The outlet is reporting that Sam believes that Emani’s biological mother is unable to care for the child. In Sam’s eyes, she’s assisted for the care of of Emani throughout her life and wants to “ensure the continued stability” for her and “ensure that she will be able to maintain her current and ongoing relationship” with her late father’s family. A judge has yet to rule on the guardianship petition. Hussle was tragically murdered on March 31 in front of his Marathon Clothing store. He was laid to rest in a private ceremony on April 12th, one day after a public memorial service at Staples Center. 90 Day Fiance thrives on drama, which is why Ashley Martson and Jay Smith's divorce is impossible to ignore. Fans may not be surprised to hear that Jay cheated yet again, but that doesn't make it any less hurtful. Ashley has hinted that there's much more to this story than fans know, promising that America will be shocked when they learn what happened. But cheating was definitely part of it, and she even mentions it in her divorce filing. What's more, Ashley has called out Jay's alleged mistress on social media. That's not to say that she's just seething about Jay's betrayal. In fact, Ashley is already moving on with a brand new man. 1. It is SO over! Ashley Martson and Jay Smith have split, are divorcing, and likely won’t even be in the same country for much longer. 2. The story of Ashley and Jay starts off so sweetly Ashley was in Jamaica for a friend’s wedding when she spotted Jay in a nightclub. 3. The thirst was instant and real She recalls seeing him there, dancing, towering over others. Being a hot number herself, the two clicked pretty quickly, and ended up deciding to marry. 4. They even held a wedding ceremony in Jamaica The ceremony was non-binding, and was for the benefit of Jay’s family who wouldn’t be able to attend their wedding in the U.S. 5. Even before the wedding … Ashley was warned that Jay may have cheated on her — possibly with two or more women. Ashley dismissed it at the time. She loved Jay, and she figured that she could overlook it if he cheated while he was in Jamaica. Surely, when he came to America and they were together, he’d no longer feel the need to stray, right? 6. They married in Vegas Unfortunately, Jay for some reason downloaded Tinder, an app for dating and hookups and not much else, and started chatting up girls on it. View Slideshow
Well, it looks like we’re about to enter the summer of peace, love, and tumultuous investor relations. Yes, times have certainly changed since 1969, and if you’re in need of a grim reminder of just how much more profit-driven our society has become, look no further than the cancelation of Woodstock 50. To be clear, we’re not bemoaning the loss of the three-day concert that was scheduled to take place in Upstate New York in August. No, despite the big names attached to the festival, Woodstock 50 was considered something of a bust from the beginning. Many felt that organizers tried too hard to attract multiple generations and wound up with a lineup that satisfied no one. And just about everyone felt that the $450 price of admission was outlandish. Still, while the end result almost certainly would have been a colossal mess — perhaps on par with earlier attempts to recreate the original Woodstock — fans and insiders alike are stunned by the decision to cancel the concert. After all, Woodstock remains an iconic brand, and there will never be another opportunity to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the legendary gathering at Max Yasgur’s farm. So what happened? Well, not surprisingly, the debacle is drawing comparisons to the Fyre Festival , the event that drew thousands to the Bahamas for a concert that never happened. Fyre turned out to be an elaborate con that spawned multiple documentaries and resulted in jail time for promoter Billy McFarland. But despite the comparisons in the press — and the many, many memes drawing parallels between the two situations — sources insist that unlike Fyre Fest, Woodstock 50 was no con. The big name acts — ranging from Jay Z to Carlos Santana — were booked and ready to perform. But as with Fyre, the production showed signs of trouble early on, as organizers missed important deadlines with regard to permits, infrastructure, and financing. Of particular concern were the delays regarding sanitation and concessions. At one point, organizers expected a turnout of over 100,000 — and the inability to provide clean bathrooms and sufficient food and water for all those concert-goers would have resulted in a nightmare scenario. As the official Woodstock Twitter account continued to deny that the festival had been canceled, on Monday Amplifi Live — one of several companies involved with organizing the event — issued the following statement: “It’s a dream for agencies to work with iconic brands and to be associated with meaningful movements. “We have a strong history of producing experiences that bring people together around common interests and causes which is why we chose to be a part of the Woodstock 50th Anniversary Festival. “But despite our tremendous investment of time, effort and commitment, we don’t believe the production of the festival can be executed as an event worthy of the Woodstock Brand name while also ensuring the health and safety of the artists, partners and attendees.” One of the most surprising things about the cancelation is the apparent lack of disappointment among fans and performers. Looks like Fyre Fest taught everyone that it’s better to have no concert at all than an organizational nightmare.
