While avoiding questions about his album, though, Kanye has still been making his rounds with his gospel unit and performing his weekly “Sunday Service” worship series around the globe–He’s hit Atlanta , Wyoming, Detroit , New York, and most recently, Jamaica. Many fans are still confused about what his Sunday Service actually is, comparing it to some weird cult. Plus, the fact that Ye just purchased an entire city in Wyoming doesn’t help his case. Everything surrounding Kanye has been questionable since he sported the red MAGA hat , then wore it again in the presence of the weirdo in office, referring to him as a father figure all while his biological father is 100% alive and well. Even so, it seems like his Trump supporter antics Kanye have’t helped him very much in the legal department. While his wife Kim Kardashian is getting prisoners freed left and right, the US Trademark Office is handing Kanye a very fat “L”. TMZ Reports that Kanye West can’t own the term for his merchandise and other purposes because someone else already owns it. Ye applied for exclusive ownership of the mark, “Sunday Service,” to slap it on clothing, dresses, footwear, headwear, jackets, loungewear, scarves, shirts, socks and tops. But, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office shut him down because, basically … someone’s already working that corner!!! Kanye started selling “Sunday Service” branded merchandise in April, during his Coachella weekend two Sunday Service debut performance, but applied for the trademark later on in July. Makes you wonder if the current owner got smart and applied for that trademark right after Coachella to seize the moment. Yeezy can still fight to appeal the decision, but he probably won’t come out victorious. Whoever dropped the ball on this is probably enduring the coldest Kanye rant of all time as we speak. Joseline began lobbing low blows at the wife of Dr. Eugene Harris after they disagreed on whether motherhood was a job or not, criticizing everything from her reported tax liens to the way she was dressed. Bush-Harris said she was caught off guard by the Puerto Rican Princess during a scene at Buffie Purselle’s party. But she said she’s not surprised that she came out swinging and questioned if she’d googled her before their encounter. “I think that right now she’s finding herself in a place where she’s losing her relevance on television,” Bush-Harris told BOSSIP. “She has a lot of social media followers, but when it comes to television, she hasn’t seen herself in a while. T think she saw it as an opportunity to get back on a network.” The married mom of two’s journey this season hasn’t been an easy one, and she’s struggled with the fallout from a miscarriage and paying back a six-figure tax bill. Bush-Harris said she’ tried to use her reality show fame to create teachable moments for viewers and fans, and hopes that she helped others by being so candid. “We’re not perfect and we made mistakes,” Bush-Harris said. “It’s not something that everybody comes back from. Sometimes you get so bogged down that you can’t come back up…But we’re in a better place.”
Clearly, Jill Duggar Dillard has had better weeks. First, she shared a photo of a baby casket , totally out of the blue, and got some pretty intense backlash from some upset fans. Now, she was just trying to run some simple errands when she got injured. And yes, there's video. Take a look below: “So, this happened today,” Jill Duggar's video, shared to her Instagram Stories, begins. “Love Sam's food, but … ” she writes in the captions. “Ouch, ya'll,” Jill declares, explaining: “I rammed my shin into that bar on the cart.” If you're not familiar with what she means, don't worry, both a snap below and the video itself illustrate what she means. “WHY does it stick out so far?” she laments. The captions on screen continue along with the video. “Was so trying to act like I wasn't limping while I wanted to cry,” Jill confesses. “I think it hurts worse the older you get,” she assesses. Jill continues: “I think my mom used to say that, lol.” We trust that she'll understand if we're not amused by anything that Michelle Duggar might say about children experiencing pain. “And,” she adds in a fainter note. “I need to shave lol.” “This video doesn't do it justice,” Jill admits. “Hurts so bad,” she expresses. Jill describes her injury: “And has a raised bump and turned blue/green right away.” Just because it's not visible on camera doesn't mean that it doesn't hurt. Speaking to the camera during the video, Jill admits that she hasn't been to Sam's in a while. She finds the carts “super tall,” which is pretty standard for a short person to say. But the bar underneath is what hit her shins. Gotta be honest, I've had this happen to me before, if not recently, and it is every bit as agonizing as Jill suggests. When a metal bar strikes your shin, it is almost directly hitting your bone. So what is the solution to this? Most shoppers simply have to adapt and learn that it is there as a hazard. But it sounds like Jill is hoping that maybe Sam's will change their carts. One solution would be to raise the bar just a few inches, which would vastly lower the odds of shin-strikes like the one that she experienced. By raising that bar, the person's legs would have to be that much closer to the cart in order to hit it. Injuries would go way down. It would also decrease the potential volume of the cart in terms of carrying groceries. A few inches can go a long way. Jill may of course face criticism for shopping at a chain notorious for union-busting and for allegedly being anti-worker. (Confession: though I've never been in a Sam's Club, I do order their toilet paper in bulk because it's the best! I apologize for my own weakness) But hopefully critics will considering Jill's injury to be, like, karma or at least a mitigating factor. Remember that not all communities have shopping options, and some entire towns rely upon Wal-Mart and Sam's for most of their shopping.

