However, all of that almost got overshadowed by one Fiji water employee who seemed to be at the right place at the right time on multiple occasions. Kelleth Cuthbert thought she was just doing her job when she made Fiji bottles available to Golden Globes guests on the red carpet. However, because she was so close to celebrities, the cameras caught her in the background for a ton of red carpet photos… And she looked fabulous. It doesn’t matter where you stand, you’re in the crossfire of every shot,” Cuthbert told People. “You’ve gotta have good face, at least, if you’re gonna be hovering in the background frequently.” And good face Cuthbert had! Her photos with celebs went viral on Twitter that very night. But this isn’t the first time photobombing took center stage during the awards season. Pastor John Gray’s Wife Posts On Instagram Amid Cheating Rumors 2019 is starting off rocky for a popular Pastor and his First Lady. Pastor John Gray who’s beloved by celebs and his everyday parishioners alike, is the subject of fodder after an old sermon surfaced of him seemingly confessing to cheating on his wife Aventer Gray. In the video that’s reportedly years old but posted on YouTube this week, Gray says that they “smiled” through things although he and his wife were headed for divorce. He added that he “let some people get too close” to him which cause his wife to “set it off.” “We had to keep smiling because even though we were struggling,” said Gray. “Even though I was failing as a husband, I was already in front of the people and the people can’t really receive my brokeness because where do leaders go when they bleed? So I had to bleed alone. And what’s strange is I traveled the whole world and the Holy Ghost showed up and people got saved and me and wife just kept smiling and nobody knew we were getting ready to get a divorce. Because as long as I kept producing, nobody cared what was happening at home,” he continued. “I started listening to the wrong voices and let some people get too close. She found out and she set it off, just like a good wife should.” Aventer herself then jumped in and defended her hubby who was “spoken to by the devil.” And while she was heartbroken, she decided to stick by his side. “And then I prayed for them and him and then the devil loses,” she said. “Because what’s not going to happen is you tell me that I’m going to lose my purpose because someone whispered to a ’16-year-old John’. The devil is a lie. I’m standing with my husband and you can go on back to the pits of hell where you came from. Was I upset? Yes. Was I heartbroken? Yes. For the most part, Duggar women are very strongly encouraged to eschew careers in favor of devoting their adult years to child-rearing. There is, however, a short list of money-making endeavors that they’re permitted to pursue. At the top of the list is midwife work, which is one of the few professional avenues open to Duggar women. (The other one is flipping cars or otherwise assisting in one of Jim Bob’s many business ventures, but this is only permissible until such time as the woman finds a suitable sperm donor.) So Jill Duggar has continued working as a midwife even after tying the knot with Derick Dillard. Insiders say Jana Duggar recently followed in her sisters’ footsteps and is now delivering babies in and around her native Tontitown, Arkansas. And like Jill, it seems that Jana has yet to obtain the proper licensure. The Duggars have long taken a rather libertarian approach to state and local ordinances. For example, Jim Bob has pissed off his neighbors numerous times by basically ignoring zoning regulations. Of course, delivering babies is a pretty high stakes procedure, so the Duggars’ neighbors are a bit less forgiving of the alleged gaps in Jill and Jana’s training. To be fair, no one is claiming that the women didn’t receive any kind of training at all. It’s just that it appears they went through the sort of un-regulated faith-based program that the Duggars prefer for, well … everything. “This is hands-on apprenticeship style,” Jill once said in reference to her training. “So we are really getting in there and getting to experience what the midwifery and doula roles look like, hands-on.” Jill defenders have frequently pointed to the above photo, which does show Jill proudly displaying a certificate to work as a midwife. But the photo doesn’t tell the whole story. Jill is holding a Certified Professional Midwife’s competency license, which is very different from a Certified Nurse Midwife license, generally considered the standard in her field. So she and Jana might be able to work as midwife’s assistants, but they’re not qualified to perform such work on their own. The situation has attracted a considerable amount of controversy in recent weeks for a number of reasons: 1. Jill’s midwifing mentor, Vanessa Giron, is currently being sued by a mom who claims she nearly died during her deliver. (Sources say Jill was on hand for the delivery.) On top of that, it’s now rumored that several other Duggar daughters are beginning careers as midwives. Tori Roloff took to Instagram to share that