Farrah Abraham doesn’t mind getting bent over and simply railed by some guy in front of a camera. It’s how the former Teen Mom star has made her living in the past. But Abraham opens up in a new interview about something she does mind, something that does bother her on a near-daily basis and something she wishes she could change: How frequently she must be away from her daughter, Sophia. “The biggest challenge of being a single mom right now is doing all of these companies and projects … and balancing being there a lot for my daughter,” Abraham explained to Us Weekly at a skincare launch event a couple days ago. She added, in a bit more detail: “Throughout the year, I’m probably gone, like, two months out of the year away from her, if not more. “Even though we’re always together it seems, I still wish I could spend more time with her, and I think quality time is good right now.” This is a fair and understandable complaint from Farrah’s point of view. It’s unclear exactly what she does for work these days, but Abraham still somehow gets invited to random openings and premiere events where she’s paid to stand on a red carpet — which does mean flying around the country without her 10-year old child. Critics, however, might say this is a net positive for young Sophia. Farrah has never come across as the best role model or parent for the little girl, sometimes posing naked right in front of her and pretty much always exploiting Sophia on social media in some way, shape or form. Yes, a daughter needs her mother. But only if she’s a responsible mother, right? While she’s away, Abraham says her daughter stays with her grandparents, a situation for which Farrah is grateful. “There are many issues with babysitters and privacy, so before it takes off, I’d rather have her with family,” she told Us Weekly in this chat. The MTV personality (she’s gone from Teen Mom, but still appears on Ex on the Beach) welcomed Sophia in 2009, conceiving her with then-boyfriend, Derek Underwood… died in a car crash before his daughter was born. “She is really focused on finishing up her school work right now, so I am very excited and proud of her,” Abraham offered as an update on the 10-year old, adding: “She’s been cooking. She has been doing little scripted stuff in between her activities.” Wait… what? She’s been doing scripted stuff ?!? Yes, Farrah says, although she doesn’t supply many details beyond the above description. The single mother simply says her child is going to be “a much bigger star” than she is. We REALLY hope she means as a non-adult movie actress. Sorry. We hate to even go there with this subject. It’s just Farrah Abraham, you know? You can never be exactly sure what she has in mind — or what the heck she’s talking about . View Slideshow: Farrah Abraham to Teen Mom: I’m Here if Y’all Need Me! Just Give Me a Call! [Crickets]
Source: WOLFRAM KASTL / Getty Woman Creates ‘Not Reaching’ Pouch For Black People Who Get Pulled Over By Police Unfortunately, we live in a time where you have to be extra careful living your daily life as a person of color — specifically a Black person. Pennsylvania mom Jackie Carter is on a mission to save Black lives by any means necessary, so she created the “Not Reaching” pouch; a small, clear identification pouch that can be attached to the driver’s side air vent of the vehicle. Woman Develops 'Not Reaching' Pouch to Save Black Lives During Traffic Stops. #PhilandoCastile https://t.co/a73CUJPOyu — Shomari Stone (@shomaristone) April 30, 2019 Three years ago when she first thought of the protective pouch, Carter was at home in Pennsylvania celebrating her son’s 30th birthday when she heard the news that 32-year-old Philando Castile, had been shot and killed by a police officer. She says she thought to herself that someone “has got to come up with a solution”, so she created the pouch, hoping would keep young men from reaching around their cars while looking for license and registration documents and setting off potentially dangerous interactions with the police. Carter told NBC News : “I’m more fearful [for my son] in a car here than [when he’s serving] in Afghanistan.” Meanwhile, a Washington, DC police officer noted: “Anything that you can’t see throws you into that red flag or heightened mode. But it should never lead you to just assume that they’re trying to kill you.” The pouch has sold more than 1,000 units since it launched three years ago, and Carter says she has given the product away to many drivers in her community. If we don’t look out for each other, than no one will. Thanks, Ms. Carter.
