Since her death, however, the social security system says he is not entitled to a widower’s pension. He claims they married for love (which is even creepier, if true) but Argentina’s social security system refuses to believe him. Since Torres’s death last year, the state retirement fund has refused to pay the young man a widower’s pension, arguing that the couple were not legitimately married. Ossola told the Salta newspaper El Tribuno this week,“I loved Yolanda in the purest way it is possible to love someone, and that feeling, together with the pain her loss has caused me, will be with me to the end of my days.” Such pensions are only given as an award if the deceased can be proven to have been the only monetary support of the surviving partner–this would clearly not be the case for Ossola who is now a 26-year-old lawyer. The law student said that despite their 68-year age difference – and the fact that they were relatives!!! – the marriage was perfectly legal according to Argentinian law. He told El Tribuno he would take his case all the way to the supreme court if necessary….okay sir, get your money up.

Auburn PD Plans To Move Forward With Rape Case Against Nelly It looks like Nelly isn’t exactly off the hook when it comes to those rape allegations . Even though his 21-year-old accuser announced through her lawyer that she was letting go of the case as the pressure was too much to move forward with prosecution (not to mention the fact that she’s been facing intimidation from Nelly’s clique ), the police don’t exactly need her cooperation to put Nelly behind bars. Washington State cops tell TMZ that they aren’t deterred by the accuser’s refusal to testify. They are still gathering evidence in the case and plan to present their findings to the prosecuter by the end of the week. Nelly’s attorney, however, claims that he’s more than confident the case will be closed quickly based on the evidence they find. Wow, the cops are adamant about this one. F rustrated with the local police investigation of Kenneka Jenkins ’ death, some Chicago activists are planning protests to encourage the FBI to examine the case. Community activist Mark Carter intends to lead a 30-day protest targeting businesses in Rosemont, Illinois, where 19-year-old Jenkins was found dead in a hotel walk-in freezer, to prompt an independent investigation. “If we can’t get the answers that we want, then we must cause Rosemont an economic hardship, ” hes said, according to WGN-TV . Carter added: “They must feel this. No cover up. You will not cover up the death of our children. This has gone on for far too long.” The news outlet reported that family and friends held a memorial service on Saturday for the teen. Not long after they honored her life with the symbolic release of purple balloons, many of them marched to FBI Chicago headquarters and urged the bureau to open an investigation. Jenkins went missing early Sept. 9 after a night of partying with friends at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Rosemont, a suburban of Chicago. She was found dead in a walk-in storage freezer in the same hotel. Police investigators concluded that she staggered drunk into the freezer and closed the door. However, evidence began emerging on social media that suggests foul play was involved. NBC News Chicago reported that the police released on Friday 36 hours of hotel surveillance video, which shows the teenager staggering. However, none of the footage shows her walking into the freezer. That omission has led many to believe the police altered the video. Earlier today, we learned the exciting news that Joy-Anna Duggar is pregnant . Joy-Anna married Austin Forsyth in May, which means the couple is moving fast even by the standards of a family that’s mostly famous for breeding. In her official announcement, Joy-Anna didn’t offer any information about how far along she is, but of course, that won’t stop fans from wildly speculating about her due date. People magazine published the above photo of Joy-Anna on their website today, and many have commented that she looks like she’s several months along. Joy-Anna had better get used to the scrutiny, because for reasons that aren’t entirely clear, fans are downright obsessed with what goes on in her uterus. Prior to her wedding, rumors that Joy-Anna was pregnant before marriage cropped up regularly on social media. At this point, we think it’s safe to say no pre-marital hand-holding took place, but if you’re familiar with the Duggar courtship rules , you know what a scandal an out-of-wedlock child would have been. Joy-Anna and Austin honeymooned in Switzerland, and the consensus among fans seems to be that Joy-Anna got pregnant during the trip and is now roughly three months along. As is so often the case with this sort of thing, the Duggars are remaining tight-lipped about the due date. But that doesn’t mean Joy-Anna and Austin aren’t talking to the press at all. The parents-to-be have issued several statements about how happy they are to have a child on the way. They’re just not offering up any info about when the baby might be arriving. “Before we even were married we were praying that God would give us kids and we’re so thankful that he has,” Joy said today. Austin echoed the sentiment, adding: “We’re so happy to announce that we’re pregnant. When we found out we were pregnant we were both extremely happy and felt blessed.” Yes, these two certainly aren’t giving away any clues. Many fans have pointed out that Duggar women typically share pregnancy news at the end of their first trimester, which would mean Joy-Anna is likely due in February.