her son, sweet baby Jackson Roloff , had experienced a medical scare. Instead of going through with their Disneyland plans, Tori had to take her baby to a doctor. See her harrowing story, including photos and videos, below: “We’re supposed to be in Disneyland,” Tori shared with a heavy heart. As her fans and followers could immediately see, they were instead in a doctor's office. Jackson, she revealed, had “got nursemaid’s in line for Peter Pan.” She is referring to nursemaid elbow, a condition that usually appears in toddlers and preschool-age children in which a ligament falls out of place. The painful condition usually arrises when a child is lifted by or near the wrist. Also known as pulled elbow or, more formally, as radial head subluxation, this can usually be treated pretty easily at the doctor's. This story does, ultimately, have a happy ending. Tori reveals in her Instagram Stories that Jackson's condition “had already been reduced by the time we got to Urgent Care.” “But,” she continues. “We got him checked out anyway.” That is the correct course of action. Children with nursemaid elbow will sometimes hold their arm immobile in order to avoid the pain that comes from moving it. That does not mean that the symptoms are gone. And, in general, if your small child is suddenly in pain, you want to make sure that it's over — for their sake. Tori shared a longer post, summarizing the entire ordeal — and the happy ending. “What a day,” Tori began. We've all had days that end with that line. “It started out pretty miserable,” Tori explained, then pivoted: “Actually, it was great at first.” Tori wrote that she enjoyed “driving to Disneyland.” She added that they made haste to “getting in line for our favorite ride (Peter Pan).” “That’s where things went south,” Tori explains. “Jackson is prone to nursemaids elbow,” Tori explains. Some children are more prone to it than others — and we're not referring to mistreatment by a caretaker as the cause for the propensity. Tori speculates that it “could be a dwarfism thing or it could just be a Jackson thing.” Different children develop at different rates, so some elbows may be more prone to this condition. But, at the same time, some kids are just a little more rambunctious. “He was pulling away from me in line,” Tori explains. “And it happened.” “I knew right away that we were in trouble,” Tori shares. “And Jackson would need to see a doctor.” The only good thing about having a kid who is prone to the condition is that you know how to deal with it after that first time. “I was so bummed,” she admits. “We got to go back to Disneyland,” she adds, after their trip to see the doctor. She says that things were better then, writing: “(with lots of cuddles and some Tylenol behind us).” As you can see in the video that we have included, Jackson got to watch Mickey Mouse put on a show, and was back to his happy self. He also met Mickey and, when offered a five, left Mickey hanging. Baller move, dude.

Now while lying about your race isn’t against the law, lying to the Washington State welfare office most definitely is. And a judge has had enough of her shenanigans, finally setting a court date for the former head of the Washington NAACP. According to FOX 28 Spokane News , on Friday Judge Michelle Szambelan , who was visibly frustrated, set the new trial date for March 4, stressing that the case had dragged since Dolezal was arrested last May. As we previously reported , Dolezal, who changed her name to Nkechi Diallo , was charged with first degree theft by welfare fraud, perjury in the second degree and false verification for public assistance. While Dolezal pleaded not guilty, state investigators claim that between August 2015 to December 2017, the 41-year-old claimed she was living on just a few hundred dollars a month and needed to receive government assistance for food and childcare. Yet, the prosecutors believes that was a lie. Apparently, she earned more than $80,000 from her memoir In Full Color and other funds from speaking engagements. Disgraced actor Kevin Spacey was charged with felony assault for groping the genitals of a teenage bus boy. On Monday, January 7, the former House of Cards star appeared in Massachusetts court for a hearing. Creepily, he remained entirely silent — even when it came time to enter a plea. Kevin Spacey appeared in court to address charges over the 2016 Nantucket Island incident. He is said to have smiled as he entered the building. The reviled 59-year-old actor reportedly did not say a word in court, not even to enter a plea. In accordance with Massachusetts law, a “not guilty” plea was entered on his behalf. After the hearing, Spacey reportedly have left without speaking. Cape and Islands Assistant District Attorney requested that Spacey be barred from contacting the 18-year-old victim or his family. The judge agreed to this request. Spacey’s time in courtrooms is only beginning, as this was a simple plea hearing. He will have to return for his first preliminary hearing on March 4 of this year. We have no idea what sort of legal strategy he will attempt in his own defense. Spacey