According to Page Six , Joe Crack is developing a comedy pilot titled Mi Nuevo Barrio . Reportedly, the show is about “a streetwise Puerto Rican auto mechanic from the South Bronx who moves his Dominican wife, son and mother-in-law to an upscale New Jersey suburb after coming into a large sum of money and discovers that fitting in isn’t as easy as it looks.” Well, we’re sold. If all goes to plan, Joe would play the lead and also serve as executive producer. Things got very ugly on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation last night. And, incredibly, none of the drama centered around Jen Harley and Ronnie Ortiz-Magro. Instead, viewers tuned in to see the fallout from last week’s interactions between Zack Clayton Carpinello, Jenni “JWoww” Farley and Angelina Pivarnick. In real time, of course, Farley dumped Carpinello after she watched the previous episode and witnessed how he flirted up a storm with Angelina (while JWoww was passed out at a club). But these installments were filmed months ago — meaning Thursday night gave us a glimpse at at the complete $hitstorm that broke out the day after Zack, Jenni and Angelina got wasted during an evening out… … and Zack totally groped a stunned Angelina on the dance floor. The following morning, Jenni woke up — still in her dress and still drunk. As Zack quietly tried to get her ready for the airport, Vinny talked to Angelina in the living room. “The weirdest thing is I saw you guys dancing at Drai’s, and he grabbed you,” he said, adding that he witnessed Zack “touching your ass.” YES! Thank you! Angelina was ecstatic to hear this. “You saw it! You saw it! I saw your face! Oh, thank God. Thank God! I wasn’t dreaming,” she exclaimed, claiming that Zack told her after the club that he would be calling her to say hi. She thought the entire situation was really odd and felt 24 just got “too comfortable, too quick.” “Even though I don’t like Angelina, I actually agree with her right now, that that was kind of shady situation,” Vin said in a later confessional. “I know that Jenni is looking through Zack-colored lenses right now, but if Jenni finds out about this whole thing, she’s gonna flip out.” Cut to everyone heading home and a text thread getting underway about what the heck happened between Zack and Angelina. “We were in a group chat talking about the night Jenni was drunk in Vegas with 24,” Vinny told the camera. “I made a comment like, ‘Yeah, and how about when Zack was dancing with Angelina?’ Angelina says that Zack was grabbing her, she doesn’t like 24, she’s saying his intentions aren’t good, and that really pissed off Jenni.” From there, the episode delved into a lot of he-said/she-said territory, as a now-sober JWoww tried to piece together what transpired. During a FaceTime call with Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi to fill her in, she relayed her boyfriend’s side of the scandalous story. “Angelina’s trying to turn it into something like he grabbed her. She f-cking kissed him!” Jenni shouted into the phone. Elsewhere, Angelina was busy keeping her fiancé, Chris, in the loop. “[Nicole] is texting me saying, ‘What happened in Vegas? Did you make it a big deal that he was dancing with you?'” she read from her phone. “How f-cking dare her?!” Back to Vinny: “Any time you’re on Jenni’s bad side, you’re also on Nicole’s bad side,” he explained. “So Nicole starts to text Angelina like as Jenni’s little attack chihuahua and was like, ‘What are you saying about Zack?’ So now it’s an all-out war. Jenni’s now saying that Angelina tried to kiss Zack, Angelina’s mad that everyone’s teaming up on her, that this is gonna ruin her engagement. “And we’re all about to get together for Deena [Cortese]’s baby’s baptism in just a couple days.” Angelina then cried on Deena’s shoulder at the latter’s house, insisting that she was the one wronged here. “But what did Zack do? He just moved you out of the way?” Deena asked. Angelina said it was an intentional and “inappropriate” grab that was causing major strain on her engagement and life in general. “I’m stressed out. I lost so much weight over all this. This can break up my engagement, you know? Just her saying that? My fiancé thinks that this actually happened, and this is why I’m upset,” she said, wiping away tears. Jenni. for her part, was having trouble of her own… simply because she couldn’t remember anything about the night in question. “I just don’t like being that person that’s like, ‘I don’t remember any of it.’ But I’m glad that I was that level because, if I would’ve saw that, her kissing him, and I was in a state of mind…” she said, imagining laying the smackdown on Angelina. After Vinny tried to explain that Zack had acted inappropriate, Jenni blew him off and said that Carpinello claimed that Angelina kissed him . “I’m sorry, but like, there’s nothing for me to be mad at,” she later told the camera, adding: “Unless Zack like physically cheated on me, not my problem! If he kissed her, that would be a huge problem, but he didn’t! Supposedly, she did. “I don’t trust Angelina. I truly believe Zack. He’s just not capable of lying. There’s nothing for him to gain out of that.” When Deena got together with Jenni and Nicole later that night, she explained that Angelina had come over and cried to her about the situation. “‘Cause she’s guilty!” Jenni yelled. “I would cry, too, if I was like, ‘Damn, I got f-cked up and I kissed someone.’ Zack was like, ‘I have nothing to hide. I would never disrespect you.’ He hasn’t even flinched over it.” ( Editor’s Note : Zack has since owned up to his actions .) At the after-party for Deena’s son’s baptism, Angelina and JWoww were seated at different tables and managed to avoid each other. But Snooki approached Angelina and said: “Don’t be mad at me. I didn’t do anything.” Angelina replied” “Aw, that’s cute, Nicole.” “I texted you to let you know what happened because I black out sometimes,” Snooki explained. “I f-ck up sometimes and I get drunk, and I’m like, ‘What the f-ck did I do?’ That’s why I texted you, to be like, ‘Girl, you were drunk. For some reason, men have come up with a number of unpleasant euphemisms for their wives over the years. Old ball and chain . Old battle-axe . Most don't say these things within earshot of their wives. But this week, a Wheel of Fortune contestant did that and more on television, announcing that he was trapped in a loveless marriage. Blair Davis owns a small trucking business in San Diego. While some Wheel of Fortune contestants may hope to get a boost to sales by appearing on TV, Blair drew attention for another reason. And no, it was not his incredibly distinctive beard. His comments about his wife, children, and grandchild raised eyebrows. Some viewers were shocked while others were rolling around on the floor in stitches. “I've been trapped in a loveless marriage for the past twelve years,” Blair states matter-of-factly. He continues, saying that he has been married “to an old battle-axe named Kim.” “She cursed my life with three stepchildren,” Blair accuses. “Named Star, RJ, and Ryan.” “And,” he concludes. “I have one rotten grandson.” At this, Blair nearly breaks character as he smiles. The audience laughs, some amused and in on the joke, the others nervously, though the smile helped give it away. Host Pat Sajak makes the best of it, yelling “Yayyy!” He then acknowledges: “I know you're being facetious.” Busted, Blair fully smiles and acknowledges that. “I love them like nobody's business,” he says. Some folks on Twitter took the man's jokes a little too seriously. “Most likely will be either sleep on the couch or in the guest bed,” predicted one tweet. Another wrote: “Game shows need more brutal honesty.” “Well all I can say is…'Pat handled that very well'…” another added, referring to the initial awkward tension. “So was he serious or what?” another tweet straight-up asked. “I think he meant sexless? He looks drier than hell,” accused one tweet. One of the Twitter denizens who saw that took the opportunity to strongly disagree. “Most truckers are hornier than rabbits in an eat patch and can usually deliver,” a reply reads. That same tweet continued: “My late one really could deliver the goods. Don't be deceived by the packaging.” Well that's more than we needed to know. Will any of us ever look at truckers the same way again? “This could be us,” one young man tweeted in response to the video, tagging a young woman. She saw the tweet and the source material, and replied with her own jab. She wrote to him: “Get to growin that beard then.” Be careful when you make jokes like that. Some guys will take it seriously and then get too into it. Imagine getting trapped with a beard like that because of an offhand joke. Others just enjoyed the bit for what it was. “He said what we always wanted someone to say. Fantastic,” applauded one. Another simply commented: “This was hilarious.” Of course, then a truther with a profile photo from James Cameron's Avatar of all things piped up. “He wasn't joking at first,” the tweet asserted. “It was just spun off as being such.” We have a sneaking suspicion that he was joking the whole entire time. What a cute moment.
