Kim Kardashian didn’t merely stop by her mother’s Christmas Eve party over this past holiday weekend. She also stopped the presses in the process! We’re not saying this simply because it’s rare to see Kim out and about these days, as she continues to recover from being held at gunpoint by assailants in Paris in early October. We’re saying this because Kardashian was rocking a new and very unexpected look while spending time with her family… Oh, yes, that is most definitely a lip ring adorning Kardashian’s face. We did NOT see that coming! Kris Jenner played host to Kim and all of her siblings on Saturday night, with various members of the family sharing images and videos from the event on social media. Khloe was the one who featured Kim most prominently in her series of Snapchat videos, posing alongside her older sibling and gushing over Kim in her captions. “How to die…? How dope is my f–king sister?” Khloe wrote about one piece of footage, as a silent Kim smiled for the camera. Added Khloe: “Look at this dress and look at the jewelry. You are a badass bitch, Kim!” For understandable reasons, Kim has laid very low since she was robbed in France in October. The troubling event has caused her to reconsider the way she acts in public, along with how much time she spends in public overall. However, on Friday, December 23, she and husband Kanye West enjoyed The Nutcracker with their daughter, North, and Kim’s sister, Kourtney Kardashian (along with North’s BFF, Penelope Disick). This has been a trying time of late for another reason as well: Kim and Kanye continue to battle divorce rumors. Actually, they don’t do very much battling. The Kimye divorce rumors are just making the Internet rounds, with not a single member of the Kardashian or Jenner clan speaking out against them. It makes you think and wonder, doesn’t it? It’s also worth noting that Kanye does not appear to have made an appearance at this holiday party. Hmmm…. According to Us Weekly sources, neither Rob Kardashian nor Blac Chyna were in attendance, either, which should come as no surprise. The couple is likely too busy planning its next fake break-up and staged reconciliation . But Caitlyn Jenner was there and so were daughters Kylie Jenner and Kendall Jenner. To end the evening, the entire party reportedly danced and sang to Beyonce’s “Love on Top.” However, while nearly all these relatives came together and had a blast over the weekend, that doesn’t all is well among the First Family of Reality Television. There was Kim’s robbery. And Kanye’s hospitalization for a nervous breakdown. And Khloe’s finalized divorce from Lamar Odom. And the ridiculous Rob and Chyna drama. As a result of all these incidents and all this drama, TMZ confirms that there will be no Kardashian Christmas card this year. We repeat, sadly: There will be no Kardashian Christmas card this year .