was one of many men accused in #MeToo stories. Star Trek Discovery actor Anthony Rapp came forward and revealed that Spacey had behaved inappropriately with him when he was only 14 years old. Rumors and accusations had followed Spacey for decades, and this was finally enough to derail Spacey’s career. Spacey, however, believes that he has multitudes of secret supporters who yearn for his return to the big screen. He believes that these people either do not care about the accusations against him or do not believe them. On the same day that Spacey was charged for felony assault, he released a deeply creepy video. “I know what you want,” Spacey told his YouTube audience in a chilling video while acting as his former House of Cards character. “Oh sure, they may have tried to separate us but what we have is too strong, it’s too powerful,” he said. Many noted that his words sounded like what a sexual predator might say to a victim whom he had groomed. “After all, we shared everything, you and I,” Spacey continued. “I told you my deepest darkest secrets.” “I showed you exactly what people are capable of,” he said. “I shocked you with my honesty.” “But mostly, I challenged you and made you think, and you trusted me even though you knew you shouldn’t.” Read the room, you creep. “So, we’re not done no matter what anybody says,” Spacey continued. “And besides, I know what you want. You want me back.” In the context of the accusations against him, this is bone-chilling. “You wouldn’t rush to judgments without facts, would you? Did you? No, not you,” he says. Nobody rushed to judgments on Spacey. If anything, they dragged their heels for years. “You’re smarter than that,” he told his (hopefully imaginary) fans. “Anyway, all this presumption made for such an unsatisfying ending.” “And to think, it could have been such a memorable sendoff,” he lamented. “I mean, if you and I learned nothing else these past years, it’s that in life and art.” “Nothing should be off the table,” he said creepily. “We weren’t afraid, not of what we said, not of what we did and we’re still not afraid.” “Because I can promise you this, if I didn’t pay the price for the things we both know I did do,” he announced. “I’m certainly not gonna pay the price for I didn’t do.” Again, this is just … deeply unsettling and not giving his audience the feelings that he had hoped to elicit. “Oh of course, they’re gonna say I’m being disrespectful not playing by the rules,” he said of his unwelcome comeback to the public eye. “Like I ever played by anyone’s rules before,” he concluded. “I never did and you loved it.” Gross. The 2019 Golden Globes were held on Sunday night, and like most Americans, you were probably either unaware the ceremony was taking place at all, or your response was an apathetic shrug and a vague curiosity about what else is on. But apparently for Lady Gaga, the Globes were like the Super Bowl, the Game of Thrones series finale, and a VFW meat raffle all rolled into one: As you’re probably aware, Gaga starred in the 37th remake of A Star Is Born this year. The film constituted a major step forward in her career, as — having long ago conquered the music realm — she now had an opportunity join the ranks of one-name icons like Cher and Madonna who went on to stake their claims in the world of prestige cinema. A big part of announcing yourself to the world as a legitimate acting talent, of course, is making a splash during award season. And in that respect, Gaga stumbled out of the gate in her race toward the Oscars. The pop icon didn’t leave last night’s ceremony empty-handed, mind you. She took home the prize for best original song for “Shallow.” But she’s won a music Globe in the past. This year, Gaga had her eyes on a different prize — the best actress in a motion picture drama award that wound up going to Glenn Close for her performance in The Wife. “She was flipping the f–k out afterwards and literally in tears,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “She had her acceptance speech ready and written and rehearsed and was certain that she was going to come home with several awards.” Apparently, the singer’s team led her to the mistaken belief that the category was a lock in her favor. “Gaga was asked countless times what she was going to do when she wins and had it in her head that this was in the bag,” says the insider. “When she lost she could hardly contain her tears. She was not happy at all and had to take a breather after to contain herself. She never thought she would lose to Glenn Close!” Obviously, there’s no shame in losing to a legend like Glenn Close, but Gaga was under the impression that the Globes would solidify her place as a major actress. Instead, the HFPA simply confirmed once again that she’s a major musical talent — a fact that was already universally accepted. “She is grateful, obviously, for ‘Shallow’ taking home the award, but she was really certain that the movie would take home a bunch more,” says the insider. The good news is, Gaga’s film career is just beginning, and we’re sure she’ll have many opportunities to score some important hardware.
