mexico upon his release on bail. In 1993, he was arrested in Mexico and jailed on drug charges. He was extradited to the United States in 2006 and was sentenced to six years in prison after confessing to selling drugs to an undercover agent. He was released in 2008, winning time off his sentence for good behavior, and repatriated to Mexico, according to his attorney at the time. Police killed another brother, Ramon, in a shootout in 2002. Three other brothers are in US prisons, including Eduardo, who was sentenced to 15 years by a California court in August for money laundering. Security experts believe the cartel is now run by the brothers’ sister Enedina and her son Fernando, known as “The Engineer.” SMH. This isn’t helping clowns much with their already shady reps. The fallout from Sex Club Gate continues to Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner. On Tuesday night, the teenagers were brought to a lounge in West Hollywood that features topless dancers and what it hyped as a “nudity experience.” Scott Disick and Khloe Kardashian acted as their irresponsible chaperones. Controversy has since erupted over the outing because the establishment only allows patrons over 21 years of age. Kylie and Kendall Jenner: Caught Clubbing! Did the girls use a fake ID? Did the bouncers let Kylie and Kendall in due to their fame? How the young women gained entrance is one major question that has resulted from the night out. And here’s another: Did they drink while inside? According to TMZ sources, The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control is very focused on this issue, as the organization looks to send a message to underage imbibers everywhere. The Department has asked for surveillance footage from the nightclub and hope it will determine whether the Jenners used a fake ID at the door. The establishment is cooperating with these authorities and if Kylie and Kendall do get busted having used phony identification to enter the club… let’s face it. Nothing at all will happen to them.

Old Heads: 72-Year-Old Hunter Missing For 18 Days In California Forest Found Alive After Surviving Off Lizards, Squirrels And Berries!!!

Via NYDaily News reports : A 72-year-old hunter missing in a northern California forest for 18 days has been found alive after surviving off lizards, squirrels and berries. Avid hunter Gene Penaflor of San Francisco was emotionally reunited with family Saturday after his annual hunting trip with a friend turned into a grueling flight between life and death. After splitting up to hunt deer in the Mendocino National Forest on Sept. 24, Penaflor tells police he fell and hit his head in a canyon and didn’t come to until hours later. When he did, thick fog had set in around him and he immediately became lost and disoriented. As search crews spread out across the region for him, though taking a break when rough weather blew in, Penaflor mobilized himself near a spring and did whatever he could to survive. In addition to eating lizards, squirrels and berries, he says he ate at least one snake and algae he knew to be safe. He did see plenty of deer, he told police, but he felt too weak to hunt them. To combat the cold nights, some which dipped into the low 20s, the 72-year-old built a fire and burrowed into a log for shelter while additionally coating himself with leaves. “He said he never lost hope and never panicked because he said the moment that you panic is the moment that it’s over,” his son, Jeremy Penaflor, told NBC Bay Area. Relief finally came Saturday when a group of hunters heard his cries for help at the bottom of the canyon, some three miles from where he was last seen. It took rescue units several hours to reach him, NBC reports, but by then the hunters had assembled a makeshift stretcher for him using their coats and poles. He was then carried toward the top where a helicopter was able to safely lift him to safety. Penaflor was treated at Ukaiah Valley Medical Center before his release in good health. He reflected to his son that throughout his near three-week endeavor — while faced with starvation and freezing temperatures — he learned a tremendous amount about himself. It looks like Kris Jenner isn’t the only parents pushing for a Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom divorce . In an explosive, rambling, revealing interview with Radar Online, Lamar Odom’s father, Joe, positively tears into the Kardashians, blaming the family for his son’s recent woes and making it clear: He wants Lamar to get as far away from Khloe, Kourtney and Kim Kardashian as possible. Lamar Odom Drug Use: Who’s to Blame? “They brought him down,” says the former post office worker. “He would be better off without them… I think the best thing for him would be to have a clean break, divorce Khloe and as a single man try and get his life back together.” Joe believes Kris has been misleading the public about Odom’s alleged drug use. “The mother has been talking a lot of trash about my son, saying he’s on drugs and stuff like that. She’s got something against my son, something against my family. Kris Jenner is very negative. She’s an evil b-tch. She doesn’t care about Lamar, she just cares about their image and money.” Speaking from his home in Marina Del Rey, California, Joe said Odom never did hard drugs in the past (NOTE: he has been suspended twice under the NBA anti-drug policy) and says the Kardashians have been a bad “influence” on Lamar. “They don’t give a f-ck about my son. It’s more about the damage they do to the Kardashian brand. They brought him down. He’d be better off without them.” Most signs do indicate that Odom and Kardashian will split, but a new report says Khloe is waiting until her reality show is finishing filming before making any final decisions. Joe also slammed the Kim Kardashian sex tape (“We don’t want porno stars in our family.”) and believes Odom would still be a “top player” in the NBA if not for marrying Khloe. “The reality show was a curse because it put too much of his business in the limelight. That show messed him up because to me his basketball should come first. It took a lot out of him to perform for his job and in that show… I think he was taking sleeping pills and it slows you down to perform, especially in basketball.” Joe himself was an addict for many years and his advice comes from a place of pain and knowledge, he says. “I love my son dearly, but my advice to him would be: Leave the drugs alone. If he is abusing drugs, he’s got to stay straight and get his life together. Go into rehab. If it is crack he is taking, he’s got to get help.”

Report: Ray J Restrained from "Disrespectful" Cops at Whitney Houston Death Scene

According to a new report, Ray J absolutely lost it the day Whitney Houston died of a drug overdose. Because he was distraught over the passing of his girlfriend at the time? Of course. But also because he allegedly overheard at least one police officer make disparaging remarks about the late singer. TMZ sources confirm that Ray J was standing outside the room when he heard laughter and some kind of rude comment, a story that jibes with someone else close to Houston complaining that an emergency responder was “talking trash” about her inside the suite. Ray J tried to go after the inappropriate individual and tried to go after him on more than one occasion. But he was restrained and removed from the vicinity. TMZ also reports that a Beverly Hills cop filed a complaint with the California Labor Department, alleging that his sergeant pulled the sheet off of Whitney’s corpse and remarked: “Damn, she’s still looking good, huh?” Officer Accused of Disparaging Whitney Houston Corpse Other law enforcement officials deny this comment, or anything close to it, was made. Ray J has not yet commented on the allegations, likely because he’s penning another single about the Kim Kardashian sex tape .