The ugliness is over. And the celebration can now begin for Shannon Beador. Back on April 24, Shannon and ex-husband David agreed to terms on their divorce settlement, putting to an end one of the more vicious break-ups in recent memory. At the time, however, the details of this settlment were kept private, with fans asking the expected question of who came out on top, financially speaking. We now appear to have an answer. According to court documents obtained by The Blast, David has agreed to pay Shannon $1.4 million “to equalize the division of community property as set forth herein.” The former couple will also share joint legal and physical custody of their three daughters — and they both agreed not to move outside Orange County with the kids. Moreover, David pay Shannon $2,935 per month in child support, plus $7,065 for spousal support … for a total $10,000 a month. This is a huge figure, but it’s actually a drastic reduction from $22,000 she was being paid on temporary basis over the past few months. Reads the divorce judgment: “The parties shall communicate with one another to ensure the children are appropriately cared for at all times. “The parties shall cooperate to promote healthy parent-child relationships between each party and each of the children, and neither party shall make derogatory remarks about the other in the presence of the children.” The kids in question are 17-year old Sophie and 14-year-old twins Stella and Adeline. The reality stars split in September of 2017 after over 17 years of marriage and then Shannon filed to end their relationship in December of 2017. The romance was rocky even before it ended, with Season 10 of The Real Housewives of Orange County focusing on David’s admitted infidelity. The couple tried to repair its marriage on air through therapy and open dialogue with their family — but to no avail in the end. “The truth about the state of my marriage is that it’s not good,” Shannon said on an episode of this Bravo reality show, adding at the time: “I just want to know how David feels because living in this limbo, it’s kind of a form of torture. I just want to know.” Eventually, Shannon got what she asked for — but this information came in the form of David accusing his estranged wife of being a drunk . In March, Shannon won joint legal and physical custody of her daughters, along $22,500 per month for child and spousal support After having referred to David as both “disgusting” and a “nickel and dimer” in previous statements, Shannon may not be thrilled with this figure being slashed by more than half in the final settlement. But at least she’s now free from the constraints of her marriage. The settlement prevents the exes from having to go through with a scheduled trial and avoids Shannon from having David’s allegations made even more public, considering he said in the past that her drinking and her “behavior” were “detrimental to the children.” He also said on many occasions that she had gotten really fat. Among the things Shannon will maintain in the divorce: She will keep a 2015 Cadillac Escalade; a leased 2018 BMW7 Series sedan; her bank accounts; and household furniture and furnishings currently in her possession. David will keep a property near Corona, California; the Beador Construction Company; a 1998 Ford Expedition; a 2008 Ford Explorer; a 2011 Land Rover Range Rover SC; a 2017 BMW X3; a 2018 Ford Raptor Truck; a leased 2018 Porsche Carrera Turbo Cabriolet; a 2019 Mercedes-Benz G-Class SUV; and household furniture and furnishings presently in his possession. As stated above, The Blast was the website that obtained these documents and broke this news. You can read more about who receives what in the Beador divorce HERE . Itulah sumber masalah Chelsea. Continue reading →

This was an agonizing decision, one that our family made, over a number of days, with the careful counsel of John’s doctors,” they said in a statement. Singleton “quietly struggled with hypertensions. More than 40% of African-American men and women have high blood pressure, which also develops earlier in life and is usually more severe.” ***Update*** According to FOX 4 , legendary director John Singleton has died. He was 51. However, TMZ has a conflicting report that Singleton is still alive and on life support. According to Michael Blackmon, reporter at BuzzFeedNews, Singleton’s publicist reached out to him to deny death reports. I just got an email from John Singleton's publicist about that one report saying he died early Monday morning. She said: “John is still in life support. That reporting is inaccurate.” — Michael Blackmon (@blackmon) April 29, 2019 FOX4KC.com claims that Singleton’s family informed FOX4 film critic Shawn Edwards, Monday morning, that Singleton has died. The Boys N Tha Hood director suffered a fatal stroke two weeks ago and was in a medically coma until reports surfaced that he has passed. Singleton’s family is divided over his estate, TMZ reports. Singleton’s mother Sheila Ward is the conservator over his estate, however his daughter Cleopatra filed a motion in an attempt to gain control over his estate. But the battle isn’t limited to both Singleton’s mother and daughter, his girlfriend is also trying to gain control over his estate. Conflicting reports about Singleton’s death circulated last week after his daughter reportedly claimed his health was improving in an attempt to gain control out of fear Ward will “fleece” the estate and isolate the children out of their father’s $35 million fortune. Singleton was the first Black director to be nominated for an Academy Award for his prolific film Boyz n the Hood.
