Josh Duggar may have just scored a major victory in his legal battle against Danica Dillon – or he mught be on the verge of being exposed as a liar, as well as a cheater. As we’ve previously reported, Duggar is being sued by Dillon for allegedly manhandling and verbally abusing the former adult film star after paying her for sex. Duggar says he’s never even met Dillon , and he insists that she’s merely attempting to extort him. Last week, Josh’s lawyers petitioned the court to make Dillon prove that Duggar assaulted her . Now, according to legal documents obtained by Radar Online , Josh’s attorneys have essentially gotten their wish – but there’s a good chance that their request could backfire. The documents reveal that the court has asked Dillon to file a “sworn Certification” showing “a substantial part of the events giving rise to the claim occurred in this District.” View Slideshow: Danica Dillon: Josh Duggar Plaything Revealed! Obviously, she can’t prove what exactly went on behind closed doors, but she will need to furnish evidence that other parts of her story took place (Josh frequented the strip club where she works, gave her money in exchange for sex, etc.), presumably by providing a deposition and witnesses who can corroborate her version of events. Ultimately, the move boils down to a high-stakes gamble by Josh’s legal team. If Danica can’t provide the proof the judge is looking for, the case will be thrown out. If she can , then not only will that severely hurt Josh’s chances of winning the case, it will essentially render him guilty in the court of public opinion. We already know that Josh has perpetrated a number of horrific misdeeds in the recent past. If Dillon can prove that even after months of therapy and rehab, the ex-reality star is willing to slander an abused mom just to keep from having to shell out a settlement, the damage to his reputation may prove irreparable. It’s been six months since we first reported that Leah Messer and T.R. Dues are dating , but the couple still has yet to confirm they’re together. In fact, Leah has hidden her relationship from fans, friends, and family, alike. But she and T.R. may have just accidentally called themselves out thanks to some innocent holiday-themed Instagram posts. The Christmas tree photo above was posted by Leah earlier this week. One day later, T.R. posted the exact same photo to his own Instagram page and identified the location as his house. Unless Leah and T.R. have identical taste in holiday decor and camera angles, these two are living together! It probably makes for a pretty interesting, Brady-esque situation, as Leah has three daughters and T.R. has two sons. Of course, Leah lost custody of her twins to ex-husband Corey Simms back in October, and that ongoing battle may explain why Leah and T.R. have chosen to keep their relationship under wraps. Leah is working hard to prove to the judge in her case that she’s capable of providing a suitable home for her girls, and she may feel that living with a relatively new boyfriend and his sons send the wrong message. Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have named their son Saint . That isn't exactly the most common name on the planet, but it might as well be “Michael” or “Matthew” compared to what Jimmy Kimmel and his staff came up with for the following segment. Indeed… welcome to the latest edition of Lie Witness News! “We went on the street and we [people] them what they thought of Kim and Kanye's new baby's name,” Kimmel told his audience. “But the names we asked them . . . we made up.” Of course, as is often the case with this fun segment, the pedestrians interviewed went right along with what the fake reporter was telling them. “What was your reaction when you heard that Kim and Kanye just named their baby boy Kia Sorrento West?” one woman was asked. Replied the subject: “Thought it was awesome. I thought it was classic Kanye. I liked that it was different. Who else could come up with a name like that but Kim and Kanye?” That's a very good question. In this case, it probably says as much about Kim and Kanye as it does about the people being interiewed that the latter group so easily believes the absurd names thrown around below. Watch Empire Season 2 Episode 3 Online If anything, she showed she’s even more formidable as an opponent and record company shot-caller. Where do we even begin with this woman? Maybe with the fact that she walks into her son’s pad and declares, “Hakeem, get yo black a$$ up! You know you gotta be on Sway in the morning!” Or the fact that her potential girl group members are expected to do push-ups ( real push-ups) in stilettos while berated about Beyonce’s work ethic. No, no, let’s go with the scene at the dinner table. The night Lucious got sprung from the slammer, he invited the family – 60 percent of which has deserted him for their own label – over for dinner. His motivation? To “eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow, we war.” That is … unless they “dismantle this little Lyon Dynasty and all will be forgiven.” Cookie and Hakeem insisted they don’t need him, Lucious called the duo’s bluff, saying they can’t eat without him because all they have is pride. Which he adds, tastes chewy and disgusting. Then Cookie zinged him with this comeback: “I’m always gonna eat … just not with you.” Then she yanked the tablecloth out from under the dishes – slowly, but purposely – as she peaced out in a calm but deliberate display of EFF YOU. Game on, then. Lucious’ next move was to call in a favor from Anika to sabotage Lyon Dynasty, but given her propensity to meet with all parties, whose side is she on?! Andre, meanwhile, is desperate to get back into his good graces, and pitches him on acquiring a radio company with access to every urban market. When that didn’t work, Dre told him that Rhonda is pregnant (after he told Cookie, and which still feels like might be a red herring). Lucious’ reaction? Fear, initially, given the flashbacks to his own bipolar mom, then bitterness, that his first-born son would actually try to use this to get what he wants. Guilty as charged, Dre? Again, something tells us that baby inside her isn’t real and this is about to boil over into a truly epic plot twist or 10. If you watch Empire online and see next week’s promo, he and Rhonda are caught in a thoroughly insane situation, for what that’s worth. The music this week was awesome, even if Jamal performing on Leviticus catwalk without Hakeem (but with Pitbull) felt wrong somehow. Speaking of ‘Keem, though, he was unreal, spitting mad game as he crashed the party with Timbaland (executive produces Empire music). Shown up and publicly at that, Lucious took Dre’s advice, buying the radio company and signing Valentina out from under Cookie and ‘Keem. Just moments before their radio debut, too. That was cold s–t, but not even Lucious Lyon can bat 1.000 when it comes to recruiting artists. Earlier, Jamal failed to sign Freda Gatz, a young rapper Lucious covets for the Empire, then got jealous at just how much Lucious cares. Lucious then approached her personally on the streets, but gunshots broke out during a rap battle, obviously, and she remains unsigned. Finally, he came face-to-face with the prosecutor in his case, who informed him that his case is still open and she WILL take him down.
