However, it does make you want to pull out your 5th-grade science board for a good ol’ fashion “hypothesis, procedure, conclusion” experiment. The challenge in question has participants throwing their Vans on the ground to find out if they’ll land upright. It even comes in a cartridge like printing ink. The 3D printer plays the role of chef by working rigorously to prepare the meat in under 10 minutes. It’s printed with the same texture and appearance of traditional beef steak. After a little bit of cooking on the skillet and a hint of oregano, the steak is ready for eating. This is a 3D-printed vegan steak. It takes about 10 minutes to print, two minutes to cook, and its inventor hopes the steak can take the place of beef steak because the vegan version is better for the environment. Young Dolph Liberated Of $500K In Jewelry While Eating At Cracker Barrel

Rapper Young Dolph found himself short of nearly $500,000 in jewelry and luxury items that was taken from his SUV while he sat and ate in a Cracker Barrel. Yeah, you can’t make this up. WSBTV reports that Dolph was eating at a Cracker Barrel on Senoia Road in Fairburn, Georgia early Wednesday when he got gaffled, per the Fairburn police. Surveillance video showed the thieves essentially casing Dolph’s Mercedes Benz SUV a couple of times before breaking in and taking numerous, pricey items. Dolph told the cops that the following was taken: Diamond chain valued at approximately $27,000 Another chain valued at approximately $57,000 Richard Mille watch valued at approximately $230,000 Patek Philippe watch valued at approximately $85,000 Cartier sunglasses valued at $24,000 Cartier sunglasses valued at $700 Glock firearm Pirelli backpack valued at approximately $300 Apple Macbook valued at $3,000 Apple Ipad valued at $500 Apple Airpods valued at $200 Dolph also claimed that it would cost about $700 to fix the SUV’s broken window. Also worth noting, the cops may be thinking Dolph is pulling the jig. Assistant Police Chief Anthony Bazydlo was quoted as saying the incident is “unusual in a number of ways.” Bazydlo said investigators are puzzled by what happened after Young Dolph first got out of his truck. They say the taillights flashed off and on, and in the next couple of minutes, they flashed two more times.  “That’s interesting to us in terms of what was happening with the vehicle,” Bazydlo said. “Was it being locked? Wendy Williams Returns to Talk Show, Addresses Health Concerns

Wendy Williams is back… … and better than ever? That was the main topic the talk show host addressed this morning in her return to her self-titled program, following a two-month hiatus from her big purple chair. (Williams had been away due to ongoing health concerns … or due to embarrassment over her husband’s cheating scandal , depending on who you ask.) “Honestly, I didn’t know what to expect when I hit the block today,” Williams said at the top of her program before delving right into her medical woes. “What had happened was we were only supposed to be off two weeks for Christmas vacation. At the end of those weeks, I started to feel thyroid-ish. “They adjusted my meds. If you don’t know about thyroid disease, it’s a life long thing and they are always adjusting stuff. It can really screw you over.” Williams went on to explain that once doctors adjusted her medication, her Graves’ disease became a problem, as did her vertigo. “I can’t even tell you how many doctors I have, but I want to shout out each and everyone of you. Thank you so much,” she said, also giving props to her husband and adding: “We’re spending time as a family, the Hunters. You know, I’m Wendy Hunter. I just wanted to take some time for myself. I am my own best friend. You know that, I’ve told you that forever. “When you get into yourself, you are your own best friend. So I’m at home, I’m taking my thyroid meds, I am meditating. Oh, believe me you, I’m going to the gym seven days a week for two hours a day … “I’m sorry it took me 40 or 50 days. I know it’s been a long time. I’m sorry! I have to say, it’s not going to happen anymore and I feel good!” During her absence, friends such as Nick Cannon and Don Lemon took over a temporary hosts. On February 21, however, exactly two months after her last appearance, the show’s production company vowed that Williams was on her way back, saying in a statement: “Wendy Williams is an incredible talent with the most unique voice in daytime. We can’t wait to welcome her back to her iconic purple chair on the set of her show. “We so appreciate all of the guest hosts and panelists who filled in for Wendy during this time. These people are, and always will be, true family to the show.  “And we want to thank all of the loyal and supportive fans who have been with us for 10 years now.” Williams has battled these medical concerns for years. In March of last year, she told Good Morning America that she needed to take a break at the time because her body was simply a “mess,” adding in this interview: “We, as women, particularly if we have families, you know, we’re taking care of children, we’re taking care of our home, our husbands, we take care of everybody but ourselves. “I’m not doing that anymore, Amy. Wendy first!” We’re not very big fans of Wendy Williams, as documented below. If there’s one thing BW love, it’s music. Music isn’t just the universal language; it also has therapeutic and medicinal effects. Hence the reason why music therapy is actually a thing. According to Psychology Today : “Music therapy has demonstrated efficacy as an independent treatment for reducing depression, anxiety and chronic pain. Furthermore, music has positive physical effects. It can produce direct biological changes, such as reducing heart rate, blood pressure, and cortisol levels. “Alternative and complementary treatments such as creative art, meditation, and yoga have been proposed to bridge this gap. But music, because of its ubiquity in our society as well as its ease of transmission, has perhaps the greatest potential among alternative therapies to reach people who do not otherwise have access to care.” Black women (especially in America) have had their fair share of trauma — past and present. Some would even say that most BW suffer from a form of PTSD. Author, and licensed clinical psychologist Dr. Monnica T. Williams says that African American women experience the same traumas as other women, but at higher rates. As we know, many Black folks are hesitant about seeking professional help for their trauma. There’s a deep rooted stigma related to therapy due to the fear of judgement or shame of not relying on God for help. A 2008 study by Psychologist Jennifer Alvidrez   found that “among Blacks who were already mental health consumers, over a third felt that mild depression or anxiety would be considered crazy” in their social circles. Talking about problems with an outsider  may be viewed as airing one’s “dirty laundry,” and even more telling is the fact that over a quarter of those consumers felt that discussions about mental illness would not be appropriate even among family.” Fortunately, that stigma is being debunked. Thanks to people like Dr. Joy Harden Bradford , a licensed psychologist based in Atlanta, Georgia and founder of Therapy for Black Girls, it’s much easier and more socially acceptable to seek help for mental matters. Music may not take the place of professional help, but it definitely aid and speeds up the healing process. Source: Feifei Cui-Paoluzzo / Getty Church Posts Sign About “Immigration Laws” In Heaven And Hell A church in Arkansas is facing a ton of criticism after posting a sign that reads, “Heaven Has Strict Immigration Laws, Hell Has Open Borders.” According to reports from FOX 35 , the community is not happy with Springdale Apostolic Church and their hateful message, especially since the area has a large Hispanic population. But according to the people in charge at the church, they say the message is biblical, not political. Assistant Pastor Michael Pennington says that his wife is the one who came up with the concept. “My wife actually came up with it before anyone else,” said Pennington. “The reason we put that sign up was to tell everybody it is not easy to make heaven. If you read scriptures, it tells them the road to hell is wide and broad, but the road to heaven is narrow and straight.” He also added that several church members praised him for the idea and supposedly did not see the message as political at all. “Every nationality of people saying we know this is a biblical meaning, we know what the meaning was behind us, we read the Bible, we know what you’re getting at.” Even though the church insists their message was solely biblical and had nothing to do with actual immigration laws, an apology was issued and Pennington said in a statement on Monday that anyone is welcomed to their church.
